Good for a night stay before a flight. Bed was incredibly hard, staff was minimally helpful. Photos of the Honeymoon Suite show the large tub overlooking the sea, we overlooked another hotel building.

The room is fully equipped for travelers with all amenities. Spacious, clean and nice view. Kitchen is not well equipped though in case someone wants to cook. There were basic kitchen items. There were two front desk staff who spoke little English. But despite not speaking English Mino was super helpful with a big smile. He helped to book taxi and with all the requests. Excellent value for money. Ocean is right in front with a beautiful walkway. Overall loved my stay as a solo traveler. The location is a bit far from hustle and bustle of the city. But very close from airport.

LOVE IT HERE!
Perfect stay! Check in was smooth and the hotel room is fantastic. I especially enjoyed the furnitures and the hot tub. Location is great literally 2 minutes from the beach. Short walking distance to my favorite restaurants. The staff were also super nice. I wish to stay longer but I’ve already booked the return trip so only stayed for two days.
Will definitely stay here again if I visit Jeju in the future!

Comfortable room and a fantastic English speaking staff member who really went out of his way to help me with a problem. Perhaps too close to the airport as planes almost feel like they shake the building sometimes. They could use new carpets in the hallways.

Room was smelly as well as the bathroom. Staff was friendly but unable or tried to converse in English or seek help from other staff. Breakfast was so disappointing and only has few selections. The average high rating in hotels.com of this property is not justified. I would probably just give it a 6 to 6.5.

Hotel is NOT where it is on the map. Its actually near the water which was preferable but confusing to find. Rooms are really nice with a large comfortable bed and the best bathroom I have seen in a while. Each room had a giant Jacuzzi style bathtub that could fit multiple people. We were driving, so this was a nice place to use as a home base for day trips. Loved the seafood restaurants that were within walking distance. There is no restaurant in the hotel but you have a kitchen and a small store just a 5 minute walk away. Note: pool is drained once summer has ended

Beautiful room but it's NOT in Jeju City!
Our room was very big and comfy. We had a gorgeous bathroom and a hot tub! There wasn't a cafe or a restaurant in the hotel which was a shame and the pool was only filled about 10cm full so we couldn't use it.
The only real issue is that the hotel is not where the hotels.com website said it was! The map on the website says it's in Jeju City and that is why we booked it. However when we arrived it turned out that it was right by the sea and the airport, so the view out our window was of the runway. A bit misleading...

It is a very nice hotel, pretty room and all. However, location is not ideal and no cab driver knows where the place is. The number provided by expedia is wrong and the address seems to be as well. Would not recommend to anyone. Not very close to anything either. Although the pizza place near the hotel is good.

저는 블루룸을 예약했는데요. 인테리어는 옛날식이지만 깔끔하게 관리된 리조트였어요. 테이블, 의자를 물티슈로 닦으니 먼지가 거의 없어서 만죄합니다. 슬리퍼는 없으니 챙겨오시고요. 침구는 깨끗하고 포근해서 아주 잘잤어요. 그리고 이 리조트를 예약한건 스파때문인데요. 물 사분의. 일 받는데 1시간반정도 걸리니 저녁 배달, 포장해서 드시는분들은 식사전에 물을 받는게 좋아요. 음 단점이라면 샤워를하면 물이 욕조쪽 하수구로 안 내려가고 양변기쪽으로 흘러서 물이 흥건해져요. 그러나 아침되면 다 마르긴합니다. 근처 음식점들이 아침에 일찍열고 낮에 닫으니 저녁은 포장, 배달, 추천합니다.참 로비옆에 정수기도 있어서 좋았습니다.다음에 재방문 할거에요^^ 엄마와 잘 쉬다갑니다

한라산등반 후 객실 내 대형 욕조에서 근육 풀고 세탁기로 빨래하고 근처에서 밥 먹는다 직원은 엄청 친절하고 숙소내 가구는 모두 원목이라 고급지다 여름에 사용된 천장 에어컨 곰팡이만 닦아내면 아주 좋겠다 그 외 모든 것이 완벽하다

공항주변이지만 조용하고 한적한 느낌이 좋았습니다.
시설도 깔끔하고 직원분도 친절했습니다.
다만 수영장과 월풀이 되는 욕조를 보고 예약을 한것인데,

오래된 시설이라 습도 관리가 전혀 안됩니다!!!!!
가성비 호텔이긴 하지만 꿉꿉한냄새가 너무 심해서 제가 가져간 새옷까지 꿉꿉한 냄새가 배어들었어요.
특히 최악은 샤워실 - 세면대 - 화장실 순서로 유리파티션을 두고 쭉 이어져 있는데 단차가 화장실쪽으로 기울어져 있어서 샤워를 하면 세면대구간을 지나 화장실 변기쪽까지 물이 흘러가면서 배수가 됩니다.
심지어 배수가 느리고 물이 내려가는 소리가 거슬릴정도로 커서 프론트에 말씀드렸더니 (친절하셨습니다만) 이게 왜 문제가 되는지 전혀 이해를 못하시는듯 했습니다.
또한 크기가 큰 욕조는 타일이 떨어져 나간 부분을 전혀 보수하지 않아 보기에도 안좋고 사용하기 꺼려졌습니다.

여행 첫날 욕실에서 미끄러져 발가락골절로 스케쥴을 다 소화하지 못하고 돌아와서 수술 했습니다.욕실에 자쿠지 가있다는 것으로 예약을 했는데 바닥 타일이 너무 미끄러운 소재 였어요 욕실안에도 미끄럼 주의 문구가 붙어 있어서 조심했지만 결과는 부상으로 돌아왔네요.매우 취약한 시설설비 라고 생각합니다.혹시 여행하실 기회가 있으신 분들 정말 조심하셔요.체크아웃 때 프론트에 말씀드리니 입실때 싸인하는 공간 밑에 미끄럼 주의 공고가 있다고 말씀 하시며 책임은 전적으로 소비자 책임으로 말씀 하셔서 속상 했습니다 .부상의 정도를 물어보거나 걱정해 주는 멘트는 없었거든요.수술후 회복중 이지만 속상한 예약 이었다고 후회중 입니다.

우선... 위치는 공항 근처라서 매우 좋긴 하지만, 사람들이 많이 쓰는 시간에는 화장실에서 따뜻한 물이 안 나와요.

사이트에서 남긴 글을 보았을때는 오래된곳인줄알았는데 가보니 가구가 어두운 고가구의 느낌이라 그랬던거같아요
아주 깨끗해서 좋았고 객실도 넓고 자쿠지가 있어 여행 피로 풀기에 너무좋았답니다.
