Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is great as the Metro will take you from the Airport to within 100 metres from the front door of this hotel. Location is great in that you can walk to many of Lisbons top attractions.

First off, special thanks to the staff who were incredibly kind to adjust our reservation due to our flight cancellation when we were hit with the blizzard on the east coast. Our room were was very modern and clean and their breakfast was delicious. The hotel was very close to major attractions, shopping area and the metro station. We would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for a place to stay at Lisbon, we would definitely recommend Ferraria XVI FLH Hotel.

The bathroom was smaller than expected but the room was intimate. However, once you open the window facing the Rua Augusta, these amenities are meaningless. The sounds of people walking and mingling, waiters serving food, street performers singing is completely breathtaking! The entire staff was exceptional and very engaging! Very nice stay. I can't say anything negative about this place, which is rare. The breakfast was wonderful. Room was very modern and clean. When I got there, there were chocolates on the bed, a small bottle of wine. The location is very central to the whole old town area. You are literally one block away from the central strip with all the restaurants. I have to say that each and every employee was very friendly and accommodating. 100% a great pick. Management and employees are really nice!

This small hotel is a perfect place to stay when in Lisboa. Although our room was one of the smaller ones, we had ample space to relax. The bathroom had generous proportions too. The hotel was always spotless, every staff member was friendly, welcoming and helpful. To top it off breakfast was always fresh and delicious. The afternoon cake always available in the lounge was a welcome treat as we came back from wandering around the city. We would love to come back one day!

What a gem! Conveniently situated a couple of streets from the metro and within easy reach of trams and buses, this superb hotel ticked all the boxes. Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfasts. Spacious clean rooms with comfortable beds and air con. Our third floor room faced the pedestrianised street but the soundproofing was excellent - we didn't hear a thing. Lots of local cafes and restaurants (too many to choose from!) so you're spoilt for choice. Would totally recommend.

Phenomenal!! I loved the room and location of the hotel, which is on the main strip & very close to Praça do Comercio. Location is walkable distance to many other attractions. Breakfast was delicious! There was no coffee maker or tea in the room, unfortunately. They do leave you water everyday, though, & a small wine bottle on arrival. I'd definitely stay here again.

The location is excellent, close to restaurants, shopping and local attractions. The room was a nice size, had very comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was quite good, it had quite a few options and freshly squeezed juices. Took advantage of the mini fridge and liked the fact that it had to safe. Everyone at the front desk was very nice and accommodating, they even helped with the luggage. The only issue that I would have with the hotel is that they don’t turn on the air conditioning at this time of year. The room got quite warm, however we were able to open the door/window and were able to cool down the room sufficiently. The only reason that I would hesitate booking at this hotel again would be because of the air conditioning.

After a long flight, our stay was perfect. Great location, spacious and comfortable room and quite clean. The hotel itself had great interior. The breakfast was the perfect way to start each day. Staff was very kind and friendly.

Small boutique hotel, great central location, very close to metro station. We stayed in deluxe double room which was spacious and well equipped. Two downsides - overlooked Main Street which was noisy if window was open but impressively cut out the noise when window closed. However, I found the room too warm, even in February, and whilst there is air conditioning controls in the room, it didn't seem to work. So sleeping wasn't great for me. Just an FYI, the bathroom door and one wall is glass, with privacy section strategically placed in the middle. Looks great but some may find this a bit offputting as it's not totally private nor soundproof! The decor of the room is great though, kinda industrial/steam punk feel. There was a kettle in our room, although coffee/tea and water available in the lounge 24/7. Breakfast was fabulous, fresh fruit, juice, yoghurt, ham, cheese, breads, pastries and toast/scrambled egg, which exceeded my expectations of a continental breakfast. Staff were really helpful, sharing recommendations for restaurants and tips for sightseeing. Overall we had fab stay and would return again.
