The room was cleaned each day, loved the large shower! My favorite thing about our room at the Paris was the ease of getting to our room. This was the seventh hotel I’ve stayed at in Vegas and it’s usually a long and winding hike to get to the elevator and rooms, but not here, they are very conveniently located. I will continue to make the Paris my hotel of choice when I’m in Vegas.

The glass shower door did not have a seal so everytime we showered pools of water would form outside the shower door. Had to use half my towels soaking up the mess over and over or the water would run in the grout throughout the whole bathroom. And the shower head and pressure sucked. And the bathroom had the most dim lights ive ever seen. With no bathroom exhaust fan. How disgusting it felt without proper air exchange. Would not stay there again, would not recommend.

The hotel itself has a lot to do in it and is conveniently located. The staff is helpful and they have reasonable fees for early check in. They also quickly return the hotel deposit. The only thing is the uber pick up from the hotel is in the garage and you have to walk through a lot of the hotel area to get to it. But when they drop you off it is in the front. I went down to Vegas for my friends birthday and we had a ball out hotels were close by and we could go inbetween each of our hotels and see what each had to offer. She liked my hotel particularly the pool and the view from the room!

The only employee I engaged with was the one who sold me two waters and a black coffee for 34 dollars at the coffee shop by the Bordeaux elevator bank. I’ve stayed in Paris a few times and was so disappointed with the lack of quality. I won’t be back

Pros:The Paris is well located and has a spectacular Casino floor area with awesome restaurants and bar areas as well as gaming. I did not go to a show yet they have some and their location allows access to nearby entertainment. Con: My room was not well located. It had a broken sink. And they didn’t seem to care about it. Parking exit was terrible

Our room in the Versailles Tower did not have a coffee maker or a mini fridge. The walk to the coffee bar in the lobby was a 10 minute walk, not convenient for your early morning coffee! I highly recommend staying in the Bordeaux tower so you are closer to the Paris casino and it’s amenities. The Versailles tower is actually above the Horseshoe Casino, so it was faster to go there and walk through to the Paris, then it was to take the skybridge over.

The Paris has a terrible checkin process. Long lines & in my case a standard room wasn't available & the clerk recommended an upgrade which was supposed to be compensated but it ended up costing me way more than was explained to me. The walls in my sink area had splatter from prior guests brushing their teeth. The maid never came in to exchange towels or tidy up the room even though I was in a suite. The checkout process was not good because there was a long line to get the luggage stored & picked back up after storage. Absolutely terrible system. Hotel guests should be treated better. There should be a checkout area inside & a bellhop area so luggage can be stored. The hotel windows were very dirty, which obstructed the view & picture taking. I would not recommend this hotel to others. For the price a guest is paying , there should be much better facilities, more customer service orientated.

I love Paris. The staff goes above and beyond in every aspect. It is easy to navigate through and it is very clean. We were upgraded to a suite with a view on the 31st floor upon check-in which was amazing. The room was humongous (1.5 bathrooms, dining room, living room, bedroom) and was very clean. The furniture is a bit scuffed, and there were a few dings on the walls and doors but that doesn't matter to us at all. It was very comfortable. You have to eat breakfast at Mon Ami Gabi (it's the best!). And I love how centrally located we were to the whole strip. If you want a nice place but don't want to pay the luxury tax of staying at one of the super snobby places then this is your spot. I will definitely be back!

Our room was not ready the 2nd day after we returned from our day at 4:30pm. We were told to give them 1.5hrs. We went downstairs and walked around almost two hour while waiting, yet the room hadn’t started cleaning . There were a few times of back and forth waiting for our room to get cleaned. Disappointed with this experience as we were tired after a long day, otherwise everything was good. One more thing, the bodywash soap dispenser was not filled when it was emptied.

The staff was so friendly compared to literally any other hotel we’ve stayed at in Vegas. We had our almost 2 year old son with us and they were happy to make an accommodation of a bigger room and a balcony with a higher floor for him to watch the Bellagio water show. I know not every stay will be like this but this was in the top 2 hotels on the strip we’ve stayed at. Loved it, will recommend it to all friends and family in the future.
