We had a good experience with this hotel. But the only problem is the tv is buffering for a long time and it’s not easy to set up the language of the tv coz it’s set up language Korean. And the breakfast not so much selection the soup are cold. The reception is very friendly and helpful. Thank for a good stay it’s clean and well maintained.

Perfect for family stay with 4 super single comfortable beds with 2 pillows each. A separate room with dining table, fridge. A separate counter top with basin outside toilet. Newly renovated room. All good. Facilities wise, there are self service laundromat and a smallish worn out gym. Location is quite good with mini mart and bakery cafe in the hotel and short walk to 2 large supermarts. Front desks helpful.

Pros:
The staff were so lovely. View of the ocean was gorgeous, room size was great and the shower head was fantastic. Room was clean and no smells. Pillows, blanket, and bedsheets were soft and comfortable.

The property is very conveniently located and just about everything you'd want to see in Jeju city is within a 10-30 minute radius. I love how comvenient it was.

Also, a very short and easy ride to the airport.

Cons:
The bed was much harder than I'm used to, but the soft pillows and blanket helped.

Lovely large room with sea view. Only downside was despite the website stating there was a bar, they don’t have one. You can only get a drink if you eat at their restaurant and it’s very limited - beer, soju and soft drinks. Had to search and walk a fair distance (over a mile) to find a bar that offered more options (cocktails etc). Website needs to be corrected as disingenuous to state they have a bar

what a great hotel. loved the view of the ocean with the fishing boats going out every night. the room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Tours we took picked us up at the hotel, so that was a bonus. The optional breakfast is very worthwhile. the promanade across the street was great for a morning and evening stroll. very close to the main street market.

I loved this property but there were some issues. Initially we were told that the AC was not available until summer. However due to in-floor heating the room was hot. After phoning guest services we were told how to turn off the boiler and then told to open window. The next we complained it was still too warm and asked for fan which they said would be delivered. Once returning for the evening there was no fan. I went to front desk and told them that if there is no AC the least they can do is provide fans. Shortly after this complaint we were given the remote for the AC. INTERESTING!!

The other shortcoming was the wifi was basically useless. We could hardly check in for our next flight and had to bring this up with the guest services. This problem could not be remedied.

Otherwise this location and hotel was great. The carpets were stained and dirty in hallways. It does need some attention.

The parking was included and secure in garage. I would stay here again.

Decently priced hotel in need of renovations. The building itself is in decent shape but everything inside is outdated and showing its age. There were lot of scratches and marks in the wall. The sofa barely had any cushion and the bed was rock hard. The windows are also not soundproofed as I could hear hear the noises from a band busking outside by the embankment in front of the hotel until 10 pm. Lastly, the staff was very business like and not friendly at all.

Great location overlooking the sea. Short walk to market, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good with a large variety of food both Korean and western. Only thing was the beds were very hard like sleeping on the floor but has been the same elsewhere in Korea. There was also no aircon as winter season, but when asked they resolved this for me.

Avoid this hotel

Very dated hotel which hasn't been updated in a long time. Chose this hotel due to location but service and facilities all around poor for the amount you pay for this. Staff were inept to help with luggage or any assistance until I escalated to Hotels.com. Also, they do not let you control the heating in your room so far as to remove the air con remote to your room and will not give you it at any costs. Breakfast was poor quality for the amount listed.

Overall, disappointing experience for the price and would not recommend at all.

Beware of hotel amenities listed, most of them are below par: laundry, gym, fridge. I chose this hotel due to ocean views and amenities but mostly because it could accommodate 4 people with 3 beds- well, “Futon” is not a bed, just a mat on the floor in an unfurnished bedroom. Some staff at hotel restaurant were just rude and some front desk hotel staff are just not helpful.

I would strongly recommend this hotel to other families and friends because this hotel is easily convenient and have a nice long walkway beside the ocean. Also, the hotel service is very helpful and kind to quickly change rooms to a better ocean view as the first room was very small and tight space with more crowded surroundings and importantly the first room we previously were given wasn't ocean view when we booked for ocean view. Lastly, this hotel was very convenient as there was restaurants and other food places near by the hotel which was walking distance. (I highly suggest eating out at bhc chicken place - tastes very good!).

Property has a convenient store located inside the hotel (open until 2am) which is very convenient. It also offers free parking which is nice as there are likely guests with rental cars.

The room itself is of a good size however the bed is very uncomfortable and can use an upgrade. Bathroom is quite small and they also only provide one towel (even though it is a room with one double bed twin). Receptionist is unable to be reached via room intercom.

Overall for the price point of this hotel, I think the quality of the room can be improved. The location is convenient and waterfront however I think there are other options in nearby areas

Our first visit to Jeju

In general, nice location by the seaside. Good price for family room. Takes about 10 mins walk to Black Pork Street, shopping street and Dongmun Market. A big supermarket is about 5 mins walk away. Downside for us would be the beds. The mattresses were hard. If they place mattress toppers, it would have made rest more comfortable.
