The rooms were within easy walking distance of the Vatican and in a wonderful neighbourhood. The room was very clean and adequate. Gaining entry to the property was trying and time consuming.

Airconditioner no cool air was so hot could not sleep. Informed service still no change was awful and so hot very unpleasant. Bathroom outside room very strange when getting up in middle of night and having to face strangers other guests coming in an out while in dressing gown not good at all. Kitchen very sparse no coffee machine no salt papper very little crockery. All keys very very difficult to open doors everyone battled with keys. Customer across from our room was stuck in room and had to shout for help in middle of night could not get door open lucky we were there we found extra key in drawer at entrance an managed to get him out. Otherwise was a clean place.

They did their best to accomodate us. By far the best help and service we have ever recieved. They went above and beyond to help us. Really takes care of their customer. Highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Pisa. A shout out to Giuseppe P. Greatly appreciate packing a snack for the plane and taxi ride.

A good location. Service was good they always answered the phone for any queries I had. The only thing I was disappointed in was the fact it was not what I booked, as I was travelling on my own with my granddaughter I needed en suite, I booked the family room with city view and private bathroom. I got a double room overlooking a restaurants outside area and the backs of buildings and a bathroom across the hall. Which was a problem for a elderly lady and child

5 minutes walk to the Vatican

The room is newly upgraded with contemporary details and can be one of the best place to stay if you’re going to visit the Vatican City. Very quiet as well. The only thing I don’t like is that the bathroom is across our room but I think it has to be what it is in Italy lol.

very poor customer service.

Could not book into the guest house as my flight was arriving in rome after 830pm. Tried to call the guest house to make an alternative for me which they were not cooperative and said if i don't check in on the day of travel, my reservation is cancelled without refund. I had booked 2 nights and they could not confiurm if i could atleast checking on the second day. i ended up booking a different hotel. Felt like its a way of conning people

Not really a hotel

The location was fantastic, very close to the Vatican and other attractions the only thing that let it down was the accommodation, breakfast was in fact a cake, there was a kitchen next to the bedroom which was not the cleanest and towels, as shown in the pictures were not provided!!

The worst experience

It was our worst experience of our travel in Italy.
1: We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 PM, but nobody opened the door, it was a board on the door that if nobody answers call this number. We called the number but the cellphone was switched off!!!!
So we had to stay at streets because all other hotels were completely booked.

2: We called again at the next morning 7:00 A.M and the person came at 10:30 for checking.
3: Regarding to email I received from hotels.com, we had to pay another 23 Euro for city tax, but the guy told us we should pay 50 Euro and when I argued with him, he started shouting in Italian language and told us if we do not pay this fee we should empty the room!

So our first impression in Italy was our worst impression and this really bad experience resulted we hate Roma right now!

Cannot contact the owner immediately, came very late. Additional city tax paid.

I wish we can transfer but it will be out of budget and hotel payment non refundable...

Excellently situated, right by the Vatican and only a 20-30 minute bus journey on the 81 to the Colosseum. However make sure you phone the hotel before arrival as there may not be anyone there to let you in and give you the keys.

We arrived quite late and the lady was polite enough to send us a staff member so we could get the keys.......at the extra cost of 25€ ! Although we were told it was breakfast included no one came to add anything extra to the basket with the two cakes that was the said breakfast!!! And although we were told someone will come to change the towels and fill the breakfast basket NO one showed up for the two days we were there so although it was clean at the beginning we had no towels after the first night!!!!!

Not all it seems.

This \"hotel\" tried very hard to ruin our stay in Rome, if it wasn't for the wonderful city it may have succeeded. In the run up to our stay we had received an e-mail reminder describing check-in time ends at 00:00, however when we contacted the hotel to say we were expected to arrive at 23:30 we were told that check-in after 23:00 would cost us an extra fee, we were quite surprised with this but thought that we could argue this point when we arrived at the hotel. When we arrived at the \"hotel\", 54 via germanico, a man hooted at us from a car shouting my name and ushering us into his car where he drove us 10 minutes round the corner to another building which we could only assume was the annex building. This is not a hotel. We were shoved into the annex building, which is a good 15 minute walk from the main site, it is more of a shared apartment. Our hopes of arguing out of the check in fee were banished when we discovered that the hotel worker who let us into the apartment had a much worse comprehension of English or French than we had of Italian. The same man woke us at 01:30 hammering on our door we found he left our personal info out on the table in a shared room.
Main Points.
Not a hotel. It is a shared apartment of worse quality than much cheaper hostels.
Noise travels hugely within the apartment.
There seemed to be no cleaning done our entire 4 day stay, not nice for shared bathrooms in hot Roma.
There was no breakfast as advertised.
Very Disappointing.

Nice hotel good price but with a few issues

We booked a transfer from the airport to the hotel which was heavily overpriced at 45 euros one way! Don't pay for this!! Buy a bus ticket from your airline (only 4 euros each way).

Upon arrival to the address provided, we were greeted by the hotel owners in their car. It was a bit scary having to get in their car so that they could take us to the hotel! Also- neither of them spoke any English and we struggled to understand each other.

The hotel itself was very clean and was decorated very nicely, and the shared bathroom turned out to be a better experience than anticipated. However we were very dissapointed at the lack of hot water in the shower. It wasn't very nice to get back to the hotel after walking around on a hot day to have to take a freezing shower. We were also dissapointed about the air conditioning as the remote was no where to be found! We managed, but had specifically chosen a hotel with air conditioning as I realised it was going to be quite hot.

One other issue- would have been nice to have the breakfast bar topped up daily!! People don't want to have to compete for breakfast!

All in all it was a lovely comfortable hotel in a great location.....but with a few issues that need to be dealt with!

Close to the Vatican

A fun place to stay... right near the Vatican, but... If you don't speak Italian, I suggest you choose another hotel/B&B. Although the staff/(owner??) is VERY personable, she speaks only Italian and you must call them to tell them when you will arrive. Also, you must go to one location to check in, and another location (several blocks and streets away -- it's not \"across the street\" as the directions say, and they did not provide a map. Trying to get directions from someone speaking another language who doesn't understand you is almost impossible.) It took us an hour and a half and three trips between the two locations to get checked in.

We booked for several nights. After the first night, there was no hot water in either of the shared, hall bathrooms. Since we had so much trouble communicating, we just did sponge baths instead of showering.

If you speak Italian, then go for it! You'll really love the location of either the main B&B or the \"annex\". Both are close to the Vatican area. Breakfast of croissants, corn flakes and milk, and sometimes bananas is included.

Muy mala experiencia, nos desviaron a otro b&b para la primera noche diciendo que la caldera se había roto. Al día siguiente dijeron que estaba arreglado y pudimos tener el cuarto reservado pero tuvimos que pasar la nochevieja sin agua caliente y sin calefacción. Cuando mencione el problema el dia 1 me hicieron pasar por mentirosa y por fin se presentaron al B&B en mi tercer día de estancia, ni me dijeron quienes eran al tocar a mi puerta y intentaron presionarme a firmarles un papel. Nunca jamás, estancia estropeada por completo y además era un regalo para mi acompañante, en resumen huir este B&B de bonito solo tiene su excelente ubicación y sus fotos modernas pero baño exterior, problemas y dueña de cero confianza.

El hotel bien,

mi estancia ha sido muy buena, limpio, muy cerca (2 cuadras) de la parada del metro. También la ubicación es fenomenal ya que a la derecha a una cuadra te queda el ingreso a el museo del vaticano y camilla sixtina. 3 o 4 cuadras te queda la basílica de San Pedro, a mi parecer la ubicación excelente. Lo único que se debería mejorar es wifi ya q es bueno pero al ser libre (sin contraseña) en la noche no funcionaba muy bien de resto toda mi estancia ha sido excelente

Poteva andare meglio!

Dopo aver prenotato la stanza ho contattato tramite messaggio il proprietario senza ricevere risposte! Dopo aver provato a mandare altri messaggi mi sono decisa a chiamare e li mi ha risposto una donna. Il giorno dell'arrivo ci hanno accolti due ragazzi addetti alle pulizie (penso) e di questa signora manco l'ombra.. la camera non era quella che avevo prenotato, nel senso che non era quella che mi era comparsa dopo aver effettuato la prenotazione ma essendo una coppia giovane e avendo poche pretese non ci abbiamo dato troppo peso, inoltre poteva essere tenuta meglio (non ho gradito molto la macchia di muffa sul muro vicino alla porta d'ingresso). Niente colazione. La posizione invece è favolosa, zona tranquilla ma con tanti negozi e soprattutto la metropolitana è molta vicina come d'altronde la Basilica di San Pietro. Un evento a sfavore è accaduto la mattina dell'ultimo giorno, verso le 6.00 circa, quando mi sveglio all'improvviso sentendo qualcuno che cerca di aprire la porta.. fortuna che era chiusa! Sta di fatto che ci ha provato ben due volte nell'arco di un'ora e non si è capito chi fosse. Ciò che mi ha davvero deluso è il fatto di non aver conosciuto e visto nemmeno di sfuggita il/la proprietaria, ciò mi è parso un tantino maleducato! Nel complesso, essendo giovane e con poche pretese il soggiorno è andato bene e lo consiglio a chi non interesse molto il luogo in cui soggiorna ma più che altro il luogo in cui si trova!

Værelses ligger godt i forhold til kirke og metro.
Værten kan ikke engelsk.
Morgenmaden blev glemt den ene dag, men er meget sparsomt. Du bliver ikke mæt.
Stedet er ikke lige til at finde. Der er ingen reception og det tager tid for værten at komme.

Perfekte Lages

Sollte man wirklich einen Städtetrip machen wollen und ein einfaches Zuhause ohne viele Besonderheiten suchen ist dieses Hotel Perfekt. Nachdem wir uns mit den 2 abgepackten Croissants zum Frühstück gestärkt und uns im Gemeinschaftsbad fertig gemacht hatten, war der Vatikan in weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichen und die nächste U-Bahn in 3 Minuten. Perfekter Ausgang also für unsere Unternehmungen.

Einzig die Nachbarn der anderen Zimmer hielten uns mit nächtlichen Toilettenbesuchen und damit verbundenem lauten rücksichtslosen Türknallen auf Trapp.

Hôtel à éviter de toute urgence

Un hôtel atroce ! Nous avons dû payer un supplément de 35€ à notre arrivée car ce n'était pas dans les horaires d'accueil puis la taxe est mal calculée nous avons donc eu une charge de 111€ euros !
Le petit dejeuner est trés minimaliste ! Si vous prévoyez de prendre un dejeuner constant qui vous tiens jusqu'au repas du soir et bien c'est peine perdue ! Sans compter que nos sommes restées jours sans petit dejeuner !
Le ménage quant à lui Laisse à désirer il y a pleins de poussières c'est vraiment le minimum syndical qui est offert aux clients, de plus il y a plusieurs éléments manquant, comme un pommeau de douche ! Les lits sont en réalité c'est clic-Clac !
Seul point positif la proximité avec le Vatican !

Chambre propre de manière générale mais beaucoup choses à revoir: pommeau de douche défectueux, ce qui entraine inondation + rideau de douche qui n'était pas de 1ère fraicheur. Petit \"déjeuner\" très sommaire (brioche industrielle) et café instantané (boite entamée par x clients), très peu d'ustensiles de cuisine (petite casserole et micros-assiettes), pas de liquide vaisselle ni torchons.

Geen hotel maar appartement verhuur.

Wordt geboekt en betaald als hotel maar het is verhuur appartement in een wooncomplex. Zelf voor ontbijt zorgen. Kom je snachts aan een wel voor die dag betaald, moet je toch €35,-bijbetalen. Bellen van te voren of ze de sleutel willen brengen. Redelijk schoon.

Hotel a 5 min à pied du Vatican

Étonné, nous ne nous attendions pas à êtres dans un \"appartement\" hotel 4 chambres 2 salles de bain . Petit déjeuner compris !!!!! 2 madeleines fourrés :( 2 croissants fourres tout sous plastique . Bouilloire café en poudre sachet thé que le 1er matin pour le reste des 5 jours il a fallu que j achete mon thé. Quand nous avons voulu prendre une douche le pommeau était cassé il a été changé à notre demande le lundi ns sommes arrivés le samedi, je pense que celui ci aurait dû être changé avant. Les 2 chambres étaient très bien et agréable en intérieur car extrêmement mal isolées on attendait tout, les portes non huilées faisaient un bruits pas possible et les personnes en mm temps que ns parlaient et mettaient la musique des 6 h !!!!. Pour 2 chambres 1 salle de bain avec toilettes heureusement ns étions avec nos enfants ns n avons pas partagé celle ci avec des inconnus. Idéalement cet appart il faut le partager avec des amis et là ça peut être sympa. Car bien situé arrêt métro Octavia a 50 m.

Zimmer in Vatikan Nähe

Strategisch tolle Lage, um den Vatikan zu besuchen. Es handelt sich hierbei um kein Hotelzimmer, sondern um Zimmer mit Gwmeinschaftsbädern. Leider mussten wir auf den Schlüssel etwas warten. Für einen Kurztrip nach Rom, ohne großartige Ansprüche in Hinblick auf Unterkunft zu stellen, sicher nicht uninteressant. Ein Preisvergleich mit anderen Angeboten ist aber sicher empfehlenswert.

ein dreckiges zimmer...keine kümmert sich

bei anreise keine da mussten 1 stunde warten bis wir d schlüssel. bekommen haben...dann das zimmer dreckig unaufgeräumt in der ecke lagen dreckige socken v vorgast..kaputte cafe maschine ...nie einer zu erreiche wenn man was hatte,, oder brauchte...über all kaos..keine organisation

Praktisch gelegene Unterkunft in Vatikannähe

Der \"Check-In\" war eine Zumutung.Angekommen, keiner da, angerufen. Eine sehr unfreundliche Frau am anderen Ende, die weder Englisch noch Deutsch sprach. Mit ihr auf italienisch ausgemacht,in 20 min käme jemand.Nach 70 min (!!!) kam ein freundlicher Herr (der Vermieter?), der meinte, die Klingel sei kaputt,mal unten schauen.pb wir vielleicht da sind. (Hatten wir am Telefon gesagt, dass wir vor der Tür stehen...)
Das Zimmer war OK, das \"Frühstück\" eine Katastrophe, die Wohnung sehr hellhörig-wahnsinnig laute Türklinken.In Bad und Toilette quollen die Mülleimer 3 Tage lang über u.wurden erst nach Hinweis geleert (als wir zufällig die \"Servicekraft\" getroffen hatten).Toilettenpapier am besten selbst mitbringen (war oft keins da).
ABER: Ein sehr schönes Haus in einer super gelegenen Ecke- ein paar Minuten zur U-Bahn, 5 Minuten zum Petersplatz- wir haben die Stadt im großen und ganzen zu Fuß erkundet.
Wir haben nicht viel bezahlt und waren so zufrieden- hätten wir viel Geld bezahlt, hätten wir uns sehr geärgert.

Wohnung im Privathaus

Es handelt sich um eine 4-Raumwohnung mit 2 Bädern in einem Privathaus. Es ist niemand da, wenn man ankommt. Nach mehreren Anrufen (Anrufbeanrworter) kommt dann jemand mit den Schlüsseln. Das Frühstück besteht aus einer Kaffekapsel und einem kleinen eingeschweißten Kuchen. Unser Zimmer war groß und i.O. Mit den beiden Bädern für die vier Parteien würde es besser funktionieren, wenn diese auch in Ordnung wären. Bei dem Bad mit der Wanne fehlte der Duschschlauch und bei dem Bad mit Dusche spritze das Wasser aus dem Schlauch aber nicht aus dem Duschkopf. Wer zu spät kam, hatte nur kaltes Wasser.
Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Unmittelbare Nähe zum Petersdom und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Es ist kein Hotel sondern eine Zimmervermietung

Um zwölf Uhr sollte wir das Zimmer bekommen, mussten aber bis 12:45 warten bis endlich einer kam.
Gebucht hatten wir 3 Bettzimmer bekamen aber nur 2 Bettzimmer. Das Doppelbett ist sehr klein für 2 Personen.
Sauber war alles. Nahe am Vatikan.
