Very good location, so close to many shopping outlets and plenty of restaurants, big and small. Wonderful breakfast, especially the local desserts.
Highly recommended.

Stinky bathroom

A very bad stink comes from the bathroom made me and my wife can't sleep for the whole night. We had ask for the new room, but they tell us it's fully booked, but when i search it through internet, it said that they still got 5 rooms available. So dissapointed.

Clean - Old hotel with good location

Its a old hotel. really need a make over. Its clean and the staffs are nice. I just needed a place to sleep for a night, so i didn't mind choosing this hotel. but its not the place for holiday.

Check Out reminder

Eventhough it is common practice, checkout reminder is such annoying. It is unnecessary to call room just to remind guest to leave. We knew our schedule already. It will be proper if hotel reminds when the time limit has ellapsed.

Good location, accessible to many factory outlets

Friendly staff. Strategic location accessible to many factory outlets within walking distance. Nearby to two supermarkets and many cafes and restaurants such as JCO and Starbucks. There is free shuttle transport to airport.

Areas for improvement will be the room aircondition in the room is very cold and the temperature of the food in breakfast is quite cold.

Friendly staff and high efficiency

The staff is very friendly and high efficiency,whatever we request also can be done and it's fast. However hotel condition abit run down,eg got dirt/stain at toilet floor. Moreover need to improve by refill the food promptly for late comers,especially during breakfast time.

Value for money + great location

Room was spacious and clean. Location is perfect as it is just across a local mall with a well-stocked supermarket. Trunojoyo is just a 5 minute walk away where you'll find cafes, warungs and pretty cool, indie, clothing stores.

i would give 4 stars for this hotel.

It was fun and interesting. Hotel staff are helpful & tried their best to help. Breakfast was cold but pastries was nice. Good location with 2 shopping centres around.

Great Central Location

Good location but old building

The only good about Santika Hotel Bandung is its very strategic location. Many factory outlets within walk distance, infront of a small shopping mall and many restaurants. The building is old and need renovation.

Hotel nyaman & bersih namun tua kesannya

Proses check in ramah & cepat. Kamar & kamar mandi bersih. Makan pagi bervariasi. Agak terganggu dg bunyi yg keluar dr AC. Perlu cat ulang & penggantian sofa di lobby spy kesan tua tidak terlalu terasa.

Totally bad...

トイレ・風呂が致命的に汚い。
朝食が冷めている。
ロビーから3階まで吹き抜けになっているため、ロビーで子供などがはしゃいでいると部屋まで聞こえてきてうるさい。
立地が悪い。ホテルの周りの治安が悪い。
エレベーターが臭い。芳香剤効きすぎ。
スタッフが教育されていない。
エアコンにタイマー機能がないため、不便。
ドライヤーが無い。
スリッパが一つ足りなかった(宿泊者2名に対し、1足のみ。)
シングルサイズを2つ、という予約をしていたにもかかわらず、ダブルサイズ1つが用意されていた。変更はできないと言われた。
スタッフの肩に陰毛がついていた。

二度と泊まることはないでしょう。

飯店鄰近萬隆鬧區，百貨商場，餐廳林立，距離知名OUTLET也只有幾步之遙，十分方便。飯店服務人員親切熱誠，房間整齊清潔，整體環境舒適。早餐美味而豐富。是值得推薦的飯店。

Hotel yang strategis di lokasi belanja

Menginap dengan keluarga dan anak kecil di hotel ini cukup menyenangkan secara umum. lokasi dekat dengan tempat belanja dan mall sehingga pilihan makanan cukup banyak. kolam renang walau kecil cukup menyenangkan. yang kurang adalah kamar terkesan kurang bersih karena sudah tua, apalagi kamar mandi kamar disana sini banyak yg kotor dan tidak terawat mulai dari kloset, wastafel, handuk dll

優れた立地

バンドン2回目です。日曜日1泊しました。インドネシア語を話せることもあり、情報入手が楽にでき快適に過ごせました。立地抜群です。大きなモールその地下いはスーパーマーケットがありお土産探しも楽。名物のアウトレットは徒歩で行ける。空港までの無料送迎もある。コーヒーは薄いが、サンバルは数種類用意されていて変化があり、朝食をゆっくり楽しめた。次回も機会があれば、泊まりたい。ここのホテル評価とは無関係だが、ジャカルタからアウトレットを目指す車のせいで、週末のバンドンの交通渋滞は酷いので、週末滞在は避けた方が快適。
