Deluxe Double Room - comfortable stay for 2 nights. Location - outside the city center, nevertheless easy access to bus network and within 10 mins taxi ride to Jeju airport. Plenty of convenience stores within the vicinity. Room - was quiet and very spacious with king size bed and sofa. Bed was medium firm. Shower water pressure was strong. Check-in and check-out is straightforward.

This stay was part of a family and friends adventure for a child's birthday as well as a couple of first time visitors to Jeju. We had a good time. The location was further away from the city than we have stayed before which came with the benefit of fewer tourists, however, it also meant it took us longer to get places.

When we checked in, one of the meal cards for the second room was missing, however, when we asked for it, it was quickly corrected. Staff speak multiple languages, so communication was easy.

The breakfast was really tasty and convenient. There were a variety of options to suit a variety of taste preferences.

There were a couple of weddings in the hotel during our stay which was fun to witness - changing of the couple's posters in the lobby.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious. The beds could have been more comfortable for us - however, they were fine for the length of time and the purpose we were there. I would like to have had heavier blankets available. The shades were useful for blocking light which let us sleep just a little later.

The staff were kind overall. We asked to use a table in the cafe at the end of the day to play a card game and were told we could not, and the staff did not suggest an alternative even when asked. Staff could have been more helpful in that regard. We ended up playing on the floor in one of the rooms for our group.

The hotel was close to several restaurants and to bus stops.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There are also cafes and restaurants very close to the hotel. It’s close to the intercity bus terminal so that you can easily get a bus to another part of the island for sightseeing.

Great Place to Stay in Jeju-si

Fabulous location one block off the main road in the center of town. Short walk to shops, restaurants, bus stops and a 5-minute walk to the central bus station. Less than 10 minute taxi ride to the airport. Super friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again

Convenient stay to access the city and cherry blossom festival which was within 10 minutes walking distance. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly especially our cleaning lady on the 10th floor. Handy to have parking on site in the city. G25 incorporated into the hotel was very useful.

We were disappointed to learn that there is a fee for everything, it’s 10,000 KRW to use the gym, it’s 10000 KRW for late check out and don’t forget your toothbrush because you have to buy one from the onsite convenience store

Great stay. Breakfast very good and the restaurant was good and reasonably price for supper meal. The hotel is located in a good area. There is a sauna in the hotel, which you have to pay 10,000 won per person per use. This felt a little strange to me that you had to pay as a hotel guest; I feel like it should be included in your room, rate. Overall great stay and very professional service.

For jeju, it was right in downtown so all the taxi drivers knew how to get there. Very nice staff and clean. Rooms are typical on the smaller size like Japan so if you have a family of 4 with lots of luggage make sure you get a bigger room like a suite so your family is more comfortable

Second time staying here and love this hotel. Great bargain for the cleanliness and overall stay. Super polite staff and very decent/good breakfast buffet considering the cost. It’s a fairly new hotel (under a decade old) with a convenience store linked to it in case you wants snacks or a drink.

Jeju city is pretty uninspiring but if you need to stay there, this hotel is good value and very clean. It’s near the bus station for those using public transport. The staff are quite formal and don’t speak a lot of English but tried to help us. The rooms are nice, hot spring area is basically just an expensive place to take a shower but the breakfast buffet is excellent.

Room is spacious even with 3 comfortable beds. Bathroom is also spacious with modern toilet seat bidet. Cleaners do a wonderful job of cleaning our room Everyday. Short 7mins walking distance to the Jeju intercity bus terminal makes our travelling around Jeju very convenient. Personally, I dislike the centrally controlled aircondition because the hotel disabled the cooling function and switched all to heating only when weather turned chilly and I had to sleep near the open window to stay cool. This is at no fault of the hotel since it’s common in all hotels when weather turns cold. They did turn on the aircon function for our room when the other rooms at our section were not occupied, to which I am pleasantly surprised and grateful of their thoughtfulness. Overall, it’s an excellent hotel to stay.

酒店環境十分清靜. 房內打掃都算整潔,乾淨. 住了4晚. 每天都有清潔,打掃. 唯一要留意是沒有提供牙刷和牙膏. 週邊食市都算多.附近有麵包咖啡廳, 烤肉店.都值得去嘗試. 交通方面要步行遠一點,約10~15分鐘去長途公車站和觀光車站. 等公車時間較長. 從機場至酒店約15~20分鐘, 往新濟洲區坐計程車亦方便.酒店服務員很樂意幫忙電約. 整體來說, 是一間好的酒店. 如想要一個休閒旅遊, 可選擇此酒店.因它不是處於購物區. 但有幾個境點可步行20~30分鐘便可到達, 如東門市場,地下街,牧官衙,塔洞廣場..等等.

This hotel booked dozens of middle school kids on our floor. These kids kept running around, playing, yelling, knocking on doors and buzzing door chimes on our floor for hours. We called snd complained, but no one ftom thr hotel did anything about the noise. It was horrible trying to sleep.

Nice hotel, double check if you got everything

Good room with sitting area with a reasonably comfortable firm bed. They replaced the bottles of toiletries everyday, but sometimes they missed a bottle and gave us double of something else or forgot to give us a floor towel. AC worked, unlike several other hotels we stayed at during the the same trip in April.

무난하고 깨끗한객실이었지만 체크인시 별다른 안내가 없었고 매우 사무적인 태도의 직원이 응대해줘서 좋은 인상은 못받았네요.
사우나의 경우 투숙객은 1만원에 이용할수있다던가 조식은 언제 어디서 제공된다던가 하는 기본적인 정보를 제공해주지 않아서 재차 내려와서 물어보기도 했습니다.
밤 11시가 넘을때까지 호텔 바로 아래 담벽에서 누군가가 술에취해소리치는것도 감점요인입니다.
아마 호텔안에 있는 편의점에서 술을 마시고 떠드는것같았어요.
투숙객인지 지나던 사람인진 모르겠으나 그 덕에 창문을 더워도 열지못하고 잠을 청해야했네요

여러 이유로 다음엔 투숙안할거예요
가격대비 더 좋은 숙소가 제주엔 많습니다.

객실은 무척 청결했어요. 그런데 외출하고 와보니 난방이 안되는거예요. 밤 11시가 넘었지만 그냥 자기엔 너무 추울것같아서 프론트에 연락했더니 즉시 오셔서 고장인것 같다며 같은 층의 더 좋은 방으로 업그레이드 해 주셔서 따뜻하게 잘 잤습니다. 스텝분들 모두 넘넘 친절하시고 숙소도 좋아서 다음 번에도 또 예약하려구요.
