TRS Coral was an amazing property. The rooms were very clean, as well and the entire complex. All the staff members we interacted with were top notch always accommodating and helpful. Yurenni, our butler was fantastic! Any and every thing we needed she was right there to help. She was so informative about what was going on around the resort during the day and night. We couldn’t have been happier. I would definitely recommend this resort and we hope to visit again!

The resort is beautifully built and the staff are very professional, helpful and welcoming. I would recommend that the butler team to examine the rooms before having guests check in though. We had a situation where the water pressure of the rainforest shower head was weak (yes we were on the top floor but the 4th floor shouldn't have this weak a water pressure) and the other small shower head just would not clamp on to the pole and kept sliding down. It was not a pleasant experience when halfway through the shower we had to go the front desk and ask for a solution. The staff was very helpful and they upgraded us to a different room where the shower head worked. Again this may not have been possible if we went during the peak season. So I would hope the hotel checks and maintains the rooms regularly to avoid this. I also hoped that the AC vent wouldn't point directly towards the bed - I was worried that it would give me headaches. Otherwise the hotel was really enjoyable, food and drinks were excellent, especially La Bohème, El Gaucho, Poseidon (buffet) and Capricho (breakfast). The beach was well maintained and the beds are very comfy both by the beach and by the pool. We will be back!

My husband and I visited here in summer 2020 a year after it opened. We decided to come back May 2026 for our anniversary. Overall, we had a nice experience since we've been dying to get away from work/kids/life. Our butlers were attentive as well as the restaurant / bar staff. The food at the resort restaurants was pretty tasty and they offered a wide variety. Our junior suite ocean facing was excellent. Clean and the views were amazing. The beach was not crowded and it was easy to access the water. The main TRS pool was festive with guests, drinks , music and activities! Their spa massage and hydrotherapy experience really exceeded our expectations. Make sure to get the 2 for 1 deal. The spa / gym facilities were great and worth the money. The only drawbacks to mention were 1) the check-in process...extremely drawn out with constant pressure to buy upgraded rooms 2) in the lobby, outside restaurant, etc. pressure from staff to buy spa passes 3) The Chic cabaret dancers were so talented and excellent entertainers, however, the dinner provided left much to be desired. 4) lastly, the resort alcoholic beverages had to be watered down. Thankfully we bought our own bottle at duty free at the airport. Overall a great stay and I would recommend to others

Reach out to the staff ahead of time and ask about the most popular restaurants. They do fill up fast. El Gaucho is a must and the cabaret show is just as hard to reserve. Bali beds fill up fast as well.

The staff will bend over backwards to help you, just ask.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. All the restaurants at night are 5 course meals and absolutely delicious. The butler assistant is much more helpful than I expected it to be. My butlers, Benji and Jimmy, are 11/10. They helped me plan my proposal and everything was kept a surprise it went amazing and they added their own special touches to the room and proposal plans. Even went in their free time to get flowers in Cancun to surprise my fiancée with. When I come back they will be my specific butlers that I ask for.

Robert and Carlos were my butlers and they were absolutely amazing with responding to all of my needs. I enjoyed most of my room. I stayed in 2001 swim up definitely book it it’s like having an extended pool with the lake view. The only thing I didn’t enjoy is the old smell and mildew smell they need to do a deep clean or have diffusers with essential oils. The food was ok not the very best. But overall I had a great experience. I will definitely be back back.

The property is fantastic. A 3 min walk to the beach. We were able to get chairs and umbrellas without a problem both at the beach and at the pool. All the hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating for everything. Our evening butler Frida was absolutely fantastic in helping with dinner reservations, turn down service, getting our mini bar restocked and setting up our spa reservations. The pool waitstaff was pleasant and attentive. The swim up bar gets a little crowded so we would get out of the pool and order on the backside of the bar- never a wait. The poolside snack bar was ok for a quick bite. The onsite restaurants were also fantastic. We found boheme and gaucho to be our favorites

The property was amazing. The was some hang ups at the beginning but the terrific staff made every attempt to rectify all issues. The food was amazing and all restaurants were not overly crowded. The pool waters were warm as well as the ocean water(although the seaweed was a bit of a challenge). I recommend this property for couples definitely. The swim up suites were amazing. I don’t have any real complaints about the property or the staff. I would definitely go back

Beautiful Property, the room we had was Beachside and we had a great view of the beach from afar!! The little boats hauling us on the river from point to point were a nice touch same with the golf cars!! Breakfast was amazing everywhere, lunch was good, dinners could have been better flavor wise, the service was excellent!! The pool was great just had wished for a little bit of shade somewhere in the water besides the bar but the lounge area by the pool was great!! Loved the walk to the beach, the sand wasn’t the cleanest though and everything was bright and white!!

Our stay at the TRS Coral Hotel in Cancun was truly a 10/10 experience. The resort is exceptionally clean, with modern, spacious rooms that were comfortable, high-end bedding. The staff provided incredible, attentive service often featuring dedicated butlers who go above and beyond to arrange reservations and personal touches. Dining is a major highlight; the à la carte breakfast at Capricho, with made-to-order options, is a fantastic way to start the day, especially if you get a table in a top waiter's section. It is an adults-only sanctuary that makes you feel pampered, and I highly recommend it for a relaxing yet lively trip.

Beautiful resort with a stunning property overall. The customer service, however, was lacking. Check-in was long and felt unwelcoming from the start. We stayed in a swim-out room, which was beautiful, but there were a few maintenance issues — the jets needed repair and the patio light was not working.
We were asked to wait until 3 PM to enter the room because they stated they needed to do a “thorough check,” yet several items still appeared to have been missed. The “butler” service also did not feel like true butler service.
It was my birthday trip, and I travel every year for my birthday, so I’m used to resorts adding thoughtful touches like a birthday banner on the door, chocolates, or a small cake in the room. Unfortunately, none of that was included here. Birthday decorations of any kind required an additional fee, and when I asked customer service about a simple door banner, I was told, “We don’t do that.”
On a positive note, the food was very good for an all-inclusive resort. The Italian restaurant was just okay compared to the others. Overall, we still had a good time, but the experience lacked the personal touches that make a birthday stay feel special.

I want to preface this by saying the resort itself is beautiful and the premium experience events team are truly fantastic and attentive, but I cannot in good conscience leave without warning other guests.

During a 3 night stay $216 was stolen from my purse while I was staying here. This was not a case of leaving my valuables out in the open, my purse was tucked away amongst my belongings, so for someone to have taken money from it means they went through my things deliberately. My coin slot was left open, and my ID and debit cards were rearranged, so this was an intentional act of theft.

The feeling of having your personal belongings searched through without your knowledge, in a room you are paying to be safe in, is genuinely distressing. I came here to relax and celebrate my fiancé’s birthday and instead I’ve left feeling violated and unsafe. I would urge any guests to use the in-room safe for absolutely everything of value and to be aware that this can happen, even in a resort of this calibre.

We had the most amazing stay at TRS Coral Hotel with my friends and I genuinely can’t recommend it enough.

From the moment we arrived, our butlers Sergio and Ana took incredible care of us. They were attentive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They even made my birthday feel really special, which I’ll never forget. It felt personal, warm, and truly well taken care of.

The ambiance of the resort was a solid 10/10—beautiful, relaxing, and exactly the kind of luxury getaway we were looking for. The staff across the entire property were consistently warm, welcoming, and respectful, which made the experience even better.

Food-wise, it was a bit mixed, but overall still enjoyable. We didn’t get to try everything, but Helios and Capricho were great for breakfast and definitely stood out for us.

Overall, the service and atmosphere carried the experience in the best way. We left feeling well taken care of, appreciated, and honestly a little spoiled. We will absolutely be coming back again—that’s a promise.

If you come here request Sergio and Ana as your butlers you will not be disappointed. I miss them already!

2 girls in our group got food poisoning, I was sick for days. Food tasted horrible. Drinks were awful, mixers tasted artificial and alcohol was not high quality. Poor service. Breakfast took over an hour for an omelet. Will never go back.

Amenities
The amenities were fantastic, good food and great liquor selection. The wine selection leaves a lot to be desired. High cost liquors like johnny walker and patron are included but bottled of wine that cost $9 in the states are considered premium.

Butlers
For butlers we had Sergio and Ana. The butlers were amazing with facilitating dinner bookings, and amending dinner booking requests and were very attentive overall.

General Staff
We had several instances where the room was not restocked based off of requests or restocked with water at all. This was remedied quickly with the butler service however having to use the butler service so often for these kinds of things made it feel like a necessity to have a butler rather than a luxury and made it feel less like a vip access resort. Even though the butlers were able to get the items remedied it often took hotel staff a long time to complete the task compared to when we reached out to our butler.

Cleanliness
We did notice after a few days of staying there that we had something black dotting our shower. We originally thought this was just part of the porous shower stone however we later realized that it was able to be scratched off and might of actually been mold. I am sure this is a constant problem with the constant moisture and humidity however a thorough room cleaning and shower cleaning with bleach would most likely resolve this in between guests.

We absolutely loved our stay at TRS Coral. The property was stunningly beautiful, the staff was kind and accommodating, and we had the best vacation. The only hiccup was reaching our assigned butler at arrival, but once connected through the front desk, communication was seamless.
Our one significant frustration was with the Palladium Travel Club. Before we even reached our room — exhausted from a full day of travel — an agent pulled us aside, showed us a map of the property, and made it feel like a helpful welcome. He then seamlessly transitioned into signing us up for what we didn’t know would be a 3-hour sales presentation the next morning.
We were told we’d receive a free couples massage as a perk for celebrating our 10-year anniversary, and genuinely believed this was a thoughtful gesture from the hotel. That framing was never corrected. The next morning we were taken to breakfast, then toured premium rooms, then brought to an office and pitched a 5–10 year membership.
What made it most frustrating wasn’t the presentation itself — it was the lack of transparency. Had we known upfront this was a timeshare-style sales pitch, we could have made an informed choice. Instead it was disguised as an anniversary perk. It also wasn’t fair to the representative that didn’t know we weren’t informed of the true situation.
For a resort this beautiful with staff this warm, that experience cast an unnecessary shadow over the start of an otherwise wonderful trip.

This was our first stay at a 5-star hotel like this and I couldn't say better things about it. The service was incredible, our butters Ana & Sergio where just incredible. Awnsering every question we had, fulling dreams, and setting up surprises.
The hotel was a little confusing to navigate with the several locations and properties around the palladium area, but staff as well as the butters had us covered in no time.
The drinks at the several bars across the bar where just incredible, bartenders super patient as well as mixing some of the best cocktails i've ever had. All the bars where using only top shelf liquor if not something very close to it.
All I gotta say is I will be coming back most definitely, I loved this resort even more then I could have ever imagined and it had treated us so well for me and my girlfriends 3 year anniversary.

The room cleaning service was not satisfied, the refrigerator was leaking, the scale was out of batteries, the electric kettle handle was broken and the welcome food wasn’t fresh — the cheese was hard and one of the dried fruits appeared to have been bitten. There was also a moldy odor in the room, and the bedsheets smelled. I had to keep calling the front desk on the first and second day to have these issues addressed. What was more surprising was the staff’s attitude at checkout when I raised these issues. She didn’t even apologize and seemed indifferent, as if it didn’t matter. I believe this kind of response may discourage guests from visiting the hotel again.

We chose this resort for our honeymoon celebration and it was perfect! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We were able to try 3 different restaurants for dinner and they were all delicious, for lunch we usually had Helios or ordered from the pool menu and they were also very good! Every staff member that we encountered was always very welcoming and friendly, a lot of the staff even learned my husbands name because of how much they would come check on us.
Our room was incredible and very clean. Our butlers also made sure to leave us a special detail for our honeymoon one of the nights, and at one of the restaurants they also made a special dessert for us.
They were very accommodating if we needed anything and you can tell that they truly want their guests to have a great experience.
We loved our stay and cannot wait to be back in the near future!

We have stayed at this property multiple times in the past; while the amenities and the beach remain top notch the service is becoming less consistent. The butlers are less attentive, the front desk staff tends to find an excuse to say no rather trying to accommodate.
We come to this resort to play tennis among other things; no one informed us at any point that Rafa Nadal Tennis Center will be closed for guests for padel tournament until we arrived.
My mother passed away the day after we arrived; we had to cut our stay short. Despite valiant attempt by Expedia/Hotels.com staff, TRS never responded to their requests to issue credit for the unused days due the special circumstances.
We still might come back in the future but will definitely explore other options.

Great Hotel with so much to do ! You get butlers assigned with your room and they help you all throughout the day with room needs, restaurant reservations , spa reservations , pool bed reservations , etc . Anything you aren’t too sure about just text and ask your butler ! Food is great although some restaurants definitely better than others , multiple places to eat breakfast , lunch and dinner , definitely a big property but they have multiple cart drivers to take you all around and wherever you need to go just stop one and ask ! Overall a great experience had so fun , be sure to check out the other grand palladium property as you get access to most of their amenities when booking through Expedia . Big thanks to Estrella and Ana for being our butlers during our stay they were definitely a big big help !

My wife and I stayed at TRS Coral Hotel for our 13-year anniversary, and the experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and valued. The service was consistently attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly throughout our stay.
The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean and refreshed daily. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was peaceful and relaxing — exactly what we were looking for in an adults-only experience.
The amenities were top-tier. The pools were beautiful, the beach area was well maintained, and the dining options were excellent. Every restaurant we tried delivered high-quality food and great presentation. The butler service and attention to detail truly made this trip special for us.
We felt safe, well taken care of, and able to fully relax and celebrate our anniversary. I would absolutely recommend TRS Coral to couples looking for a luxury, adults-only, all-inclusive getaway in Costa Mujeres.
We’ll definitely be back.

My friend and I had an amazing stay at TRS Coral Hotel and would absolutely return!
Our room was beautiful with a stunning ocean view — waking up to that turquoise water was such a treat. The pool area was clean and spacious, with plenty of sunny spots as well as shaded areas to relax. While you can’t see the ocean directly from the pool because of the greenery, it’s just a short walk to the beach, which is gorgeous, very clean, and has the softest sand. We also loved the fun beachside bar with swings!
A huge thank you to our butlers, Mel and Daniela, who truly elevated our trip. They made all of our dinner reservations, checked in daily, sent us the activity schedule, and even decorated our room beautifully for our birthdays. Their attentiveness made everything feel effortless and special.
Dining was a highlight — El Gaucho was our absolute favorite (I could have eaten there every night!). Teppanyaki was also such a fun experience. We enjoyed the quieter nightlife vibe, relaxing at Aqua late night and having pre-dinner drinks at the Sky Lounge with gorgeous rooftop views. The silent disco was definitely one of our favorite activities!
Overall, a beautiful resort with wonderful service, great food, and a relaxing yet fun atmosphere. Highly recommend!

We were here two years ago and returned just recently; food, staff, hotel grounds and ambience still excellent. Capricho breakfast is the best, you can choose from an à la carte menu and then an ample buffet. Shout out to Super Cesar!! The beach is white sandy and there are plenty of chairs with staff always ready to assist.

We had several issues with room changes and time wasted by attending a sales presentation that ended up taking 6 hours instead of 1 hour. I will say that one person, named Miranda, at the reception desk continued to save the day time after time. No matter what went wrong she was able to sort it out and find a good solution. She maintained her kindness and sense of humor in the face of my sometimes difficult travel companions. So thank you Miranda you deserve a raise in pay! I would return to this hotel because of her customer service as well as the great food and beach. I would also advise to make your restaurant reservations the SECOND you arrive!

The resort was just okay. For it to be luxury resort it was mediocre at best. The adult side was very limited with activities the pool closed super early and the food selection was not that great. The room had a “wet” smell to it and was extremely humid and there was so much condensation that the floors were slippery and wet. This is a place that I can honestly say I never have to return back to again. The best part was the wellness center and getting a massage other than that I was not impressed. The resort was just okay. It was mediocre at best for a luxury resort. The adult activities were limited, the pool closed early, and the food selection was not great. We had literally the best week of our lives at this resort! We were so well taken care of by all of the staff, especially our butler, Mel. He helped us with anything and everything that we needed during our stay. On our anniversary, he decorated the room in rose petals and brought us a special bottle of champagne. Our favorite restaurant was El Gaucho and our waiter was Joaquin. His service was excellent and he made sure that we had everything we needed at every return. The food at every restaurant on the resort was incredible. We are big foodies and we had so much fun ordering a bunch of different dishes from each restaurant. We ended up staying in the adult only portion for all of our dinners so we repeated a couple of restaurants but we were happy to do so because the food was so good. The room was always clean and housekeeping made sure of that three times per day. The cabaret show is not to be missed, we really enjoyed the show and the meal. The performers are incredible. And the spa was serene, we really enjoyed the massages and the hydrotherapy. We spent most of our days at the pool and Elias waited on us hand and foot. He was absolutely incredible and such a hard worker. He always checked on us and brought us drinks and food promptly. We were so impressed with all of the activities that were available while on the resort such as yoga, sushi making class, macrame, spin class in the pool, a pole dancing class in the pool, etc! We already cannot wait to come back!!

The service and the quality of food was extremely poor. Everything is about 60% of where it should be. Room service? Yes they have it, but wait 90 minutes so you lose the wikll to order it again. Yes we have a steakhouse, if you like half inch top sirloin you're all set. Jacuzzi on your patio? Yes but we don't have hot water. 8 restaurants? Yes but maybe 4 open at any time. Technically the resort has everything as described, it the quality or the service is so bad you can't come here. Upselling at every opportunity. Putting 300 bottles of wine in the table during your dinner without telling you it's an upsell. I booked a spa with my resort credit but if course at checkout they say it doesn't count here and the salesperson is nowhere in sight. You just feel misled and scammed at every turn. Hard to relax when you're always watching out for trouble
