房間霉味很重 像是混合了冷氣霉味加排水管味道 把冷氣開強一天後才比較淡 但還是不能接受的水準
床墊普通算中下品質的彈簧床
房間地板是很妙的設計 像是木地板鋪環氧樹酯 我猜是為了防漏水 但問題是地板是滑的 人坐在床上靠牆 床就會一直往前滑 兩張單人床靠在一起 翻個身就會滑動

淋浴間排水不是很好 如果把蓮蓬頭水全開 有可能水會從淋浴間留到乾的區域
公用洗衣機很髒 打開槽內過濾蓋子就知道了 兩台洗衣機都一樣髒 烘衣機更糟糕 裡面有積水 而且還是髒水 應該常常有人把沒脫水的衣服丟進去 奉勸不要用
整體下來是我在這附近住過最糟糕的
光房間味道就夠糟了
服務人員很ok 硬體很糟糕 該好好整修了

Room was spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had a great stay here with Fengjia Night Market just a stone's throw away. Only inconvenience we had was trying to get local breakfast food as the area is mainly focused on the night market, so there are hardly any shops open in the morning. But there are a lot of 711 or Family Mart convenience stores around. Other than that, everything was good. Great place to stay if you want to be near the night market.

Very very very near to Fengjia night market!

Super convenient to get to Fengjia night market from this hotel - less than 5mins stroll!! The rooms and amenities are as described and it was a pleasant surprise to find
1/ there is a lobby for hotel guests to chit chat/chillax on level 2
2/ hotel guests can do their own laundry on level 6

Pro: Convenient location close to the largest night market and lots of dining options. Room was clean and modern.

Con: 1. There was no option to pay for breakfast in the morning. You have to pay in advance during booking. 2. Our room was so hot when we first entered that we had to run the AC at max and leave the door open while waiting outside for 10 minutes. 3. The AC blew air directly at the head of the bed so I slept all night with cold air blasting at my head/face and woke up with a headache. Turning down the AC would leave the room too hot.

Overall: do not recommend and would not stay again.

Superb stay at INNK Hotel

Hotel location is easy to find and accessible within Fengjia Night Market and other street food.
Room was cozy & comfy with a nice window view and I am glad to always choose to stay here when I come to Taichung.
There's a mini kitchen for u to cook in the 2nd level if u want and a big living room for u to enjoy the TV and relax.
Laundry located on the top level is good for guest to use also.
Receptionist are all friendly and helpful and I highly recommend travellers to stay here when coming to Taichung

Lovely staff, clean rooms, close to night market

Very friendly, helpful and resourceful. They had kept confidential my request to arrange a surprise for a family member who was going to propose during the stay. Not only did they upgraded their room, but Hotel went out of their way to decorate it.

Location was excellent next to night market, nice local eateries for breakfast. Room was clean.

Our rented car was too long for the hotel’s garage but they arranged for it to be parked about 5 mins walk away. If not rainy season, no problem at all.

One of their staff even gave us good tips when we drove to Tainan on a day trip.

The worst service I have ever had in a Taiwanese hotel. Very prompt at chasing you out of the hotel, calls 30 mins before check out time. However, they don't even bother to help you with your luggage, or open the door, no smile, no greetings, no help with grabbing a cab or taxi. I came to this hotel for the high ratings, and good service. If this is the case, I would have stayed in La Vida across the street (which I have stayed in) and had excellent service.

Everything was excellent. Room size just nice. Decor modern and room is clean. Excellent location as very near to Fengjia Night Market and yet away from the noise. Excellent soundproofing as the door is solid and thick. Only complain I have is the toilet is see through with glass door. Though look nice but not practical at all as no privacy when doing your business. Have to lower blinds every time u use the toilet. Shower area is dim as no direct light over it.

The hotel is clean and new as it was opened only in 2018. In addition, the hotel is very close to the Feng Jia night market and there is also many eatery/food stall around the hotel. In fact, the local's mentioned that the location was also consider part of the night market.
Interestingly, there is a small garden on the ground floor and also a hotel 'living' room where you can sit back to chill, watch some movies or just having a drink while the living room provides a fridge, coffee machine, water dispenser, utensils and even hot plates.

The only set back is the garden was not shelter, so the outdoor table and chairs was wet when it rain. We had suggested to the reception to mount a big umbrella onto the table or install an awning.

The room was clean and size was alright for two adults. The bathroom was of decent size but the design was such that there was no light in the bath stall so it was quite dark.
However, the location was great and within short walking distance to the happening night market.

Location of this hotel is just near the night market. Very convenient and the rooms are clean too. We had the loft room and the stairs lead you to your beds but be careful, the stairs are quite low and my hubby and son bumped their heads a few times.

Affordable and convenient hotel

The hotel is very near the famous Feng Chia Night Market which brings convenience to the hotel guests. Love that the hotel is new so everything is still well furnished and doesn’t look dated.

The shower pressure is great, important when the water pressure actually helps to relieve your muscle ache with all the walking.

Bed is plush and comfy, may be too soft for certain people but hey, it’s better than having old crusty mattresses.

Staff are friendly and are willing to help u however they can. Can speak proper English so non chinese guests please be assured.

Overall superb hotel with the price you pay and I would recommend it to anyone.

The location is very good, just 3 minutes walk from the night market. I was upgraded to a larger room, I think mainly because I visit in non-peak season. Hotel is a new one so room condition is good. Room size big enough for a group of 2 and there still places to open 2 luggage. The thing that I appreciate most is the helpful staff. Since I travel on my own and didn't do research abt taichung, they gave me a lot of advice and suggestions about my trip. I will probably stay in here again if I visit taichung.

Newly renovated and close to FengJia Night Market

Stayed one night from 23rd March 2018 to 24th March 2018. Check-in was fast and smooth and the front desk staff was very courteous. Room was not ready so we left our luggage at the front desk to grab a bite in the meantime. Was told that if we come back early and the room is still not ready they have a lounge area for us to sit and wait which we didn't try. Came back to the hotel and room was ready. Tried opening our room door using the 2 door cards but was unable to do so. Informed front desk and they were very apologetic and swiftly resolved the issue. Once inside the room, can see from the decor and the furnishings that it is a newly renovated hotel, as shown in the hotel photos provided. When evening time arrived, we walked to FengJia Night Market which is very nearby, only 2 small streets away. Will recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in a newly renovated hotel close to FengJia Night Market.

An excellent hotel with very helpful staff.

Stayed in the hotel for 4 nights in March 2018. The room is comfortable and clean with mini bar and toilet amenities etc. We loved the \"living room area\" where the clean kitchen provides the hotel guests to self help with the coffee, water and basic cooking facilities. Plus the living room provides a large projector for games and tv/movies.

The hotel is very near to Fengjia market, a few steps away and we can shop till late at night!
Although hotel does not provide breakfast, 7-eleven and other eateries are available around the hotel.

We stayed at the hotel across the road last year so we were already familiar with the area and thought would try this one as it only opened less than a year ago. Fantastic location right near Feng Jia night market which is around a 3 minute walk away but still relatively quiet area. Standard hotel with absolutely fantastic customer service - the staff were really helpful in recommending restaurants and places to try to eat and overall friendliness. They had a great lounge on the 2nd floor where you could watch movies, drink hot drinks and relax - they tried to make it homely as possible with the décor and seating. We also really appreciated the laundry room which was free to use and had all amenities for us to use. The room itself was spacious enough and clean - although housekeeping will only go in upon request. The bathroom was okay - Japanese style toilets and a small shower which didn't have a light as it relied on the small window natural light. If showering at night, it's a little dark. The hotel all seemed very much do-it-yourself with bare essentials. Despite being very new, it still struck me as a little dingy. No breakfast at this hotel or gym facilities - unlikely would return.

This hotel is right at the corner of night market, the location is superb however the down side is if you are checking-in at evening the traffic will be packed due to the market nearby. This is a brand new hotel and everything was great, friendly service, clean. The room is relatively smaller but neat. Another thing is if you are driving a taller vehicle; eg. an suv; then you will have to drive another 5 minutes for the contacted parking lot since its own garage fits only 1500mm height of sedans. No breakfast for now though but not a big impact, you can easily find things to eat around.
