We stayed for a very short time, and it was nice, but it had its shortcomings, there was no mini fridge, no kettle or cup. There was no tea or coffee for coffee, there was no trash bin, the air conditioner was not working, the location is good, the staff were friendly and helpful.

The inclusion of parking and breakfast with the room rate are positives. However, the floor of the guest room was dirty, the upholstery of one of the pleather chairs in the room was flaking off, and the single elevator is very small (only accommodates two people with luggage). In addition, only one pillow per bed and one towel per person in the room. In summary, this felt like a very budget hotel; okay fo a family on a budget but not adequate for business travel.

Pretty horrific. Whole hotel is extremely OLD and needs to be torn down or renovated. Black mould in showers, smoke detectors covered in plastic, tiles and panels coming off the walls. Never seen anything like it. Only consolation is that I got refunded. Terrible hotel. Very disgusting.

Not comfortable for a family even for one night. The baby crib was without a mattress. The baby slept on a hard surface. Not very clean, old and outdated room. The air conditioner didn't really work. When changing temperature there was a smell like something was burning. The breakfast was nice though, and the lady in the reception really tried to help

Unfortunately my wife and I were not at the hotel long enough to fully appreciate it with a late arrival and early departure, but a warm welcome and a good breakfast buffet following a good night's sleep were what we required. We had a very long drive ahead of us so, at breakfast, made a couple of sandwiches to take in the car and received a mild but annoying reprimand from one of the waiting staff which I thought was unnecessary.

Very Comfortable Hotel

This is a great hotel and right across from WiFi, where my wife was attending a course. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly from the front desk to service in the restaurant and bar. Morning breakfast has a very nice option of choices. Hotel is located a short walk from the tram stop and this can easily connect you to the main train station or get you easily into the city centre to explore. Only negative was the room temperature seems to be a building control and the room was very, very warm. However, that was resolved by keeping the window open and we used that to moderate the temperature.

We loved the room. My wife's favorite flowers are lavender, so she was charmed by the lavender imagery all over the room.

Checking in was a bit slow, but otherwise smooth. Free parking is nice. Breakfast was a bit lacking, not a big variety.

Good budget option, we had a family room on the ground floor. The decor in the room felt a bit dated and some areas like the wardrobe could have done with a deep clean but it had good facilities including safe. The staff were really friendly and we spent the afternoon round the pool with free soft drinks. There is lots of outdoor space for the kids to run around in. Breakfast was all you can eat and offered a wide range of good quality choices to fill up on.

I stayed there just for one night and I was pretty satisfied. Basic room but quite modern and clean. Parking outside with easy access. 5 minute to the tram line for going to old town. Small sauna room but good enough for a 3 stars hotel. Breakfast not with a lot of variety but good overall. The hotel is placed near the highway route.
I would stay there again. Definetely earning their stars

Good location. Reception staff friendly and helpful, but restaurant staff very robotic, seemingly no interaction at all with guestst. Food in restaurant is very basic, not much choice. Breakfast items only fair, fruit salad tired and consisting mainly of tasteless apples. Coffee very bitter. Could not recommend the restaurant at all. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, however floors are all linoleum and we were pleased to have had slippers with us. The bathroom sink plug became stuck the second day we were there necessitating the use of the bath tub, for washing hands and brushing teeth. Overall, far too basic, spartan and would not use again.
There did not appear to be other restaurant choices in the near vicinity of the hotel.

Great location just off the highway

The hotel had the three requirements I was looking for. Free wireless, free parking, free breakfast. It was also just off the highway and after 8 hours driving, very handy. It was about a 15 minute walk to a Donor Kebab place that was open on Christmas Eve. All in all, good rooms for our family and very quick checkin/out.

Fantastic value with some nice extra touches

We were very pleasantly surprised. Only stayed for an one night on our way to Slovenia, but this was an excellent location - easy enough to access by car, but equally with a tram stop nearby so we could see Linz centre. Terrace in the garden where you could drink free tea and coffee, packet of wafers in our room on arrival and an extensive breakfast selection made us feel we had had great value. Additionally parking was free, and room spacious with comfy beds. Everything was perfect.

What did I think of our stay? Not so much. The lobby area was clean enough, the hallway going to the room had a rather musty odor however. The room was adequate but spartan. Not feeling particularly warm and fuzzy about this place.

The front desk staff was very friendly and was able to deal with any requests we had. The free WiFi was appreciated, and I don't know why the larger chains find it necessary to charge for access.

The pool and deck area was clean, and there were plenty of chairs to lounge in. The water was unheated, which made for a quick, but very refreshing dip.

Very good breakfast buffet was included in the price of the stay.

I chose this hotel mainly because of the quick and easy access to the major highways and the close proximity to the city centre. The hotel is rated as a four star hotel, but that is not quite true in my opinion. The rooms were clean and the staff was quite friendly and helpful in handling any requests we had.They all spoke and understood English very well. We originally booked the hotel without breakfast since we planned to be on the road early every day. Within the first week of our stay there appeared to be a major remodelling taking place and when we asked what was happening, we were told that the hotel had been sold!! We were a bit concerned about that, but the new owners now offered FREE breakfast for everyone who stays there - a pleasant surprise. The hotel is now called \"All Seasons\". It is VERY modern, has a lovely patio with outdoor swimming pool with grill parties on Thursdays. For us, the best thing was the proximity to the highways - even going to the centre of town was very easy - there is a tram station just 2 minutes away, which gets you to the downtown core within 10 minutes!! In all, it was a lovely stay and we would definintely choose this hotel again for another visit.

Not the best hotel, but it's a pretty good option when the budget available is limited.

The style of the hotel is very unique, very youthful and colourful, which also doesn't make it feel so \"homey\". It's a good option when having a limited budget. It is clean and offers a satisfactory breakfast. The coffee is what I most enjoyed. The surroundings are industrial, so it's not a very touristy option. I did think it was a good option for such a short stay.

Der Pool war voller Tierchen, Laub usw.! Wurde definitiv schon länger nicht mehr gereinigt mit dem Kescher.
Die Klima ging leider nicht. Und ist zusätzlich eine Zentralklima, also nicht individuell veränderbar. War ziemlich warm in der Nacht.
Zu späteren Abend stand jemand im Zimmer, unabsichtlich nochmals vergeben.
Leider gabs keine Wiedergutmachung, wie Getränkegutschein o.ä.!

Leider eines der schlechtesten Hotels in dem wir je waren. Eigentlich bin ich niemand der schlechte Bewertungen schreibt, aber leider ist es dieses Mal notwendig. Das positive an diesem Hotel ist das Gesamtbild und das Frühstück, aber das war es dann auch. Das Personal beim Check-In war eher lustlos und unmotiviert. Begrüßt wurden wir erst als wir selbst \"Hallo\" sagten. Am Gang wo sich unser Zimmer befand waren 3 Damen von der Reinigung, welche uns ebenfalls mehr oder weniger ignorierten, trotz Begrüßung unsererseits. Vor unserem Zimmer fanden wir dann ein Büschel Haare und Hundetrockenfutter und im Zimmer dann noch mehr Haare überall. Daraufhin habe ich die Reinigungskraft angesprochen. Diese saugte dann widerwillig unser Zimmer. Weiter ging es mit einer Klopapierrolle für einen Toilettengang und es gab genau 1 Handtuch pro Person. Im Nachhinein denke ich, es wurde das Zimmer schlichtweg nur oberflächlich gemacht bevor wir kamen. Der Pool, weshalb wir uns auch für das Hotel entschieden hatten war alle 3 Tage trotz sommerlichen Temperaturen abgedeckt und Liegen waren auch nicht vorhanden. Alles in allem keine Weiterempfehlung und stark verbesserungswürdig. Sehr schade!

It’s a nice hotel, the room is large, nice and clean, and the staff is very accommodating. Nice, breakfast too.
I would have been nice with a little air condition, because it was very hot, and we had to sleep with the window, open, wide open. Also, there were only one duvet for two people, now it was too hot for a duvet, but I would have liked my own.
All in all, I’m very happy here though

Enkelt og rimelig hotel litt uttafor sentrum

Rommet, resepsjonsområdet og spiseområdet var bra. Uteområdet kunne lett gjort finere. Bassenget fristet ikkje. Renholdet på rommet kunne vert bedre. Ikkje vasket under sengene. Men ok ellers. Rellativt rimelig . Gratis og trygg parkering for bilen og trikk til sentrum gjekk rett ved. Trur kanskje dei holdt på å renovere litt?

Das Hotel ist eine große Baustelle - Plastikfolie und Gerüst vor den Fenstern (um 8h liefen Bauarbeiter auf dem Gerüst vor dem Zimmer). Sauna und Außenpool auch außer Betrieb.

Keine Info dazu vorher, aber Mail mit alten Coronainformationen.

Zimmer altbacken und abgewohnt. Bad muss auch renoviert werden.
