The basin tap water pressure is too strong, when guest just check in will quite likely turn the tap on and water splashing to the guest, the toilet roller holder,wet the toilet roll, etc. also waste alot of water.

This is one of the worst hotel I ever stay. Hotel staffs were extremely unhelpful and not courteous. There are forever busy don't know with what or just acting busy. When I check in, ask them what is the nearby attraction, she just brush me off saying there is whole lot of maps over there, go take a look and come back to them when needed.
The mattress are so hard that we have body ache day after day. I really don't understand why they mount the TV way up so high near the ceiling that you will have a hard time watching TV as you goto tilt your head till your neck hurts.
Toilet also dun bother to have any shower screen or curtain to separate the bathing area with the toilet bowl and washing basin, after you bathe, all the area is wet, very dangerous for elderly or young children.
Was told they server Dim sum every day except weekend from I think is 6pm to 9pm, was thinking wow...but wrong, their so cal Dim sum is those gardenia bread with butter, coffee and tea and coke, might as well save the manpower and reduce the cost for their hotel rates.
When I check out, the staff just throw me 1 card and some sticker without even bother to explain what it is, only when I probe than they say after you fill up the card with those stickers than can change for some small gifts displayed near the counter. Each night stay is entitle with few stickers.

I was switched to a smaller room because the power in the original room malfunctioned. To compensate for the inconvenience, the hotel gave me a small gift when I checked out, which was surprising and a very nice gesture. It is a great hotel overall. I especially enjoyed the evening coffee/drinks/bakery and the comfortable bed (not too firm and large enough). The only issue was that the carpet near the desk smelled like old sneakers. Even after requesting special cleaning, the smell was still there. The carpet probably needs an update.

The only thing that keeps me from giving this hotel 5 stars is the fact that they had no jacuzzi or indoor spa. (Although they have the space). This is an excellent hotel with a very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is one of the best.

very close to the night market ( huge ) . decor of hotel very modern and the breakfast buffet is great, so many varieties. the only downside is the room we stayed in is a bit old ( it needs some touchup work ). we only stay for one night there and took the train to Kaosiung the next day.

不過一進房間真的有點失望…地毯很舊、但還好沒有前人遺留的垃圾，房間裡沒有任何桌椅，滿奇怪的，買東西回來吃只能站在冰箱上的小迷你吧旁邊，或是考驗技術在床上吃。窗戶邊的臥榻墊子感覺也是非常、非常的舊，因為是暗色系的墊子，感覺就是髒髒的⋯窗簾的灰塵也很重，但小孩看到長窗簾就想玩Elsa，實在是…無法阻止

離逢甲夜市不遠，晚餐吃飽飯後慢慢散步，走到夜市，再吃一輪宵夜再走回來😅😅

公共空間的設施也不錯，泡腳區跟健身房使用的人不多，幾乎是包場使用了！
不過一進房間真的有點失望…地毯很舊、但還好沒有前人遺留的垃圾，房間裡沒有任何桌椅，滿奇怪的，買東西回來吃只能站在冰箱上的小迷你吧旁邊，或是考驗技術在床上吃。窗戶邊的臥榻墊子感覺也是非常、非常的舊，因為是暗色系的墊子，感覺就是髒髒的⋯窗簾的灰塵也很重，但小孩看到長窗簾就想玩Elsa，實在是…無法阻止
床鋪算偏軟，房間燈光有點安，冷氣強度很Ok，隔音也可以，只會聽到吹風機使用的聲音

走道佈置得還不錯,有沙發(但除非有訪客不然也不會坐),Hotels.com上的價格不含早餐房有點偏貴,感覺多付了不少稅。地下室有不少免費停車位,雖然走到逢甲夜市約5分鐘,但外面巷弄有點雜亂,市容很差,且飯店入口感覺好像一般的公寓大廈,網路上說有健身房實際上只是幾台簡單的機器充數,和想像中落差好大。
