Hotel past its glory days but a comfortable enough stay. Clean room, lifts and ac worked. Steps up to entrance tricky if you have heavy luggage. Shops and places to eat nearby. I found it a bit bewildering getting back from the Intercity Bus Station after a long day sightseeing and it is a 40 minute walk at least.

Beautiful view of lighthouses, wharf and ocean. Comfortable bed, bay windows, nice bath bathroom. Several tour companies pickup one block away along the shoreline walkway. Plenty of food clothing and souvenir shopping very closeby.

Hotel is good if you are not planning to rent a car, otherwise...its a first come, first served and you might have to park far away if returning to the hotel past 5pm.
Spa/hot tub wasn't a free amenity of the hotel. Its a separate entrance underground the hotel--entrance through the parking back door.
The nicest part of the hotel is they provide new towels and two water bottles everyday if don't want a room cleaning(must put do not disturb sign)
Hotel room rules to not bring outside food and to consume in your room but there are lots of restaurants near the hotel.

This hotel is about as expected- a little run down, but so close and central to everything. I took a star off since the pillows were hard and there was a lot of random things (petals, flip flop, etc) under my bed. Other than that, it was clean and convenient and worked well as a solo traveler.

information on the hotel.com should be updated. it says that breakfast is available by paying 8000 won, but when i was there they didn't have any breakfast because of covid. i was bit disappointed because i have to go out in the morning for breakfast.

i liked where this property is situated. It is very close to the shopping street, the huge market and E-mart supermarket. The waterfront has a walkway and there are many restaurants nearby.
The hotel doesn't have tea or coffee supplied, but does have a kettle. Since there is the supermarket and 7 11 just around the corner, that was not too much of a drama.

It is close to the old district of Jeju city, Jeju harbor and so on. There are lots of good restaurants, markets, shopping malls around the hotel. It's not expensive. There is no toothbrush or paste in the bathroom. But there are lots of convenient stores around the hotel. Highly recommended.

Clean rooms.

The room in which I stayed, had a great sea view.

Location is very nice close to the sea and harbour.

Also there are a lot of eat out places and super markets.

Had a great experience during my stay.

Things that could be improved are the hotel room service, restaurant facilities and the staffs communication skills in English. As most of the staffs barely could speak in English.

Great for a middle-aged Korean man...ONLY

If you're going to this hotel for the Sauna and you're a women-PASS. Expedia doesn't mention this, but this sauna is MEN ONLY.
If you like soft pillows and soft beds, DON'T COME HERE. These beds are typically Korean (aka box spring, no mattress, hard as a rock, not soft at all)
I got one of the best massages of my life and after I slept, I woke up with cricks in my neck and lower back pain like you wouldn't believe!
It's NOT near the beach. It's near the water. The closest beaches are 45 minutes away by bus and 10-15 minutes (7-10 bucks) away from the hotel. There aren't a lot of good restaurants or even variety around there.
There IS an Emart (basically a huge grocery store) nearby. And McDonald's and Dunkin Donuts. There's a shopping center but I felt like I couldn't find food I like.
The hotel spa is overpriced, too. Go outside and there're a few places around there that have better rates!
There's a disco jump (ride) and a few fun rides nearby. At night, go outside and follow the screaming. You'll find it. It's really small but kids would enjoy it.

Good place for a economical single.

Not my ideas of a honeymoon suite.

While the rooms are very clean and the staff is polite, the air conditioner needs servicing to get rid of the smell of rancid freon. When I returned to my room, the air conditioner made the entire room smell like body bad body odor. I thought at first it was me, but figured out it was due to the coolant being rancid.

There really is no dining hall or restaurant like in the advertisement for the hotel. The only place you can get any breakfast is a few blocks away. The hotel was nice and has a good view of the ocean, although it is an older hotel and is kept up. I would recommend this hotel to a single person trying to be economical as they will not nickel and dime you to death and there is no mini-bar to tempt you, so you save money on unnecessary hotel expenses.

I was surprised at checkout they did not accept my card for any additional payments, as I expected they would do for every little thing that I used.I brought my own toiletries and towels so I did not use any of their amenities.

The room is clean. No shampoo. No WiFi. I tried the SPA. I never had a better beating from a woman before:) Receptionists don't speak English. They understand a little but they are very helpful. The view towards the mountain sucks. No view at all. Breakfast is typical Asian breakfast and it was not included in the price. The şinternet site did not either warn me of it.

Very small room but clean and comfortable.Had a tv with 2 English channels and refrigerator in room.Provided small bar of soap but no shampoo or conditioner.You have to pay extra for these standard items.Had a currency exchange in Lobby.Personnel spoke little English but were friendly.Within walking distance to seawall, wal-mart, McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts.Oriental Hotel & Ramada within walking distance which have Casinos and nice Korean Restaurants.

Fabulous View!

The staff had limited English, but the view of the ocean, the centralized location, and the frequency with which cabs passed the hotel were excellent. The room was clean and nicer than average for a Korean establishment. The bed was of normal hardness for Korea; however, the fridge was big enough for snacks and drinks, the Internet was available for free in the lobby, toiletries were provided in the room, and the TV was huge.

Hotel location is near shopping and food area....room facing the sea is fantastic. Overall hotel room is pretty run down but for the price and location, one cannot complain much. Remember to bring your own shower gel & shampoo, hotel does not provide.Thank God the beds are comfortable and sheets are clean.

I stayed in this hotel for one night. This hotel is quite old but the location was superb. Is only less than 30 mins from the airport. They gave me a room that has seaview. Overall, is a decent hotel for visitors who are looking for budget accommodation.

O hotel é extremamente bem localizado em termos de restaurantes e lojas. Porém, os principais atrativos da ilha ficam há mais de 1 hora e meia de ônibus.
O café da manhã não é bom para ocidentais, pois só tinha 1 tipo de pão disponível. Os recepcionistas não falam inglês e são muito sérios. Porém, são educados!

볼거리, 즐길거리가 도보로 가능했구요
다만 옷을 걸 행거부족, 가운이 있겠지싶어 잠옷을 안가져갔는데 좀 당황했고 칫솔치약도 구비 되어있지 않았구요
혹시나 싶어 가져가서 다행 이었네요
그리고 밤에 응대하는 남자 직원분 건성으로 대답하고 귀찮은 듯 하길래 기분이 좀 상했구요

별로였습니다

체크인 했을 때 화장실 변기에 머리카락 그대로 있었고 다음 날 아침 청소 잘 해달라 말했는데 그날 그 머리카락이 그대로 있었어요 환경 생각하는 거 좋은데 기본 청소는 해주셔야죠
주차는 건물 뒤편 이용하고 없으면 맞은 편 공영주차장 이용하라고 했어요 뒤편은 좁고 이미 다 차서 공영주차장 이용했습니다
수건도 상태 별로였어요 어떤 수건에 검은 게 묻어 있어서 갈아달라고 하려다 귀찮아서 그 수건은 그냥 안 썼습니다
숙소 잡기 어려워서 대충 골랐더니 정말 별로였어요
청소라도 깨끗이 했으면 이런 후기 안 남겼을 거예요

지난 가을에도 이곳을 갔고, 청결해서 이번에도 갔어요! 조식은 콩나물 사골 해장국이 나왔는데 8천원으로 아주 훌륭한 아침식사였습니다. 메뉴는 바뀌는 것 같았습니다~ 교통편이 좋아 어디든 가기 좋은 위치이며 조용하고, 바닷가가 훤히 보이며 해뜨는 모습도 쉽게 볼 수 있습니다. 직원분들이 친절하십니다!

오래된 호텔이고 시설도 낡아 보였지만 청결하였구요. 주변 도보 관광도 가능해 좋았습니다. 일회용품(치솔,치약 등) 제공 안하고 샴푸,린스,로션 등은 병에 담겨 리필해 쓰네요. 환경을 생각한다는 느낌이 듭니다.

호텔 출입구가 계단입니다. 무거운 트렁크를 들고 계단(약 20 계단)을 오르려면 무척 힘듭니다. 이점 많이 불편하네요.

11월경 방문, 객실이 24-25도 정도로 너무 더워 에어컨을 켰으나 작동하지않아 온도를 낮출수 없냐고 물었는데 무슨 연유에서인지 온도 조절이 불가능하다는 답변을 받음. 문열어놓고 잤으나 밤늦게까지 소음 때문에 시끄러워서 제대로 못잠. 주변에 호텔 많으니 다른데 가는것을 추천함

처음에 방문했을때 주차할 공간이 없어서 당황스러웠습니다.
로비에는 응대해주시는 분이 안계셔서 한참 기다리니 나와주셨습니다ㅠㅠ..
치약칫솔은 제공되지않는 부분 참고하시면 좋을듯하며 오션뷰 및 위치등은 너무 만족스러웠습니다.
(주변에 편의점이 가까웠고 바다가 가까워 아침에 산책하기 좋았음)

화장실에 물기, 머리카락, 휴지 등 청소 상태가 다소 미흡. 방이 조금 좁고 옷장이 부족. 그러나 바다가 보이고 위치가 만족스러움. 별3, 무궁화4개의 호텔로 좋은 호텔이었던것 같으나 현재는 평범하게 느껴짐. 조식은 뷔페식이 아닌 한정식으로 매일 메뉴가 바뀜. 침구류 상태는 양호하였고 가성비 좋은 호텔.

침대 옆 테이블에 우리컵 두잔이 있고 종이로 덮여있음. 담날 아침에 쓰려고 보니까 안에 남이 마시다 남은 술 남아있음. 누렇게 남아있는데 청소하는사람은 대충보고 안쓴거같으니 그대로 종이 덮어둔 듯? 결국 종이컵구해서 거기에 마심.
커피포트는 물 끓이면 플라스틱 냄새 많이남 ㅋㅋㅋ
로비에서 항의하니 50대 중년 아저씨(딱 3성 호텔 급)가 허공보며 사과함. 이런 일 한두번 아니라는 듯이 ㅎㅎㅎ
주차는 길 건너 야외 공영주차장에 했어야함. 불편함.
절대 추천하지 않습니다.

市場も遠くなくて◎

ホテル自体は壁に虫が死んだまま、死んだ跡などあり少し恐怖でしたが、全体的には綺麗だったので不便なく過ごせました。

チェックインカウンターには常時スタッフがいました。
2泊3日しましたが、部屋の掃除はしなくていいのでタオル交換のみお願いしたのですが、されていなくて、フロントで伝えたら新しいのを貰えました。
バスマットがなかったのが少し不便でしたが、大きいタオルも小さいタオルもあったので十分でした。

フロントの方とは韓国語でしか会話してないので、日本語が通じるか分からないですが、どなたも丁寧に対応していただけたので良かったです。

ホテルから歩いてすぐ、海にも行けて夜には人がたくさんいました。
市場までも10〜15分ほどあれば到着し、お土産屋や、水産市場、屋台等ありました。
ホテル近くにマクドナルドやbhcチキン屋などあり遅い時間に小腹が空いた時にちょうど良かったです。
カフェもたくさんあり、パン屋もあるので朝ごはんにも困りませんでした。

정말 안락하고 좋아요!

비행기가 너무 일찍 도착해서 짐을 놔두기 애매했는데 얼리 체크인을 해주셔서 너무너무 편하게 보냈어요! 그리고 청결도 너무 깨끗하고 바다 뷰가 너무 예뻐서 만족스러웠어요! 다음에 또 갈것같아요~~!

혼자 호캉스 만족!

호텔기능보다 쉬는것이 우선이라면 가성비대비 탁월한 호텔이라고 생각함. 충분히 호캉스분위기 낼 수 있음. 그러나 일반 특급호텔 분위기 만끽하려는 기준에선 기대에 못미칠 수 있으나 바다뷰 객실은 훌륭함. 혼자 , 친구와방문, 출장으로 방문할 경우 적절한 호텔이라고 생각함. 무엇보다도 탑동사거리 위치적으론 중앙에 있어 좋음

훌륭한 위치 , 가성비호텔

전체적으로 노후된 느낌 이긴하나 최근 리모델링 되어선지 깔끔한편임 다만 바닥 카펫은 깨끗해 보이진 않았음
호텔 바로뒤 아랍계식당 있었는데 밤늦은 시간 주정하는 사람 있어서 여자들끼리는 좀 무서웠음 바로 옆 편의점 유용했고 동문시장 560m 거리라 나처럼 걷는거 싫어하는사람도 다녀오기 좋았음 또 오는길에 중심가 상권과 흑돼지골목 있어서 편리했음 또 얼마안떨어진곳에 이마트 있었고 김만복, 새우지, 자매국수, 우진해장국 등 유명 맛집 다 있어서 편리했음

무리없는 숙박

중간 중간 쉬고 저녁에 잠만 잘 호텔로 골랐는데, 전혀 불편함 없이 잘 쉬다 왔어요. 내부를 리모델링 했는지 깨끗하고 가격도 저렴하고 좋습니다. 무리한 기대 (수영장, 훌륭한 조식, 끝내주는 컨시어지 라던가...) 만 안한다면 충분히 만족할만한 숙소입니다. 근처 횟집이나 맛집들 가기도 편했어요~

팔레스 호텔 솔직 후기!!!!!

hotels.com 에는 번지르하게 나온 호텔 사진과 후기 또한 평점이 좋아서 가성비 괜찮겠다 싶어서 2박 선택 했는데
완전 꽝!!! 입니다.
호텔 주변에 이마트 동문시장 있다는것 외엔 정말
숩박할곳 이 못되네요.
일단 총지배인 이라는 분 부터 불친절 하고 객실의 난방은
천장에 있는 온풍기라서 얼굴부분만 후덥지근하고 공기 건조해지고 타올도 너무 지저분한걸 걸어두고

최악이라서 일박만 하고 환불 요청했습니다
일반 모텔보다도 못한 이름만 호텔 이었네요
