Nice helpful friendly staff, good size heated pool, awesome ocean view, very very comfortable beds, clean rooms, and great restaurants nearby. Guests can use the laundry machines for free. Wickedly fast wifi and nice walking trail called secret garden.

My only issue was the laundry dryer was very weak and restaurant price was very inflated.

I liked that there were 4 beds and a table in a separate room. I didn't like that an engineer came to make room cooler and proceeded to turn off the water heater. Then our room keys stopped working, not once but twice. Also, there were no face cloths and the beds didn't have nightstands.
Staff also told us that the laundromat was open 24 hours but we got kicked out at midnight!

It’s an old, outdated accommodation. Hallways are dingy with very low ceilings that make it feel stifling. Hallways aren’t air conditioned so it’s oppressively hot and stuffy in the humid summer. Rooms and bathrooms are dingy and old. We regretted booking our stay there as soon as we drove up. The pictures online must be from 20 years ago.

This hotel feels like its older in terms of interior and design, the space between beds are tighter, and interior also quite dated. Bathroom also quite small. Cleanliness is ok. And the power switch to put in our adaptor didnt work very well. Only good thing is we get the ocean view right in front of us with our window. Overall just decent but not fantastic.

We stayed in two different rooms for this stay. The location is excellent. Across from the boardwalk along the water for nice and easy stroll. 10-15minute walk to all other shopping and market areas. Lots of food options for dinner. Near a supermarket that had very affordable items to pick up for drinks, snacks and quick to go meals. Good location for tour pick up and 15 minute cab ride to/from airport. Approximately 20,000-30,000 krw for jumbo cab ride

The rooms were very basic. The one with 4 twin beds didn’t have a lot of storage space or counters. This made it difficult for our family (2 adults and 2 kids) to store anything. We had to use the second dining room area to store our luggage and couldn’t unpack. This was the newly renovated room.

The second room we stayed in (family twin room). This one had enough beds to 3 people and one person had to sleep on the floor which is their version as a futon. It wasn’t very clear when I was booking but thankfully a previous reviewer mentioned this so I rebooked our first few nights to a 4 twin bed room. This room was not a newly renovated room.

We had breakfast included. It was a decent breakfast if it’s part of your package. We wouldn’t pay additional market price for it though. There are many more options (likely better) outside of hotel.

The staff were nice and professional. Some front desk staff spoke little English but most others were easier to communicate with.

Pros:
The staff were so lovely. View of the ocean was gorgeous, room size was great and the shower head was fantastic. Room was clean and no smells. Pillows, blanket, and bedsheets were soft and comfortable.

The property is very conveniently located and just about everything you'd want to see in Jeju city is within a 10-30 minute radius. I love how comvenient it was.

Also, a very short and easy ride to the airport.

Cons:
The bed was much harder than I'm used to, but the soft pillows and blanket helped.

Lovely large room with sea view. Only downside was despite the website stating there was a bar, they don’t have one. You can only get a drink if you eat at their restaurant and it’s very limited - beer, soju and soft drinks. Had to search and walk a fair distance (over a mile) to find a bar that offered more options (cocktails etc). Website needs to be corrected as disingenuous to state they have a bar

I loved this property but there were some issues. Initially we were told that the AC was not available until summer. However due to in-floor heating the room was hot. After phoning guest services we were told how to turn off the boiler and then told to open window. The next we complained it was still too warm and asked for fan which they said would be delivered. Once returning for the evening there was no fan. I went to front desk and told them that if there is no AC the least they can do is provide fans. Shortly after this complaint we were given the remote for the AC. INTERESTING!!

The other shortcoming was the wifi was basically useless. We could hardly check in for our next flight and had to bring this up with the guest services. This problem could not be remedied.

Otherwise this location and hotel was great. The carpets were stained and dirty in hallways. It does need some attention.

The parking was included and secure in garage. I would stay here again.
