Unique location however the inside of the hotel did not reflect the Canadian Rockies. It looked like any other Fairmont. There were a few paintings at the checkin desk thrown in for atmosphere. Disappointed overall. Hotel rooms were nothing special either.

Had an amazing stay here. From arrival the staff were excellent. Amy checked us in and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. 5 star service from the start. Room was very clean with a great view. All around the property the staff were excellent, concierge desk and shuttle driver Kira. All in all this was a great hotel and a great stay. Thank you.

We had amazing time. Our visit was a splurge but was worth it. My mom and dad met at Lake Louise years ago and fell in love with the mountains and each other. When I made dinner reservations days before we arrived, I shared this family story. Staff remembered, and asked additional questions. They made our visit extra special.

Located right on Lake Louise shore. The check in was very slow. After got into our room, I made a kettle of water and the breaker tripped, the electriciy in whole room went off. My husband went to a staff ask for help (our room is next to staff center). But even after our dinner, the issue was stil there. My husband had to ask the staff and followed him until he flipped the breaker. The maids did not refill the supplies in the room. Stayed 2 nights, only one night had night service, but did not take the garbage away. The staffs in the restaurants are friendly, although not very skillful.

I can't rate this hotel highly enough. The setting is absolutely beautiful, the staff were friendly and very helpful and the restaurant food is outstanding. We took our Granddaughter who enjoyed the kids club and the pool. Would love to return again one day.

Nice, modern room, comfortable bed. However, the room is quite small (as is the bathroom) considering the premium rate you pay to stay here. The full breakfast is C$45 and is very good (except for the overly spicy sausage). Everything for sale here is pricey. Beautifully situated at one end of Lake Louise, there are several way marked trails into the surrounding area.

Beautiful property with hiking trails feet from the hotel. Beautiful views of lake Louise and the Canadian Rockies. Our room had a large window so we woke up to nature’s elements and could here far off avalanches!. The bell staff and fine dining staff were fantastic and took the time to ensure everything was perfect. I was disappointed at how few gluten free menu options and beer options were available and therefore ordered fine dining dinners that were amended to remove gluten which meant losing flavors but paying a high price. Still a great stay!

This is an amazing hotel with spectacular views, beautiful bedrooms, excellent restaurants, helpful and friendly staff. I cannot say enough about how great it is. Everyone should treat themselves to a few days in the Chateau Lake Louise. Wonderful!

We got a room where it was loud heating system. It took 3 hours to allocate us in the new room where the heating did not work. Maintanence guy was telling non sence and not teue things. Receptionist and customer service did a great compensation beyond. I think when you pay 1200$ for a room the new welness are should be available !!!!
Lousisa restaurant really jice and very smily waiteresz but some chair needs replacement.

Beautiful scenery. Buy breakfast, lunch, coffee etc at the plaza near the info centre. There’s good selection and much less expensive than the hotel. There are small fridges in the rooms.

theres a weird smell in the room when we first get inside and somehow i woke up with some rashes and itch, i guess the room are not clean thoroughly. staff are all accommodating and approachable. experience was awesome would go back again for sure but hopefully with 101% clean linens and smelled fresh room.

Staff were incredibly friendly & helpful, from the checkin person to the room cleaners. If youre hiking with snow on the ground, you can rent microspikes & hiking poles at the concierge desk (very helpful if you want to hike fast on hard packed snow). There are nice quiet places to sit with good views on 1st floor near Fitness Center. Would be helpful to put the Fitness Center on the elevator buttons, otherwise a little tricky to find. Also please add a foam roller or 2 to Fitness Center.

Gorgeous property with very helpful and friendly staff. A nice assortment of restaurants and gift shops. Ski rental staff was friendly and accommodating. Shuttle service to and from Lake Louise ski area was convenient. We were there in April and able to still walk across the frozen lake, which was a cool experience. The most delicious poutine we found on our trip to Canada! (also pictured is the giant walleye fish and chips! Superb and could feed two!) Definitely recommend this wonderful property and hope to return in the future.

We had another incredible stay at Fairmont Lake Louise. My family has been coming here for over 30 years, and it continues to exceed expectations every time.

The views are absolutely unreal, the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the entire property is just stunning. What really stands out is the service — every team member goes above and beyond.

We were also celebrating our daughter Mia’s birthday, and the staff made it feel extra special, which meant a lot to us.

Truly one of the most beautiful and well-run hotels in the world. Already looking forward to coming back.

The room was very nice and fresh towels were supplied constantly. We loved the nespresso machine in the room. However the ice machine on our floor was not working both times we tried to use it.The staff were very accommodating to all our needs and did their best to keep up with the long weekend busyness. One of our dinners at the Alpine Social was less than ideal. Our food seemed to take quite a while and we noted this was going on with several tables around us. When it came the food was lukewarm. Our server was incredibly accommodating but mentioned the kitchen was responsible for the restaurant and in-room service causing overwhelm. Not the best system apparently. For the cost of food in the hotel there should not be issues like this. The highlight of the trip was Basin Glacial Waters. Absolutely worth the cost for the experience.

We stayed one night at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise and were truly impressed. The room was cozy and beautifully appointed, with a stunning mountain view. Even though it was -20°C outside, the exceptional service and genuine warmth of the staff made our stay feel incredibly comfortable. Truly outstanding hospitality.

Very friendly staff throughout hotel. Room was a little small but very nice. Hotel has lots of amenities, restaurants etc. 2 things were disappointing: 1. There was nowhere to watch Canada's men's olympic hockey game as the bars weren't open until 3pm - game was at 12:30pm and the main restaurant could not accommodate our dietary needs due to fixed Valentines menu. We ended up sitting at another bar instead - though that was not ideal for a nice dinner.

Room remodeled nicely. Very small. No real customer service throughout resort. Requested late checkout upon arrival (just one additional hour), and they stated we’d need to request day of departure. Day of departure @ 7 AM I called front desk for our one hour late checkout and was notified “we are not offering any late checkouts today” even though there had been a giant snowstorm the night before. They lobby was filled with guests trying to somehow depart. If you think the Fairmont is anything like Four Seasons, Aman Resorts, or even the Ritz Carlton, you will be greatly dissapointed. First and last Fairmont stay, but Lake Louise was superb.

We were welcomed with smiling faces and professional staff. Room was immaculate and our view was stunning. We had lake view. The glacier basin experience was the best. It was invigorating and relaxing. We had a little skate although the ice was not quite ready as it usually is. Not the hotels fault as there was warm weather recently that impeded getting it ready. The restaurants were world class and delicious. We can’t wait to come back.
