The bed was very comfortable. The food options were good too - bread, rolls, cereal and soup. Would prefer a cooked breakfast but the breakfast was edible. The kitchen lady was very kind and attentive. The lady behind the desk went above and beyond in giving me an excellent restaurant recommendation. I was a solo traveller using public transport and the location was great. Will be returning to the hotel.

Friendly staff, clean room. Spacious room. Medium firm mattress. Bus stops just outside, about 15-20min walk to dongmum market. Some restaurants and 7/11 near the hotel. Only downside is the air conditioning sometimes doesn't work, it turns off by itself and you can't adjust the temp or fan speed. And the walls are thin, so you can hear other geusts.

Not bad

House cleaning did not provide indivisual packed bar of soap after cleaning. Asked front desk then gentleman answered that they do not have the invontories left. I have him a kind of funny look then he later gave me a bar of soap. That wes terrible though.

More like a guest house than a hotel. Close to no English. Not that close to city center, have to take a bus with frequency close to once an hour to tungmun. I book a 4 persons twin bed deluxe room but forgot to add my child upon booking so I was punished by paying extra won 11000. I complained but was told that is it and I could not change room due to payment nonrefundable. In the small lobby, there is no place for you to take a rest unless you go to the small restaurant.

A good stay

The hotel staffs can communicate well in English. The breakfast is simple western style breakfast. We stay in the seaview room which have a beautiful sunset view of the harbour and sea.

Parking was a problem. Not much there. Had to park in front of a car and give my keys to rental car to reception in case they had to move.
Told them am leaving at 6 am in morning. Arrived at 8 pm.
When ready to leave then car was moved and blocked by other car. Caused delay.
When got to airport car rental return during inspectionfound car was wide scratched with car paint on left side. Dissapointed. Very bad service!

The hotel was good with really helpful staff. No flexibility on check on time. The neighborhood was far from Jeju City centre so needed to commute all the time. There’re buses from 7 min walk. The hotel was however $5 distance to the airport.

Clean hotel with ocean view

Hotel receptionist are helpful although their english level are so so...but still can understand what we want such as call taxi and call tour guide taxi etc. It was a nice stay at the Hotel, the location consider is good, 10minutes walk to 东门market, the room soundproof are good, overall clean and new.

제주공항과 제주항에서 가까워서 좋았고 직원들이 친절하셨어요. 가끔 배가 출항하는 소리가 들리긴 하지만 가끔이라 잠이 깨진않았어요 근처에 편의점이 가까워서 좋았어요. 근데 전반적으로 시내보다는 사람이 없는편이라서 혼자다니기에는 쪼금 무서웠어요

제주항에서 잴 가까운 호텔

배편을 이용할 때 두번째 묵은 숙소입니다. 연안터미널과 2분 거리라 아침 첫 배 탈 때 가성비 좋게 묵을 수 있어 좋아요. 화장실에 냄새도 안나고 깔끔해요.

크지 않지만 알찬 숙소였습니다~
호텔 이불이 사각사각하니 좋았어요. 일회용품은 다 구비되어있지 않고 프론트에 문의하니 주시더라구요~ 오히려 남용되지 않는 느낌이라 더 괜찮았습니다.
조식은 딱 아침 느낌으로 빵과 샐러드, 시리얼, 커피, 음료가 나왔는데 계란프라이도 해주셔서 엄청 든든하게 먹었어요^^
아이와 어머니도 만족해 해서 담에 기회되면 또 방문하고 싶어요!

공항에서 택시로 약20분, 9천원 정도.
스텝이 친절하고 깨끗한 모텔 느낌.
개인적으로 가족단위 숙박은 비추.
많은 후기에 나와있듯 방음이 매우 취약하여 신음소리, 물소리, 핸드폰 진동소리가 아주 크게 들림.

싸고 깨끗한 곳을 찾는다면 당연 하버호텔입니다 지난 여행에 이어 두번째 머물었습니다 다음에도 제주에 간다면 또 여기를 갈 예정이고요 호텔은 작지만 깨끗하고 조식 서비스도 간단하게 먹기 좋았습니다 객실 바닥이 카펫이 아니라 마루인 점도 마음에 듭니다 신발을 벗고 사용할 수 있어서 편했습니다 이 가격에 깨끗한 잠자리와 조식도 먹을 수 있다니 가성비 최고 호텔입니다 원도심 동문시장에서 조금 떨어져있었지만 충분히 걸어다닐 만했고 근처에 있는 사라봉 산책하기도 좋았습니다

매우 만족합니다.

친절함과 높은 수준의 청결함에 감탄합니다. 잘 관리되고 있다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 추후에도 숙박의사 매우 있습니다. 이마 5층 이상부터는 앞의 SGI건물 간판도 방해되지 읺을 듯 합니다. (4층이었는데 저녁 이후엔 간판 불이 매우 잘 보여서 전망이 약간 아쉽습니다. 아침시간에는 소등되어 크게 거슬리지 않게 아침바다와 항구를 감상할 수 있어 괜찮습니다) 오래오래 영업해주셨으면 좋겠어요ㅡ^^

동문시장 걸어가기엔 무리.
공항도 거리있음(sk렌터카하고는 거리가 멈).
시설은 모텔을 리모델링 한것 같음.

바다뷰가 좋았던 공항 근처 숙소

항구가 보이는 방으로 예약해서 뷰가 정말 좋았어요. 마루바닥이라 신발을 벗고 다닐 수 있는 것도 좋았습니다. 예민한 편인데 숙소도 조용해서 잘 잤어요. 개인적으로 티수푼이 하나 있었으면 더 좋았을 것 같아요. 다음에 오면 또 묵고 싶어요~

차 타고 10분안에 오는정 김밥도 있고 올레시장도 있어요

세삼한 배려도 좋았어요.

사라봉은 못 가봐서 아쉬웠는데
뒤쪽에 공원이 있어 좋았고

놀랄만한 층간 소음

직원들 친절하고 청소도 청결하고 이불도 편안하고 다 좋은데 충간 소음이 너무 힘들었어요. 예민한 편이 아닌데도 자다가 깜짝깜짝 놀라서 깰 정도입니다. 7시 이전에 들어와서 빨리 자면 나을까 했는데 아니네요…
제가 식당이나 엘베 같은데서 실수를 해서 누군가 일부러 망치로 천정을 때리는 줄 알았는데 옆 위 아래에서 나는 소리더라고요. 제발 12시 전에 들어와 샤워는 합시다.
그리고 조식이 3일 내내 메뉴가 똑같았어요. (2박 이상엔 주의 요망)

겉보기엔 청결해보였는데 침구관리좀 해주세요

숙소상태는 깨끗해 보였는데 첫날 숙소 였는데 망했어요 온몸에 진드기인지 베드버그인지 잔뜩물렸어요 이불은 청결해보였는데 굉장히 습했던걸로 기억해요 먼지도 있었는데 저렴한 숙소니 그런가보다 했는데 다음날 일어나보니 모기인줄알았던 곳이 벌레에.물린듯 빨갛게 올라오더니 상처가 생겼네요 지금은 많이.아물었지만 여행내내 상처로 고생했어요 침구를 깨끗하게 해주셔야할것같아요

작지만 깔끔하고 항구를 볼 수 있는 방

바닷가 근처, 항구가 보이는 작지만 깔끔한 방이었어요. 뱃고동 소리가 들렸네요. 4층 위쪽의 높은 층이 항구가 시원하게 보이겠어요. 마침 7층이라 개방성이 좋았네요. 아침 조식은 토스트와 야채,과일 그리고 커피,쥬스,우유에 콘프레이크가 준비되어 간단히 요기하긴 좋았네요.

카페리 타는 분들께 강추(전기차)

가족여행인데 침대 배치 및 바다 전망으로 방 잡아주셔서 너무좋았구요. 후기들 보면 모텔 어쩌고 하는데 조식도 넘 좋았고 특히 카페리로 여행하는 분들에게 최적의 위치에요. 동문시장 걸어서 25분 차로 가도 주차 기다리면 비슷합니다. 완속 충전기 있어서 전기차 타는분들 카페리 출발전에 완충할수 있어 좋구요.
