For me,this budget hotel provides everything needed for a short trip to a special city.Once you've negotiated the stairs to the entrance(lift available)You'll find clean adequate rooms away from the bustle.Situated close to the subway and within reach of all good cafes/bars as you would expect I'd recommend the Nettuno if you need a well priced unpretentious glimpse into the real Naples and have the energy to get around from which this place is a good starting point.Breakfast on the roof garden was absolutely mindblowing too. Take a trip here and I'm sure you'll appreciate the no-hassle.no-fuss and no-frills attitude for a great price in a truly memorable city.. Tip-Top

heartless hotel

It was a big fail to book this hotel. We sailed from Ischia to Opera theatre and missed last ship. So we were in Napoli at night without way to our hotel on Ischia. The Nettuno hotel was not far from the port Molo Beverello and we booked it from phone. The booking was confirmed. We showed him our confirmation on phone display, but reception staff refused to settle us in the hotel. This way we stayed at night without hotel room.

This hotel is really pretty awful. Neighborhood is dirty and parking regulated by street thugs. They charge extra if you want to use the AC in your room, although is does work well. There was black mold in our shower. The elevator does not reach either the ground floor or the rooms, only the reception on the 4th floor. I was embarrassed to have booked this hotel for my group of friends.

Good enough for an short over night stay.

This hotel suited our purposes for an overnight stay. Was clean but staff spoke very little English so there was language difficulties. Hotel was situated close to most important attractions.

Not even slightly as described

This place is in a shady area. Very noisy all night, dogs barking and people yelling. Hotel is three floors of an apartment building, so all sorts of people, traffic and access issues. No \"rooftop bar\", dingy breakfast area only open in the morning. No room service. AC was broken. Have to be buzzed in and out of gates everytime you leave the building. Had booked 3 nights, left after one. Not worth the cheap.

Would not stay if they paid me

No one speaks English so it was hard to communicate. They billed me twice and they didn't help me stop it. I would not recommend this place. Plus it's on a street that is questionable.

This was a last min hotel booking. The hotel was in a decent location and losers some attractions. But we had no WIFI in rooms, had to go in the lobby area to get any WIFI. The staff was okay, did not speak a lot of English. Had a half used roll of toilet paper and we ran out at night. Went to from desk and they gave us a half used roll. Over all this would be a good place if you need a last min booking.

A ducha estava quebrada, então tive que tomar banho segurando o chuveiro, e a descarga não estava funcionando muito bem. Além disso, a cama era bastante desconfortável. No entanto, devo destacar que o quarto do hotel estava bem limpinho, e o atendimento foi eficiente, funcionando 24 horas. E o elevador dava muito medo!

Expectation was not high, and this was what we could find this day. Service friendly personnel in reception, but as expected the standard of a one start hotel is not high. The lift was not for people with claustrophobia :-)

Ótimo custo x benefício. Porém, a única ressalva foi a antipatia do funcionário da recepção da noite. Recepcionista noturno inadequado para atendimento com hospitalidade. Esse posto deveria ser ocupado por um funcionário que tenha prazer e simpatia em atender e não por alguém mal humorado, pois uma atitude rude ou desinteressada pode estragar tanto a estadia do hóspede quanto a reputação do hotel.

Séjour gâché par la pluie mais rendu plus agréable par l'accueil chaleureux de l'hôtelier et de ses équipes. A deux minutes d'une station de métro, très central ce qui nous a facilité les visites des merveilles de Naples, à pied en évitant les averses. A deux stations de métro de la gare central d'où partent tous les trains. Très bons conseils pour trouver les bons restaurants. Et, non négligeable, un excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Mon séjour a été très agréable dans cet hôtel à gestion familial, situé tout proche du cœur de Naples et des principaux points d'intérêts. Propre, chambre très confortable, calme, le personnel d'une grande gentillesse et sympathie. Incompréhensible la qualification d'une étoile. Très accessible aussi à la gare Napoli Centrale pour qui arrive par le train.

Hotel très bien situé des sites historiques de Naples. Salle de bain qui mériterait d'être rafraichie, sans fenêtre, avec aération automatique par ventilation à l'ouverture de la lumière. le plus, baignoire assise. Aucune vue de la chambre mais confortable et spacieuse. Petit balcon, et coffre fort disponible. Personnel très sympathique, bon rapport qualité/prix.

l'hotel est situé dans un quartier qui craint la nuit . ce qui nius plus marqué c'est le personnel a commencer par celui qui se presente comme le patron :
un monsieur antipathique , qui n' a aucun sens de l’accueil :
ce n'est pas lui qui va aider a pousser vos valides ou à vous tenir la porte ...
ce n'espas qui vous donnera des conseil sur les coins a vister , ou meme vous expliquer les modalites de votre sejour :heure du petit dej , code wifi etc...c\"est pareil pour la dame qui le remplace ...

Personale cordiale ma poco attento alle pulizie visto il ritrovamento di biancheria intima sotto il letto condizionatore non funzionante niente telecomando per la TV per fortuna lenzuola asciugamani e bagno sempre puliti. Ottima posizione vicino alla metro al porto e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro
