The property was a bit hidden, without google maps would have been an issue.
The entrance is in the back, no signs to confirm where you must go.
We arrived late, and the process to call and then to get your keys to the room can difficult, it's a hassle.
We were fortunate as one of the receptionist was still there and she was very helpful.
But then to park to the entrance to get your belongings up to the room and then to have to come down again to park in the garage...not ideal to say the least.
The room was fine, everything was as expected.
The same lady in the morning had given is great service, super nice and helpful!
That did improve the experience as a whole.
I had a better experience with the same group near salzburg, but still a dependable group.

The front desk helped us a lot by providing a garage to park our car while we took a train to the Czech Republic for two days. When we came back and gave us a better room of an apartment and all the I amenities anybody want.

Hotel is advertised as bike certified, but staff had no idea how to access bike tools. Room description didn’t match what we got, but that might have been a translation issue.

The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and nicely appointed, but the air-conditioning left something to be desired (we had to open the windows in the evening to get the room cool). Fortunately, we were not in the room during hot daytime hours. Good overall value.

Great one night!

We have stayed in your hotel just for one night and have been very pleased. Service was amazing, in our own language :) ( Croatian). Overall we have enjoyed our stay. The only thing that really schooled us was the price of one cup of coffee, something we found extremely expensive. We weren’t aware of such high cost for a coffee in Austria, but all in all good coffee.

Loud hotel and dishonest.

Quick checkin. Nice room. Very LOUD thin walls. By 1 Am still not sleeping asked for quiet room. Was told not possible. Complained and began to check out as I had to sleep during my travels. Then was given a quiet room. So they also lied about not having a room for us. Breakfast was 24E per person. Did not eat.

Disappointing stay.

We had a double room however there was only in glass, one knife, fork, spoon and one chair on the balcony. It was extremely noisy as the balcony across from us hosted a party of friends until around 4:00 am. It feels like there are long term residents who live at Harry's Home.

Bad experience. Not good for traveler

The room was very hot even at night because it was heated during day time. But air-conditioner was weak and not effective. So I had to open a window to cool down the room. Then mosquitos came inside and bited me. I could not sleep. It was a terrible bad experience. I would not recommend this hotel.
It seems that bad room is assigned to a short-term traveler by the hotel manager while better room is assigned to long-term resident. Actually the manager assigned me a top and sidest room which was so much heated during all day time. Even in the morning, the room was getting hot and hot.

Really nice hotel with excellent rooms for family's. The room was big with plenty of space for two adults and a kid and a baby. Our son had his own bed made from a pull out sofa and our baby boy had a crib, and there were still plenty of space to move around. We did not try the restaurant or breakfast but it looked nice as well. Overall a very nice family hotel.

Biased treatment...but great hotel.

Except the incident with the check-in, being promised a balcony and getting a room without although it was paid for and confirmed by the hotel staff, probably given away to other travelers based on the quality of their car, this hotel is a great choice, and I highly recommend it.

Great hotel

The hotel was very clean, modern and several restaurants were within walking distance. The only thing that we would have liked was a coffee pot in our room, there was only an electric kettle. We did not pay for the breakfast option. Overall a great hotel, we would stay there again.

Used the hotel for one night driving through Austria towards Germany/Belgium.
OK priced compared to other hotels along the route at the time of booking.
Impressive size design of the family room (studio). Extra bed for was in for toddler.

Got me interested of Harry's Home group.

Staff is most friendly and room was definately something else. Room have all basic stuff, tv, wlan, aircon etc. But I'd like liked the interior. Hotel also have good location near main roads, billa and few restaurants. Also recommend breakfasts.

This was our third visit in 2012. The staff are excellent and the rooms minimalistic, functional and clean. Good transport links to Linz. Adjacent to motorway and two minutes to bus stop to Linz. Stop from Linz outside door. Also good car parking.

Harry's Home for me

Room was very comfortable and the breakfast [continental] was good value. Full breakfast available but not taken during our stay. Hotel clean and bright and the staff were excellent. Convenient transport links to the city.

Expect to return to Linz in the summer and will definitely book with Harry's Home.

nice hotel, but hardly in town

This is a great hotel, very clean and new (but no internet). It is located under the autobahn near a few restaurants and a grocery store.

BUT

It is about a 10-15 minute drive to the center. It is not walkable (unless you want to walk 3-4 miles one way). We came for the Ars festival and had to drive into town since there was no bus service and a taxi cost us 10-15$ each way.

I would stay here again but only if I had a car and didn't need to be in the center of town often.

Ladet bilen og reiste videre - med rene klær

Flott hotell på reise, vi skulle bare overnatte på en lengre reise og var ikke på jakt etter opplevelser. Ligger rett ved motorveien men vi merket ikke noe støy. Rent og fint, kunne vaske klær og det var butikker rett i nærheten. Greit med parkeringsplasser utenfor, og en superlader (CCS) rett utenfor. Trivelig personale og god frokost. Flott for oss som var på gjennomreise.

Das Zimmer war an sich schön und modern. Allerdings war es nicht besonders sauber. Haare und Schmutz vom Vorgänger auf dem Fußboden. Und ein \"no go\" für mich waren Blutflecken auf Kopfkissen und Bettlaken. Da sollte besser nach kontrolliert werden.

Einfaches, modernes Hotel.

Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Klimaanlage kühlt leider nicht ausreichend. Ein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer fehlte leider.

Gute Lage, direkt um die Ecke ist ein kleiner See (Danke für den Tipp).

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist SEHR einfach gehalten, da geht definitiv mehr, zumal der Gesamtpreis (speziell auch für’s zusätzlich zu zahlende Frühstück) für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie doch über dem Durchschnitt liegt.

Easy check in ,free parking we have appartement superior is was good , you have a microwave, top oven, plate .You have 2 grocerie store directly next to the hotel. You are at 10 min of the city center by car. We have rent a coffee machine for 5€ ...include 6 cup its a big nespresso. The wall is little thin et we are appreciate a little smile from the person at the reception.

Gutes Hotel allerdings direkt an einer Baustelle

Eigentlich ein tolles Hotel jedoch wurden unsere Zimmer nicht in der gebuchten Kategorie vergeben. Etwas enttäuschend verlief dann an der Rezeption der Zimmer Wechsel. Leider ist direkt neben dem Hotel eine Großbaustelle die bereits ab 6:30 mit starken Lärm die Nacht jäh enden lies. Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern war auch nicht prickelnd was eigentlich für so ein tolles Hotel enttäuschend war. Zum Teil unerfahrenes Personal.

Das Zimmer war wunderbar schallisoliert (bis auf die Türe zum Gang) und klimatisiert mit angenehm großem Bett. Die Rezeption zuvorkommend, leider ab 22:00 bzw. 22:30 nicht mehr besetzt, was den Nachteil hatte, dass man von der Garage aus das Hotel nicht mehr direkt betreten konnte sondern die Garage wieder verlassen musste um an die Frontseite zum Nachteingang zu gelangen. Dies ist für eine Frau alleine nicht wirklich annehm, vor allem da sich im Umfeld nur Geschäfte befinden, die in der Nacht menschenleer sind. Man wird bei Regen auch naß wenn man keinen Regenschirm mit hat und vergessen hat im Hotel in Voraussicht einen auszuborgen. Dafür kann man nasse Kleidung in den vorhandenen Trockner wieder rasch tragbar machen. Waschmaschinenen und Trockner sowie Bügeleisen sind übrigens wirklich ein großes Plus.
Das Frühstück guter Standard, der Frühstücksraum für Reisegruppen allerdings knapp bemessen sodass man dann nicht mehr alleine an einem Tisch sitzen und Kaffee und Zeitung genießen kann.

Personale gentile, ho prenotato per 3 persone (due adulti ed un bambino) un letto matrimoniale large, ci hanno dotati di letto extra senza nessun incremento di prezzo. Pulizia ottima e camera in linea con quelle viste sul sito. Disponibilità di lasciare la macchina nel parcheggio privato dell'albergo al costo di 5 euro per tutta la notte. Se devo trovare un neo la mancanza del frigobar, ma non lo ritengo un problema vista la presenza di acqua in camera. Il mio giudizio non può che essere positivo.

Es ist ein super Hotel für Reisende, die eigentlich ein Apartment möchten mit Kochnische und begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Auch für kurze Aufenthalte super geeignet. Es ist sehr sauber und angenehm. Es ist jedoch nicht zentral gelegen.
