The placeholder at shower head is flimsy and the toilet door is abit old and dirty. when doing the room service, the cups with stain was not replaced and no soap given thus not able to do proper washing

飯店格局非常的奇怪，房間很的小但有個大陽台，有種來到東京的感覺因為房間大小比日本還小，飯店原本應該是一般華廈卻改為飯店格局，我們是訂雙人房住三個人(不過飯店對於12歲以下不加價這點到是不錯)早餐普普，建議吃飯店附近的就好，晚餐推見對面馬領薯排骨湯。

Kun hotel review overall is good.

I like breakfast with lots of different kinds of food choices, the room is a decent size and clean. Friendly staff and good services. The AC works well and the water pressure is good. We got a window facing another building with not too much sunlight but other people's balconies. We could open the blinds, but no privacy at all. Also, wish there is one more chair in the room. I think the price could be a bit cheaper with the room we got. The hotel has three cardio machines, but they don't have any weights. It's good with our overall experience.

It’s a very modern hotel and spacious for Taiwan. The room was a bit on the tinier side but not cramped New York or Japan style. The breakfast buffet is nice and they have a DeLonghi espresso machine in the lobby. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Would stay again

Be careful - dirty trick making you pay extra

I was told it was a so-called environment package (US$49), for which even no towers nor soap were provided – but it was not stated at time of booking. I had to pay an extra NT$500, after that it became as expensive as the neighboring Holiday Inn, and many other hotels nearby. Too bad!

The hotel is pretty new looking. Location is close to the night market and other amnesties. The room is clean and nice but is small.

My room had a refrigerant leak from the air-conditioning system which was not pleasant. The technicians managed to repair the leak in the room, but the common corridor outside of the room still had the leak, and some of it managed to leak into the room in the night.

The hotel serves local dishes for their breakfast buffet, great for tourists who want to give some dishes a try. Staff are friendly and polite, and will help you book cab if you need. The room maybe small, but it is very clean and cozy. Highly recommended!

it is far from Taichung station & central. has to take bus around 30 minutes to taichung station. the buffet breakfast is awful & lack of staff as well. the front desk is not helpful. I won't stay at this hotel again

Good hotel location. It takes about 10min walking distance to the FengJia night market. There are lot of shops, restaurants, and small stalls along the way towards the night market.

Helpful hotel staffs. The hotel staffs are always ready to help and give detailed explanation to the hotel guests.

Clean hotel room. The hotel room overall is clean and comfortable. Sound proof is to be improved.

Cleanliness can be improved. You can see they make effort to make the lobby nice but i cant speak the same for the room cleanliness esp the bath towels. The lighting was poor too. What saved the day would prob be service attitude of the front desk esp Natasha. She displayed warmth and enthusiasm and was helpful too.

Fabulous hotel super near to the night market.

The hotel overall is beyond my expectations. The room is spacious, clean and everything is in place. The receptionists are accommodating and more than willing to help. The only achilles heel is the lack of facilities like gym or swimming pool.

Booked two rooms for a night at KUN Hotel. Was really impressed by the room comfort and cleanliness. However, an estimate of 08-10 mins walk should be factored in if you guys are visiting Feng Jia Night Market. Despite the distance, it was by far one of my favorite hotel in Taiwan.

Very well maintained hotel in a fantastic location

A well located hotel. MRT is just 7mins walk. Clean room, comfortable beds and a well designed bathroom. Very pleasant and helpful staff at the reception. Quick check in. When you are weary at the end of a day in Taipei, Just Sleep provides free coffee and biscuits and place to do your laundry while you enjoy your cuppa.

Kun Hotel's service is perfect and attentive, from checking you into your room personally to checking whether you would like the room tidied when you leave. They are also attentive to minor details such as having new breakfast items daily, and restocking of the fridge with complimentary drinks. The location is very close to Feng Chia Night Market, and can be assessed easily via THSR Shuttle Bus 160. Highly Recommended.

Hotel got spider. Carpet is dusty. No wardrobe to hang clothes, room space rather small. Overall service is okay except for the day trip that hotel arranged for us to Ching Jing sheep farm, Sun Moon Lake & Wen Wu temple. We were charged NTD 5000 for the whole day to this 3 places and we paid in full amount up front. However, we were very disappointed that we were only able to visit one place due to massive jam. We do understand that it's a public holiday hence we would appreciate if a better advice could be given on visiting these places on public holidays especially to tourists.

Nice and comfortable hotel

Even though the hotel was a standalone with no nearby buildings, but it is easy to navigate if take car. Check-in was smooth, was situated at the 6th floor, room with 2nqueen sized beds for 4 pax. It was pleasantly clean and neat. Toiletries was provided and the toilet bowl is actually a bidet with technology (like the ones that can help you wash butt etc). There was a balcony as well. Breakfast is good with the usual scrambled eggs, toast, porridge etc. Fengjia market was a short 10mins away with a lot of stores along. In summary, it was a comfortable stay for all of us. Will def go back again.

Modern, value for money, near Fengjia Night Market

Hotel was located walking distance from the Fengjia Night Market. Great Location. The hotel was modern and rooms were clean. Double rooms come in different sizes so be sure to choose the one that suits you. We were ok with a smaller room as we did not had much luggage but if you do have many bags, better to choose the bigger room. Buffet breakfast was decent.
Overall, a value for money hotel.

Breakfast: good but not great
To/From: Easy to get a public bus directly from the HSR station to the hotel and it was free if with the train ticket on hand and within 10 miles of distance. Except there was no direction of which stop to get off and the bus driver was not helpful. The surrounding neighborhood was good but need to call a cab if going outside of the neighborhood. Other travelers suggested to hire a cab for a day trip.

To reach the hotel from Taichung HSR station, take Shuttle Bus 160 which is free using the Easycard and alight at Fengjia University on Fuxing Road. It is a 10 minutes walk and the hotel is on the right side can be seen from Fuxing Road after Xi'an road.

The hotel is within 10 minutes walk to Fengjia Night Market. Traveling on all city buses within 10 km seems to be free using Easycard.

The staff are friendly. But the room is very tiny and it will be very congested with a large luggage. However, the bed is very comfortable, and the room is clean. The wall is very thin and you can hear the neighbors using their bathroom.

5-6年前曾來Kun 住過，這次是再次入住
感覺整間酒店都老舊很多了，重點是房間抽氣奇差，很臭💩
住在我左館的7樓，家人於晚上開始聞到垃圾味，到了早上我們食完早餐後回房間，樓層極臭，是處於垃圾房的味道，進了房間亦很臭，真的受不了！放在房的衣服也沾了點臭味！我們立刻到櫃檯請求換房間！最後第二天換了房間，在5樓，這房間是還好，空間少了很多，不過廁所也是會有點味道，床是舒服的，隔音也不太好

臥室的空間不算大，預定的是一大床的雙人床。到現場是二張單人加大併在一起的房型。床墊的品質真的蠻糟糕的。感覺彈簧已經疲乏的很嚴重，整晚睡覺的時候，覺得脊椎沒有被好好支撐，起來腰酸背痛。
服務人員親切，引導跟介紹都很到位。但是硬體設備就真的需要再加強。
