The glass room has a bit of weird smell but it went away after airing it for a while. Overall, the room was beautiful, adequate and comfortable. One of the toilet and bath wall was glass but with shade... a bit disconcerting as we are not used to it 😁

Overall our stay in this hotel is comfortable, but there are a few suggestions for consideration:
1. to provide room service for breakfast so that our family are able to enjoy our breakfast in the garden.
2. to install more lighting at the garden areas so that we can have drink and snack during night time
3. improve the cleanliness of the TV area and garden because we saw dead caterpillar(s) on the floor and cockroach in the garden.

Great family-oriented hotel. A lot of play area for young children. Sauna, gym, and pool are also available. Room is big and clean. Bathtub is available. Check-in was a bit messy as there were many people checking-in at the same time. Check-out was a breeze though. Parking space is ample. Short walk to a few food outlets.

The hotel staffs are helpful, room and services are great, it's a shame that our car can't park into the garage. However, the breakfast staffs are very unfriendly: we ordered Americano and asked for milk for it. They told us milk is not for americano and refused to provide. This is unheard of in Taiwan

First Impression: This Place is Brand New!
I do not know when it was built or refurbished but it felt like it was just opened last week. Everything was well designed, nothing felt awkward throughout our 3 nights stay. The only thing missing is a cupboard or at least a bigger clothes rack to hang jackets and wet towels (for those of us that doesn't like to use hotel towels). The rack provided was a portable one about an arm's length width and that's it.
The sink is in the room instead of inside the bathroom, which I have no problem with. The toilet bowl came with one of those famous Japanese TOTO seats that is kept warm and washes your rear as well. These things are addictive!! The best part is, strong water pressure in the shower with stable water temperature. Now that is the gold standard which I judge all hotels with after cleanliness (which is rarely a problem). Another common hotel design problem that is avoided here is wet floor after a shower from inadequate shower screen seal. Well done. Apart from towels, I do normally travel with my own toiletries as the ones provided by the hotels are normally inferior to the supermarket stuff that I use. However, I did try the branded shampoo and body wash provided (L'Occitane) and I am happy to report that they do feel luxurious.

We had 3 rooms. The hotel was able to accommodate 2 of the 3 on the same floors which made things easier for us as we were travelling with kids. We weren’t able to get the 3rd room on the same floor because the room type we picked is only available one per floor.

New and clean but kinda small hotel. Friendly staff like most Taiwan service lines. No safe in room. Great water pressure. 10 mins stroll to northern start of Fengchia market yet away from noisy main roads. There is a 24 hrs supermarket conveniently located just behind the hotel. Theres a hair salon just across the hotel if you are interested.

整體嚟講酒店服務都好好 但唯一唔好就係廁所 因為廁所及洗手盆分開的 所以好不方便 晚間的 員工 很好!好樂意 處理問題 但酒店服務沒有 兌換 去逢甲夜市近 只有10至15分鐘 可以步行 過去 去其他地方叫車都好方便。 早餐簡單 不過都ok 酒店大堂得一個廁所， 其實我覺得呢間酒店都有啲貴 係方便 。其他 設施 如果對一間酒店嚟講未完理想， 整體嚟講 都算乾淨整齊 希望日後酒店 會加設 其他 設施 方便旅客。
