The property is beautiful, the problem was the host and certain things that needed attention. Lights were super dim, so being outside on balcony wasn't enjoyable. A handle broke the first day there and I noticed they tried to repair it with glue. I spoke to the host and he sends me an old recipe from previous repair. They're multiple handles in the house that could have been repaired. I have pictures of the handle with glue and they are trying to charged me 95 dollars for it. What a coincidence that they have a recite for a handle

This place is absolutely beautiful, literally a dream and a little piece of paradise! the views, the ambience and the property itself are stunning. We loved every minute of our stay. You're in the middle of a rainforest, surrounded by trees & wildlife & at night you can hear peaceful sounds of nature. I was amaze how many fruit trees they have. The only downside are that you have to drive 20 minutes to get food. Since uber eats don't deliver there. Also the workers cut off our water at 9:20am so we couldn't wash up before leaving & check out was at 10am. Other then that I highly recommend.

Definitely a beautiful location, and we get it’s in the middle of a rainforest so the bugs outside were expected but the amount of bugs we had to clean up after we walked into the door was unreal. Cockroaches, flies, beetles and ants. We had spent nearly $80 at Drunken Cookie in San Juan, the ants were so bad that they got through the packaging of the cookies and we had throw them out. The location was definitely not cleaned prior to our arrival. This description states 35 mins from San Juan, which is deceiving, it’s more like 50 mins and the travel there is not for everyone. Hot water is very limited and I probably should say luke warm water, because it never got hot. No lighting in the pool area, tv did not work but after reaching out they came and dropped a new tv which they did not connect and just sat on the floor, so it was never used.
We had a 4 night stay but checked out early, mainly because we found evidence of a very large snake had been or is in the house as a snake skin was having from the rafters. I would typically avoid reviews like this but expedia asked the owner for a refund for just the one night we did not stay there and they refused, however Expedia did give us credit for the night. Had the owner refunded us for the night we left due to not feeling safe we would have felt as though the owner cared, when we told them, the response was “we’ll call an exterminator, and talk to the cleaning crew” no apology or anything. DONT STAY HERE!

Great Experience!

Property was a dream, from the scenic views to the space we had, everything was great. Property does need some updating, but didn't impact our comfort. Great communication with property manager, easy check-in and check-out.

La propiedad está preciosa es muy tranquilo el lugar pero Tiene problemas de electricidad, hace bajones de luz, la piscina no tiene iluminación por lo q no se puede usar de noche y tampoco sus alrededores tienen iluminación pero el lugar es excelente para compartir y relajarse en familia y amistades.

Great House and View but a little run down

The house was great with an awesome view but the is some maintenance needing done. No shower head in one shower, the other shower's handheld shower head hose was broken, tile in the kitchen sink were loose, the access to the rooftop terrace was boarded off, and there is no AC in the main part of the house (ac was good in all 3 bedrooms). If those maintenance issues were addressed then 5 star.

Photos do not do this place any justice. It is gorgeous. If you're staying with a large group, it may affect how long you have hot water in the showers. Nothing a little patience would not fix. Totally worth the stay.
