Don’t use the steak house
Good stay for the price, reception girls lovey shame about the steak house joined to hotel as we were told didn’t need to book but stood waiting for a staff member to speak to us. Eventually she came over and said they were busy even though there were several empty tables. Then sat in the bar were other people went in and got seated.

The Air Conditioner is centrally controlled at the reception. They turn it on when they feel you need AC. I was hot in my room but as it was not on, I had to open the window to get cool air. I found this weir.

A fabulous hotel, reception was friendly, helpful, a smiling welcome. Rooms are lovely good size, we had a front street view, quiet area at night, hardly any disruptive traffic, so you can leave windows open at night. No aircon in our room, but there is a fan for air circulation which is all you need. I love the soft sound of the church bells in the morning, a gentle wakeup call. Good variety for breakfast, lots of natural light in the dining area, roomy.

Decent hotel for an overnight stay. Great location with lots of restaurants and shopping around. There is no air conditioning, so it was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep. Front desk was very welcoming and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

This was a typical good Best Western Hotel. Good restaurants within walking distance, although most allow smoking in the dining area. We are not used to that.

Good two night stay, would use again. First impressions from outside not inspiring, but good once inside. Restaraunt and bar attached - good food and busy mid week - so good sign. Town looked interesting with medieval buildings and a number of restaurants and bars - I didn't get a chance to enjoy the town.

Sensitive to cigarette smoke? Not the place for you. Like funky pictures of Albert Einstein and Jim Morrison on the almost always darkened hallway, then this is the place for you. Close to the old town and within a 10 minute walk of the train station, not bad. Lots of doner kabap and pizza near by--except on Sunday.

Älteres Hotel das nicht sagt dass es keine Rollstuhlfahrer Zimmer gibt! Essen und Umgebung sind gut. Bei der Abrechnung wurde ich Angelogen es seien 2 Personen gebucht die niemals da war! Alees war belegbar das 2 Bett unbenutzt keine 2 Frühstück keine 2 Personen beim Checkin. Man muss die Tiefgarage benutzen für € 10.je Tag. Ich buche dort nicht mehr.

War in dem Hotel für zwei Nächte für eine Geschäftsreise. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber. Frühstück war absolut ausreichend vom Angebot und in guter Qualität.

Wir haben eine Unterkunft für 1 Nacht in Wels benötigt und dafür war dieses Hotel perfekt. Das Personal bei der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Die Frühstücksauswahl war sehr gut, es gab auf Nachfrage sogar glutenfreies Brot. Leider war beim Frühstück lange kein Personal zu sehen, was die Nachfrage nach glutenfreiem Brot etwas erschwerte. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und würde das Hotel jedenfalls wieder buchen.

Das erste Zimmer war schmutzig: Staub im Kasten, Staub und Schlieren im Bad und am Tisch, Polstermöbel fleckig.
Die freundliche Rezeptionistin hat mich sofort in das Nachbarzimmer umquartiert, das sauberer war.
Die Zimmer sind recht groß und auf der Hofseite ruhig, aber sie wirken abgewohnt. Einige Schäden an der billig wirkenden Kunststofffurnier der Möbel, alte, renovierungsbedürftige Fenster.
An der Wand war ein großer Schalter mit der Aufschrift Lüftung, aber beim Einschalten hat sich nichts getan.
Nicht sehr angehm, wenn WC Gerüche nur in den Raum entweichen können. Auf meine Beschwerde hin hat mich die Rezeptionistin zumindest auf ein Getränk eingeladen.
Beim Betreten des Saunabereichs die nächste Überraschung:
Es gibt keinen Umkleidebereich, ja nicht einmal Kleiderhaken. Also zurück ins Zimmer, dort umgezogen und nur mit Badehose und Handtuch wieder zurück in den Saunabereich.
Lt. Rezeption sollte die Sauna bis 22h in Betrieb sein.
Leider hatte die Sauna um 20:30 mehr 65° und kühlte bis 21:30 auf 55° aus.
Die Dampfdusche schien nur nach Zufallsprinzip zu funktionieren - manchmal ja, manchmal nein.
Beim Drücken auf die Tasten für verschiedene Düfte hat sich nichts getan.
Die beiden Whirlpools waren zugedeckt und außer Betrieb.

Seife in Seifenspendern statt Einwegseifenstücken (gut für die Umwelt, aber evtl. schlecht für \"Hotelseifensammler\"). Räume für die zentrale Lage sehr ruhig bzgl. Straßenlärm; auch das Geräuschlevel zwischen den Hotelzimmern ist ausreichend. Am ehesten hört man mal Geräusche vom Flur.
