We were unable to use the indoor swimming pool as we booked for this especially because the receptionist was not available to open up for us. Our daughter cried all night and we were getting anxious. Es sah auf den Bildern viel besser aus als in Wirklichkeit. Aber es kommt ja auf das Innere an. Das Zimmer war sauber und auch groß. Leider aber auch einer Sauna gleich. Die Sonne schien den ganzen Tag durch die Doppelflügeltür ins Zimmer und wärmte dies auf über 30! Grad auf. Selbst lüften half nicht viel, da alles aber auch alles im Zimmer so warm war. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken, da man nur schwitzte. Auch war unter meinem Zimmer ein Agregat ständig am laufen. Dies war wohl vom Pool. Auch war das Internet nur verfügbar, wenn man auch gleichzeitig den Fernseher einschaltete! Das Frühstück war für Österreich sehr bescheiden. Käse aus der Verpackung und wenig einfallsreich. Wenigstens war der Essensraum kühl und die Damen sehr nett. Anhand meinen Erfahrungen, kann ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen. Gut war das Essen im angrenzende Gasthof. Da immer wieder gerne.

Im Gasthof essen gehen, davon rate ich ab. Ich habe mir ein Wiener Schnitzel bestellt. Die Panier konnte man in einem ganzen Stück entfernen und der Fleischanteil war hauchdünn. Außerdem war es getränkt im Friteuseöl. Im Nachhinein habe ich mich geärgert, dass ich es nicht zurückgegeben habe.

Der Service im Hotel war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Möglichkeit Speisen und Getränke online auf Zimmer zu bestellen und dabei noch 10% Rabatt zu erhalten ist super - genauso das dazugehörende Restaurant (jedoch war es mir nicht ersichtlich weshalb man dort auch am Tisch online bestellen kann, wenn genug Personal vorhanden ist und diese auch am Tisch nachfragen ob man noch etwas möchte).

Leider ein Zimmer im Eingangsbereich erwischt, dass auf Grund der schlechten Lärmdämmung alles vom Eingang inkl. der elektrischen Türe zu hören war. An Schlaf leider nicht zu denken. Das Personal sehr bemüht nur der Inhaber sehr gleichgültig. Mit den Worten, dass das etwas lauter ist weiß er aber das ist halt so. So ein Zimmer dürfte man überhaupt nicht vermieten.

Hotels.com Reservierung vom Hotel nicht gefunden
Als ich bei der Hotel-Rezeption angekommen bin, konnte meine Reservierung, die ich über Hotels.com gemacht hatte, nicht im hotel-eigenen System gefunden werden. Der Rezeptionist hat lange Zeit versucht jemanden bei Hotels.com zu erreichen, um dem nachzugehen. Erst als ich 20 Minuten an der Rezeption gewartet hatte, bekam ich einen Zimmerschlüssel. Der Rezeptionist hatte zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch immer niemanden von Hotels.com erreicht. Offenbar dürfte das dann nachträglich gefunden worden sein.
