I stayed one night, before early flight from Jeju airport. Lovely spacious and clean room. With view of the fountains outside. The staff were very helpful with calling a cab for the airport and making sure I could pay for it with my UK bank card.
Perfect stop for access to the airport.

Great location close to shopping areas and restaurants. The hotel room was comfortable and clean. I was a bit surprised that the window in my room was quite small, but it still offered a beautiful sea view of the coast, really nice to wake up to. Overall, a pleasant stay in Jeju Island

Most definitely not a 4 star hotel - I would rate it as 2.5.

The price was really great. The hotel photos also looked amazing. When we arrived, the outside of the hotel looked nice, and the lobby was kind of fancy, so our hopes were up. Well, once we checked into our room... everything was dated. Worn out. Old. Serious catfished. Also, they didn't even have some of the amenities listed - I don't know if this is Expedia's or their own mistake but note that they have no gym, laundry and I certainly didn't see an indoor golf driving range. Also, their casino only has baccarat...

Pros: lots of restaurants to choose from outside in the vicinity. There’s an Emart, supermarket just across the street, prepare to lose your money there. If you drive, lots of parking and they are not compact sizes.

Cons: Room is way too outdated. The door and lock do not feel secure and sturdy if you care about safety. Way to the room was a bit hard to navigate, but it might just be me. The air condition was not cool enough, so if you are afraid of being hot, this might not be the place for you.

The view was nice and the staff were very professional, polite, and friendly. The hallway and room had tons of scuff marks on the walls and furniture. The bathroom floor tile had visibly dirty spots and the shower tile and caulking was dirty and had mold spots. There was no sound insulation to the other rooms or the hallway.

The mirror in the bathroom had an electrical short (which was previously poorly patched with tape), touching anything in the area gave an electric shock. I informed the front desk, but the worker was indifferent. Not a safe property.

Stayed for 2 days and very close to the waterfront with stunning ocean views, and still close to Jeju city attractions and restaurants. My room was spacious, clean.

The staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out quick and easy.

They had gym, buffet restaurant, cafe, casino, large bath which I never used!

Hotel was a little older but still really good. Nice and clean, you could just see some wear building up. Great location to the 2 full day tours I booked while in Jeju, it was an easy 5 minute walk.
Close to 2 convenience stores and some good dining options. Walkable to the main shopping streets and about 10 minute walk to the bus stop to the airport.

Great Deal with Hotels.com Discount!! But room cleanness is……Probably, the room keeper had a big fight with her/his partner and could not pay great attention on my room..
No shampoo/Treatment..
At the SINK!!,, water was remaining..

These days, customer harassment is big social problem therefore I did not claim anything about this issue..

But please clean up the room !!

전등갓이나 등 컨트롤러에 대미지가 많아 조금 낡아보이긴 했지만 매우 청결했습니다.
다만 방음이 전혀 되지 않아 문으로도, 벽으로도, 천장으로도 소음이 굉장히 심했습니다...ㅠㅠ

Hotel has the traces of a luxury property from years ago. It's a shame that maintenance wasn't done thoroughly in the rooms, so things were very worn out. For example, the bar fridge was yellowed. The step into the toilet was wobbly.

Otherwise, it was a pretty good stay. It's a really convenient location, short walk to shopping areas, or the sea.

Friendly hotel staff and OK room but very dated. Probably not renovated since the 90s however it is still functional and the room was a good size and bed was very large.

Unfortunately, I did have a mosquito problem in my room. I had seen several mosquitoes each night and couldn’t seem to get rid of them. They kept coming from somewhere and I’m guessing the bathroom. Luckily, I did manage to not get bitten. This did ruin my experience though and unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again

I had a great stay with my friend. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. There is a convenience store within the hotel, but also across a the street. Keep in mind that the fitness facility/gym is an additional payment per use. It is combined with a sauna though.

It's a lovely building. The room is a great size and the bathroom had a tub which was definitely needed! We had the city view which was lovely, but I definitely would have been more thrilled with an ocean view.
The food was mediocre. The scrambled eggs were very wet and runny, the meat options were limited and changed each day as does the soup. I was hoping for 미역국 (miyok) every day, too bad. The cleaning lady was very kind and did her work swiftly.
There is a convenience store inside the hotel next to the casino so it is very good for night snacking or drinking. There is also one right outside as well as an Emart. Down the street you can find many restaurants even a McDonald's if you have picky littles.
There is a little swim hole behind the Emart as well.
Overall a great location and good hotel. .

This is not a 5 star hotel, but you should expect that for the price being advertised, and that's no complaint. Its glory years are behind it. Maybe a 2.5 star in terms of the rooms. I refused the first room due to its condition. Staff promptly sorted this, but apart from the beautiful entrance, there is a dire need for refurbishment. Mouldly and rusty bathroom, unclean air-conditioning, old fridge, tatty curtains and furnishing Water was hot and fast, cleaning was fine, roulette wheel in casino broken though. Useful general store in the lobby. 15000 krw to use small gym, even if you do not want to use sauna facilities is steep. In conclusion, fantastic and friendly staff, but the hotels condition is a let down. Par for the course for this part of the island though. It could all do with a really deep clean and and some investment thrown at it.

Worst experience of my life. The amenities listed on the site was not true to advertised. The spa was only available to men and gym was an extra charge. The convenient store was closed. The laundromat was not available when we checked in at 16:00. The worst part was the entire floor we were on was super hot in 90F degrees. My room AC did not work and was stuck at 80F the entire time. Talked to the staff but they couldn’t do anything. They kept saying the temperature was fine which was infuriating. Stay here if you want to sleep in an old 80F room.

완전 별로였습니다.

5성급 답게 서비스, 청결부분은 매우 좋았습니다. 하지만 저희는 2박을 예약했으나 4시간만에 퇴실했습니다. 일단 첫번째로는 냉난방 시스템이 중앙제어 시스템이라 저희는 더운데 에어컨을 키면 히터가 나옵니다. 그건 뭐 저희 사정이니 불만은 없었습니다. 그렇게 쉬던 와중 옆 방에 손님들이 입실을 했는지 남자 두 분이 대화를 나누는 소리가 적나라하게 들리고, 또 다른 방에서는 생일축하를 하는지 노래와 박수와 함성이 시끄럽게 들리더군요.. 정말 방음 전혀 안됩니다. 일반 모텔에서 자도 이것보다는 덜 시끄럽겠다 싶어서 바로 모텔 예약하고 그냥 퇴실했습니다. 간만에 신랑이랑 좋은 시설에서 숙박하려고 갔는데 너무 시끄러워서 4시간만에 퇴실처리하고 모텔로 옮겼습니다.

I liked that the staff was helpful. I didn’t like that they advertised as a casino and the casino was shut down. Also they advertised restaurants and the only thing open was breakfast. The convenience store had very little supplies so had to go onto the city to get food and snacks. The beds were super uncomfortable. I did like that the room service food was actually pretty descent.

The casino and restaurants were not open due to covid. The only restaurant open was breakfast and it was pretty terrible for 21,000 won. The coffee bar is only open occasionally and never at a consistent time. The staff are rude. Apparently if you get to go food, since nothing there is open, you cannot eat in the lobby. Guess they want you to use your one chair in your room. None of the plugs in the room worked except the bathroom. The hotel needs major renovations.

The stay was fine and without incident. I liked being near a lot of things with Emart less than a 3 minute walk away. The market was only about 5 mins away via taxi. The casino was closed in the hotel due to COVID. Bummer. The rooms were spacious. The tub could have been cleaned a little better. The beds were comfortable.

Definately not worth the money

I rented the Ocean Suite which normally runs around $700 expecting the VIP treatment. Upon arriving to the hotel the exterior and lobby looked promising. However, the good feeling that I booked a great room vanished completely once I stepped out of the elevator on my floor. To start the carpet looked moldy, decrepid and smelled of a old sock. Next the doors to every room looked like someone kicked every door and dragged their feet along the walls of the full hallway. Once I arrived in my room it was less than imaculate. The toilet room had ruined wallpaper which appeared to be from water damage. The big two peraon jaccuzi tub didnt work and the shower just had a hand sprayer. The room was big and it did have an ocean view, however, if you looked out of the window there was a giant mud pit, so not the best views. Next there were no unused outlets to plug your phone into. Finally, the staff... As I mentioned before the lobby is beautiful and has plenty of seating, however, you cant sit and enjoy unless you buy a 10 dollar coffee. Ther is so much more thats wrong but I do not have enough characters to adequately describe it..... Not recomended.

Room fair for price. Smelled musty. No WiFi. When I asked at the front desk in the morning to get WiFi they said they can’t get it connected because checkout is soon. I had an hour left before check out and can’t understand their refusing to help or apologize for no WiFi. Which we didn’t have our whole night there

7階に泊まりました。
客室から海が見えましたが、e martと少し被ってしまったので、少し残念でした。
しかし、静かな落ち着いた雰囲気で、スタッフさんも常に複数人ロビーに居たので、安心でした。
一階にはコンビニが、外の徒歩圏内にもコンビニ、e mart、少し歩けば黒豚通り(？)もあったので、立地はとても良いと思います。
