Very old hotel in Jeju, located near the city hall. The room was very small. Two single beds ( not twins), sink was broken, no floor towels and rubber sleeper to share for every visitors.
The major problem was the door was broken remain unlocked. When we called the front desk, they acted like a normal, and say “will come and check”
Additionally, parking assistance was very rude. He insisted me to park compact car spot and told me to get off to passenger side. Even though there were plenty of parking spots.

This is an older hotel. Nothing fancy. The hallway carpets were stained and the hotel had a funny smell. The room was comfortable, but breakfast should have been included for the price. Good location, but the parking garage got full one night.

This property is full of mold and is a serious health hazard. I cannot recommend enough that you find another hotel, I had to abandon the hotel after 1 night when their attempt to cover up the smell with perfume failed.

The elevator and halls were seriously musty and smelled significantly of mold but it wasn’t until we went down to the fitness centre that it became apparent how extensive the problem was. The air was so moldy that it was nearly impossible to breathe. Our room smelled a little musty but we figured it was a basement issue. We were wrong.

When we woke up the next morning with itchy eyes, nasal congestion and difficulty breathing, I knew the mold was all around the hotel. The hotel likely aired out the room and I noticed a bizarre number of fragrance dispensers throughout the hotel, but those could not permanently cover up the unliveable situation. The room smelled so mildewed and moldy by morning that the carpet smelled like urine. The air conditioner in 924 (one half of the suite) also didn’t blow any cold air.

I went down to the lobby and told the staff about the mold situation and they agreed to let me cancel the next 2 nights without charge and I spoke with the reservations team myself along with the front desk staff who agreed they would reach out to Expedia to approve the refund of the 2 nights and now they will not respond. Avoid at all costs.

Nice clean property with free parking available. There was a problem with the parking garage when we left next morning but after 40mins our car was brought out early by the parking attendant. Room was spacious and clean. Can't comment much about the area as we just stayed 1 night but it's close to the airport and restaurants

The restaurant is very poor. I got sick from eating there. The place is maintained, but the place was noisy due to so many guests coming. The hotel check out time is 11AM which seems to be too early compared to other hotels nearby.

The rooms were very nice, clean, and well laid out. The staff at reception are very nice and very accommodating.

I was afraid that it would be loud given the location, but it was not and very quiet. The location is excellent. Bustling Myeongdong is right outside the hotel door, and it’s very close to the subway.

The coin laundry and lounge are very nice and convenient. We would definitely stay at 9 tree hotel again.

Great service

No frills apartment with basic rooms, good for a night's stay in Jeju city. It is walkable to several restaurants down the main road and valet parking was provided for free (just drive down to B1 of the hotel). The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel lobby is fine, but the rooms are dingy and depressing. The area around the hotel has high motor traffic and the nearby food opportunities include MacDonalds, KFC, 7-11, etc. It's not a tourist area, so English speakers are somewhat hard to find. Even at the hotel, the front desk staff had only limited English. It was hard to get directions to a restaurant which turned out to just be down the street. If you're going to JeJu, you probably want a different type of hotel--probably one on the beach. I wished that we had chosen a hotel out of the city. This location doesn't offer anything that you're likely to enjoy as a tourist.

Very friendly staff and comfortable room. Great location in the city. Simple but very affordable breakfast buffet.

Special Note to the hotel: The electric car charging station in the parking lot does not work. I paid 12,000 won total for two attempts with the help of a kind front-desk person and parking lot attendant but did not get a charge. Still trying to get a refund from the charging company but no answer when I call.

제주공항 근처면 라마다 시티호텔이 gooooood!!

3박4일 여행에서 마지막 제주공항 근처로 숙박을 잡았습니다. 10분 거리라서 좋은것 같아요.
3박동안 가장 맘에 들었던것 같아요.
깔끔하고 비데도 있고 열이 많은 저는 마냥 뜨거운 객실보다 천장 에어컨 온풍으로 조절로 편한것 같습니다. 잘 묵고 갑니다. 제주공항 근처에서 묵는다면 다시 숙박할 예정입니다!
