The location is excellent, it is centrally located to almost all important spots that you need to see and visit while in Rome, the down-side were the amenities such as the bathroom and the beds, but otherwise for those looking for an affordable and best location, this one is the best!

This was a great place to stay with a short walk to Vatican City in addition to crossing the river to access the hop on/off buses to explore the rest of Rome. It is rustic with the shower being a tad small but it was a safe place to stay with the price being in line with all this. If you want 4 /5 star accommodation this is not for you but if you are after a functional room for a place to sleep between exploring Rome it is a good option.

This is a basic room in a larger apartment. It was sufficient for my needs. I didn’t come to Rome for the accommodations. This room is close to Metro stop. Train passes near the building. You can feel it occasionally but not bad. The staff are friendly. It’s an easy walk to the Vatican from here.

The door locks are peculiar. You use you phone to unlock the building door, apartment door and your room door. It’s slow at times and took several tries at times. Make sure to carry a charger with you while you are out. Otherwise if your phone dies you can’t get back in.

The place is very close to restaurants, coffee shops shopping and walking distance only to vatican and hop on hop off station.Staff are very friendly, especially Pascual who guide me from the start to the end of our stay in Rome. Will definitely go back again.

The pictures of property were a little misleading. We thought we were booking a suite when in fact it was just one single, tiny room with bathroom inside an apartment with 5 other rooms, inside a larger apartment. Not worthy the $$ we paid.

3 stars as it was just average!

The hotel was very accessible by metro which was very convenient. Be warned that you MUST have internet/data/a charge on your phone to enter the building/apartment/room. They do not use actual keys/key cards.
For some this could be a problem if you are alone and your phone dies.

I also never met a person on the staff - they communicated by WhatsApp only.

The room was very outdated and quite honestly in rough condition. The wooden bed boards would fall out just by sitting on the bed. The bathroom was insanely small and didn’t even have a proper door (it was like a sliding closet door.) There is no daily cleaning like other hotels and instead you have to pay €30 if you want your room cleaned. The only good thing about this hotel was its location right above to Ottaviano metro station. I will say the owner of the “hotel” was a very nice man but the rooms are not up to par.

The room was small but clean. Two twin beds and a double bed was perfect for a family of 4. However, there's no cup provided in the room. There's a small closet with only one hanger. The location is very convenient, only 2 minutes from the subway station and Vatican.

Met my expectations. Convenient in regards of proximity to main sites . Aditionally having the metro station at walking distance was a plus.

8/10 stars! Great customer service from Pasquale and Francesca. He met us at the hotel upon our arrival and oriented us with stuff we need to know. The Hotel, room and building has special locks to get in, that can only be accessed thru an online portal. Room and Bathroom is small but clean, with hair dryer, toiletries, ref, closet, and utensils. It is walking distance from Octavio train station, Sit Bus stop (transportation to FCO Airport), pizza, coffee shops, halal food, groceries and Vatican City. My only complaint is the dividing walls between bedrooms are thin so we can hear everything that is happening on the other side of the wall. Everything :) But other than that, I recommend this hotel for its GREAT LOCATION!

Pasquale was super nice. We arrived outside of the check in times and he met us there with no issues. He gave us many helpful tips to navigate around our first night. Room was clean and comfy. Cleaning staff was friendly. When I made it back to the states Pasquale contacted me to let me know I left my phone in the room. We arranged for it to be shipped back and I received it a week after my departure, so thankful! Would highly recommend this wonderful place that is super close to the Vatican and subway.

Do yourself a favor and find other accommodations!

This was the worst of all the hotels on our trip. The room was the size of a walk-in closet, the beds were cots with a big dip in the center- the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept in. One towel, no washcloth, a half roll of toilet paper and no internet the entire stay, though it was supposed to be included. No one at the desk to check us in and waited over an hour with our bags outside for someone to let us in the building. Hallway filled with smoke although it was a non- smoking hotel. The gal did nothing to address the issue- seemed unconcerned. More like a hostel than a hotel.

This hotel was a little hard to find and had a flea market right in front of it. This flea market starts very early in the morning and they make a lot of noise. It was difficult to sleep. I had to get ear plugs. The room did have AC but the temps out side was to cool for it to come on. We had to keep the window open to let cool air in and the noise was right down below. The hotel was in a good safe area and with in walking distance to a lot of the sites we wanted to see. Train station close by also. It is a very basic room with a private bath. Simply a room to crash. The proprietor was very nice and helpful with directions and spoke fairly good English.

First off, this place is not a bed and breakfast. There was no coffee and no breakfast. It is in an apartment building and the staff seem to do this gig on the side. The bathroom was very small, the room tiny and foul-smelling.

The room was clean and tidy. Could do with modern appliances ie kettle. Bathroom door wouldn't close or lock. And there is a lot of stairs to get to the room it is a converted flat. It's a great place if you just want to sleep there and that's it.

Nice and clean room, good location. We had a great couple of days. There’s a cleaner each day, very nice lady. Pasquale, the owner, is brilliant: very helpful and attentive. I would definitely go back and I recommend it. One thing to point out however is that this is defined as Bed&breakfast but there isn’t any breakfast included, it’s only room hire.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, so close to the vatican and the metro station being right outside was very useful. The room was fine, the only thing i would mention that would benefit from improvement was the shower as it was very small and the way the shower screen was, made it quite difficult to have a shower and you ended up flooding the bathroom a tad. The one owner we met was very friendly and also provided a map and useful tips for rome. Would highly recommend.

We stayed for 3 nights, our arrival was delayed but the owner stayed up to 22:15 to make sure we got in. The location was difficult to find with no signs. It was a good base, cleanliness was good although the room size was a little small. However this was not an issue considering we were only there at night. The ottiviano metro stop was directly outside which made travel easy and was within 5 mins of the Vatican. Great stay and staff, would return.

Pasqual was extremely helpful in our trip and gave us wonderful personal attention. The free breakfast at the McCafe was a huge plus the next morning. The street and neighborhood is literally a 5 min walk to the Vatican Museum Entrance and multiple restaurants. P gave us a recommendation for one in particular that was so good for lunch we went back for dinner! Bustling area with markets, clean, comfortable, and homey.

Great place to stay. Breakfast was not the best but was adequate. Good location, easy to get to many sights with Metro and buses close. Clean rooms lots of room. Shower a little snug but effective. Would recommend we stayed 4 nights. Best to call staff ahead of time before you arrive. They live close by and will need a heads up to let you in. Pasquale is a good host and will take care of what you need Directly.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Metro is just a few metres away. Air conditioning working perfectly well. can be quite noisy at night. There is no reception which means that you have no one to talk to should you need anything else.

The destination of the hotel, sorry 'apartment' was good however the room was not as expected. Deceiving photos were displayed on the website. When arrived at the hotel no one was there to assist us to the room, waited half an hour for the receptionist to arrive and let us in. Also was not a clean room at all, was only cleaned once and no new towel was provided. Experienced a disappointing first night as we couldn't enter the building with the key that was given to us so had to wait for someone to open the door for some time, the new key was given the following day. Lastly, a fee was charged at our check out which was not stated at our arrival and was also an unpleasant service as it delayed us to catch the flight back home.

Amazing location with great staff

We booked last minute after a problem with our initial B&B (early morning hours day of rental). We were greeted by Lea (host) at 1000 AM and were able to check in at this time. The suite is located in a nice building just steps from the metro and within walking distance to the Vatican, great restaurants, and shopping. This isn't a traditional bed and breakfast, the apartment has been turned into several suites and the host does not live at the location, but the suite is clean, comfortable and secure. You get a free breakfast voucher for the McDonald's cafe just across the street, where you get a croissant and coffee. In my experience this is a fairly typical European breakfast and there are plenty of other cafes/restaurants nearby if you need more. The family that runs this business also runs a licensed guided tour company. We ended up booking tours for the Vatican and the colosseum through their company, Quo Vadis Roma Tours. The tours were wonderful and our guide Fiorella was extremely knowledgable and friendly. Everyone we dealt with helped to make our stay as enjoyable as possible from helping with last minute tours to making excellent suggestions on restaurants. All in all our experience was amazing with great value.

Close to Vatican - great\n\n

This is a small inexpensive B&B which could do with a little make over but as they say \"you get what you pay for\" and in this case a clean room with ensuite - although the staff only come in, in the morning they are polite, friendly and very helpful. It's location is about a ten minute walk to the Vatican and the stop for the hop on/hop off bus (I recommend the red or green buses), yes I would stay there again, I don't need fancy just, my own bed and bathroom.

Lovely hotel close to everything

From pick-up to the airport until check out, they were very
Accomodating to our needs. The staff, even if she speaks little english but she was very nice and very willing to help. Bed, aircon, shower is good. And because of the double glazing window, noise is minimised from outside. When you come out of the hotel, shops are there. Metro, atm machine is a few steps away. vatican is 5min away walking.
The owners are very welcoming. And we enjoyed our stay their.

Nice B&B close to the Vatican.

This B&B was exactly as we expected. We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay near the Vatican. This is a converted apartment and your hotel room is one of the rooms inside the apartment. We had two adults and two children. It worked out great. We only needed a place to sleep and shower. As long as you know what to expect then this place is great. Breakfast vouchers were provided everyday to eat in a cafe across the street. They also arranged for our travel to and from the airport. The room is also right above a metro station and bus stop. We mostly walked but two days we used the public transport to save time. The other nice thing is you are away from the big hotels and getting away from the crowds is nice. Also Francesca contacted us before arrival and told us what to expect since the staff is not on sight 24 hours a day. She met us on arrival. Gave us tips and sent us on our way.

Never go back there in my life

It´s not a hotel, is 4 rooms in a buliding. There is nobody in the front desk if you need anything, just for a few hours a day. I arrive in the evening and when I got there nobody was there, I try to call the administrator and quess what she desconects her movil. At night, my first time in Rome I had to start looking where to sleep.The next day I woke up and went to the \"hotel\", again nobody was there, I had to wait up to 1 PM till the administrator got to the hotel. The worst of all is that she didn´t return the money for the night I had to pay to ohter hotel. Is not true that they give you breakfast to your room you have to go somewhere else to get it and it was not good.

La atencion es extraordinaria, ubicacion muy buena. Facil el acceso al edificio. Pero la habitación 4 , cama incomoda , regadera tapada, se zafo de la pared la regadera. No sabria si para ser Roma estuvo bien el precio. Fue reserva de ultimo momento aunq llegamos fuera de horario de recepcion nos recibieron, primera vez q reservamos solo habitacion.

Pasquele e Francesca nos receberam bem, foram super simpaticos. O apartamento nao era o melhor do mundo, mas atendeu MUITO BEM as nossas necessidades. Metrô na porta, 10 minutos a pé da Basilica de Sao Pedro e com otimos restaurantes proximos, incluindo Mc Donalds. O local era silencioso. Wifi de qualidade. Voltaria com certeza. É o lugar perfeito para quem só quer um lugar para dormir, ja que vai passar o dia todo fora.

Our room worked well for our needs. When we arrived the reception was informative, helpful and warm.

Beds were clean and okay, there was a little fridge, an electric kettle, an air conditioning machine, a toilet&shower in our room to use WiFi connection. Noise from the streets didn't disturp us because a closed window silenced it a lot. We also felt very safe there. Nearby were many shops, restaurants and a metro station.
Though we could have hoped more counter space such as shelves and clothes hangers we managed. Also in the shower there were some parts little bit off their place (a shower curtain/wall and a shower head holder), but that didn't block us taking a shower.

Единственный плюс отеля- близко от метро. Ещё хорошо организованный трансфер.Ужасная вода, после кипячения страшный белый осадок, нужно воду покупать. Из под крана пить не рекомендую, хотя было сказано, что вода хорошая. Плохо работающая сантехника. Унылый, обшарпанный интерьер.Персонал достаточно приветливый.Ни слова по русски, на что и не рассчитывали. Не рекомендую. Цена- качество, не отвечает качеству.

Het hotel is een etage van een gebouw. Geen echte hotel maar meer een gang met een paar kamers. Toplocatie, naast de metro. Wel gehorig vanwege de dagelijkse marktkramen voor de deur. De verwarming en de airco werkten niet, maar het was niet erg want zo koud was het niet in de kamer. Er zijn ook wel dekens aanwezig. Ze hebben geen ontbijt ook al werd dat wel aangegeven op de site! Houd daar wel rekening mee. Wel hele lieve mensen die het hotel runnen. Ze hielpen ons met alles en gaven goede tips. Onze vlucht was geannuleerd, ze hielden steeds contact om te vragen of we nog wensen hadden.
