My experience was completely different from our previous experiences. I was in completely surprised. The customer service terrible, no attention to customer needs, no attentiveness. Room was clean as ways however the ac as not working. Called front desk several times and could not have issue resolved. Spoke with another guest in room next door and expressed the same concerns. Ultimately I will not be considering this hotel as an option again.

Visited the roof 360 without reservations and were very accommodating and was seated right away. Great place to stay with entertainment in the lobby for a night out.

Room is not well designed. I didn’t like the clear glass diving the bathroom from room. At night, when bathroom light was on, it would light up the entire room waking my husband. Also, on our arrival, a bathroom glass was broken and also one of the chair. It took them a while to fix. Also, when ordering room service, it took multiple calls for them to pick up trays. It wasn’t even a high season to assume they were busy. Not what I expected from one of the argued “best” hotels in the city.

Great location with excellent rooms. Things to look out for though.... If you pay for valet parking make sure they check the right box at the front desk otherwise the valet will tell you you paid for self parking and charge you the next day an extra fee. Also, when booking on Expedia screen shot the number of occupants. I booked a room for two people and they also charged me extra and said I only paid for one occupant. It's never happened before so i hope it never happens again. I enjoy staying there.

Estoy decepcionado del personal del hotel, me dieron el cuarto 903 y me acusaron de romper un jarrón, en el cuarto, cuando no fue así, y tenían fotos del jarrón, la Amenities fue la que reportó, a lo mejor estaba derogaba porque nunca pasó nada y la recepción a la hora de ser check out me notificaron del incidente, yo les comenté que porque no me notificaron en el momento si yo estaba en el hotel, con una reversión en el 360 top roof y no tuvieron la cortesía de notificarme en el momento. Es desagradable la estancia en este lugar por el personal. Y más cuando tienes la seguridad del hotel a un lado para la intimidación.
