Die Zimmer waren toll und das Personal super freundlich. Das Buffet allerdings leider enttäuschend. Ich liebe Nachhaltigkeit aber am letzten Tag ekelte ich mich vor dem Essen das dort schon all die Tage zuvor stand und schon Ränder bekam. Hier wäre etwas Frische und mehr vegetarische Auswahl wünschenswert gewesen.

Tolles Hotel

Sehr schönes Hotel mit toller Lage am Meer mit innen sowie Außenpool. Leckeres vielseitiges Frühstücksbuffet.
Sehr viel Kinder im Hotel, wer das nicht mag sollte sich ein anderes Hotel nehmen.

Das gastronomische Angebot war eine Katastrophe. Viel zu viele Gäste im zu kleinen Speisesaal. Zur Vergrößerung des Platzangebotes diente ein provisorisches Zelt. Dreckige oder gar keine Gläser und Tassen sowie schmutzige Teller waren Tagesprogramm. Auch gab es ständig leere Warmhaltebehälter für das Essen. Das Personal war maßlos überfordert. Erst am Abreisetag hat ein neues größeres Restaurant aufgemacht. Zwei Tage und 5 mal Nachfragen an der Rezeption hat hat es gebraucht um einen dritten Bademantel zu bekommen, obwohl 3 Gäste gebucht waren.

Sehr familienfreundliche Unterkunft im Nirgendwo unnah vom Strand. Haben uns Wohlgefühlt. Strand neben dem Hotel mit Kinderwagen/ Rollstuhl leider nicht begehbar. Mussten in die Stadt zur Promenade. Das Restaurant ist sehr lecker. Leider das Abendbuffet um so weniger. Für ein WE aushaltbar. Über einen längeren Zeitraum leider nicht. Dies hat mich sehr verwundert, da es qualitativ ein weltenunterschied ist. Personal sehr freundlich, als deutschsprachiger findet man sich zurecht, denn das Englisch des Personals hält sich im Grenzen. Ohne Auto würde ich nicht anreisen.

Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt! Das Zimmer (Penthouse) war toll und der SPA-Bereich war wundervoll. Wenn ich einen Nachteil nennen müsste, dann wäre es, dass die Gänge vom SPA-Bereich zum Zimmer im Februar recht kalt sind.

Die Zimmer waren sehr komfortabel und auch nicht zu klein genau richtig.

Leider fand ich das die Spa und Wellness bereiche nicht zur Kapazität des Hotels angepasst wurden, es wurde schnell mal sehr eng im Pool geschweige den in der Sauna.
Genauso war es im Restaurant morgens steht man schnell mal Schlange und wartet das ein platz leer wird.

Aber im großen und ganzen sind wir sehr zufrieden gewesen. Es gab beim Essen sehr viel Vielfalt und Auswahlmöglichkeiten.

Eine schöne Auswahl auch mit Landestypischen Speisen am Frühstücksbuffet. Ein Spielplatz für Kinder ist vorhanden. Im Spa-Bereich die Sauna für Max 10 Personen und die Ruheliegen leider im Poolbereich wo dann auch die Kids sind, also nicht ganz so ruhig. Aber immerhin ab 20 Uhr im Spa Bereich Adults only.

Lediglich das Frühstücksbuffet war nur eine 3-.
Es gab jeden Morgen bis auf 1-2 Kleinigkeiten immer das selbe und das Rührei war matschig, fast flüssig.

An sich ein nettes Hotel, was für Familien mit Kindern bis ca 12 zu empfehlen wäre.
Im Sommer sicherlich charmanter dank großzügigem Aussenpool.

ACHTUNG BAULÄRM:
Der Innenhof wird momentan umgestaltet, dies aber relativ leise.
Was aber eine absolute Frechheit ist, weil es nirgends erwähnt wird:
Vor dem Hotel wird aktuell ein neues Hotel gebaut.
Ab 7 Uhr Presslufthammerlärm und laute Metallarbeiten.
Das dürfte noch eine ganze Weile so weitergehen, denn bis jetzt steht gerade mal der grobe Rohbau.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr abwechslungsreich und geschmacklich sehr gut.
Das Schwimmbad haben wir genutzt. Es ist zwar nicht allzu groß, bietet aber eine Alternative bei schlechten Wetter. Eine Ergänzung durch eine Fitnessmöglichkeit wäre von Vorteil.

Definitiv keine Empfehlung.

Es ist eine kleine optisch ansprechende Hotelanlage. Aber völlig unorganisiert. Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe, wobei die Qualität der Lebensmittel grundsätzlich in Ordnung war. Es ist alles viel zu klein, Personal überfordert. Zimmer inkl. Badezimmer max. Einzelzimmergröße. Sehr kleiner Innenpool. Der komplette Saunabereich hat maximal 15 qm. War dann auch noch an 2 von 3 Tagen geschlossen.

Zimmer Wurde 2 Tage lang nicht gereinigt. Obwohl mehrmals an der Rezeption Bescheid gegeben wurde. Aktuell eine sehr große Baustelle vor der Tür. Von früh bis abend lkw und Bagger. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, aber es hätte kommuniziert werden müssen vorher. Sind von der Suite ins Family Zimmer gleich am
Anfang umgezogen. Da der Krach nicht auszuhalten war.

Baustelle geht sicher noch bis Ende 2024. Neubau eines weiteren Hotels. Anlage an sich gut, saubere Frühstück gut. Personal nett, höflich. Kleiner aber guter spa Bereich. Sehr Hunde freundlich. Ohne Baustelle, und mit regelmäßiger Zimmer Reinigung zu empfehlen.

Dem Standard entsprechendes Hotel. Zimmer ok, wenn auch eher klein. Die Bäder sind auch klein und die Konstruktion mit Glaskäfig, Schiebetür und Vorhang davor ist umständlich und lösen keine Behaglichkeit aus…
Das Frühstücksbüffet und das Abendbüffet sind jeweils gut gefüllt, geschmacklich ok und stets Standard. Es fehlen wechselnde Highlights. Insbesondere der Nachtisch am Abend (jeden Abend dieselben drei Sorten trockener Blechkuchen) gingen uns nach 5-6 Tagen auf den Geist. Der Wellness Teil (Sauna und Indoorpool) ist untertags sehr laut (lärmende Whirlpools und schreiende Kinder). Leider gibt es keinen separaten Ruheraum mit Liegen…
Am Pool im Freien gibt es viele Liegen, aber keine Sonnenschirme (von drei vorhandenen hat einen der Bademeister). Es gab zu der Zeit, als wir dort waren, viele kleine Kinder und Hunde. Das ist kein Problem, man muss es nur wissen…
Was ärgerlich ist: die Parkgebühren auf dem Hotelgelände sind mit 60 polnischen Zloty (ca 15€) pro Tag unverschämt hoch. Das Parken auf der engen, schlecht befestigten Zufahrtsstraße ist keine Alternative. Insgesamt ein fairer Aufenthalt mit wenig Wiederholungscharakter

Es war wirklich sehr schön. Das Frühstück war toll und es gab an der Bar auch eine Menge Auswahl. Sehr schöne moderne Einrichtung direkt am Strand. Meine Tochter war auch sehr happy und das Pool war der Highlight.

Das erste Zimmer war leider etwas laut und auch nicht auf dem Standard, den wir erwartet hatten. Aber darum wurde sich umgehend gekümmert. Man hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Anlage ist sehr modern und gepflegt. Die Betten sind auch super. Man braucht nur fünf Minuten zum Strand. Kann dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist elegant eingerichtet. Der Service super freundlich. Beim morgendlichen sowie abendlichen Buffet gab es eine ausreichend große Auswahl. Das Zimmer war wirklich sauber. Der Wellness Bereich (ohne den Außenpool) ist eventuell etwas zu klein. Anwendungen (Massagen und co.) sollten im Vorfeld gebucht werden.

Its okay just not a spa. I am dure it is great as family (although indoor poolarea is very small and not mad for kiddos laughing and screaming) but dont go here and expect more than average next to beach buffet-style resort - definitely not couples spa.

Das Hotel ist nett, aber nicht sehr kleinkindgerecht. Zu Buffetzeiten musste man früh genug kommen um ein Kinderstühlchen zu bekommen, oft gab es nicht ausreichend Besteck und das Essen war kaum beschriftet. Da unser Kind leider Lebensmittelallergien hat, ist es für uns wichtig zu wissen, was es für Marmelade oder Joghurt es gibt. Aber nichts war beschriftet und die Kellner wussten es nicht. Am Wochenende wurde im Restaurant laut Musik gespielt, leider war unser Zimmer direkt darüber und es war sehr laut im Zimmer. Die Zimmerreinigung war sehr mangelhaft. An einigen Tagen wurden lediglich die Bettdecken gefaltet und einmal fanden wir Glasscherben im Zimmer weil offensichtlich bei der Reinigung ein Glas im Zimmer runterfiel. Der Wellness- und Badebereich war sehr schön.

Gepflegtes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern und gutem Essen. Relativ ruhig in der Nacht (die Polen machen gerne mal bis zum Morgen ordentlich Party).

Was leider gar nicht geht, ist das Personal! Keine Spur von Freundlichkeit. Keiner will umschmeichelt werden aber mal ein nettes „Hi“ oder „schönen Tag“ macht schon sehr viel aus.
Gerade im Restaurant, da rennen emotionslose Roboter rum. Deutsch wird sehr wenig und Englisch gar nicht gesprochen.

Urlaub an der polnischen Ostseeküste

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, Service prima, sehr schönes Hotel, beheizbarer Außenpool, Hallenbad mit Whirpool und Saunen. Frühstücksausweil sehr reichhaltig. Waren abends im Hotelrestaurant essen, leider gab es die 17 Tage Aufenthalt nur ein und dieselbe Karte. Das ist aber der einzige Mangel.
Handtücher kostenfrei für Pool und Strand. Liegen und Auflagen am Strand kostenfrei für Hotelgäste. Nur mit Schirm und 4 Liegen 120 Zloty. Sehr sauber. Es wurde sehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet. Jeden Tag Zimmerservice.
Wir kommen wieder.

Przepiękny hotel o wysokim standardzie z komfortowymi basenami. Pyszne, bogate śniadania. Podróżowałam z mężem i 4-miesięcznym bobasem. Wybraliśmy pokój z łóżkiem queen i dostawką. Na pierwszy rzut oka pokój wydał nam się za mały (mieliśmy jeszcze wózek dziecka) i taka opinie zgłosiliśmy, co spotkało się z błyskawiczną odpowiedzią obsługi hotelu.

igen ein schönes Hotel

Leider ging es nach den ersten guten Eindrücken bergab.
Das Hotel war wohl total ausgebucht und der Service beim Abendessen und Frühstück ist abgetaucht.Jedesmal mussten wir auf Tischjagd gehen um danach für den Kaffe anzustehen.
Das Personal kam mit dem nachlegen nicht hinterher obwohl sie sich große Mühe gaben.Schade ,sonst hätte es ein schöner Aufenthalt sein können.

Tolles Hotel in guter lage. Sauber und modern.

Wir waren als paar 5 Tage im Hotel und es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Zimmer sind top modern, dass einzige was nicht so optimal war, war die Tür zum Bad. Schiebetür mit einem Riesen Spalt. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Anlage an sich ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und die Angestellten stets freundlich
