Muy buen hotel como todo los Radisson

El hotel esta en perfectas condiciones. el personal es muy amable. Lo unico es que cambiaria son las alfombras, el resto esta en muy buen estado.
La ubicacion e muy adecuada. Esta cerca de la estacion y en el comienzo de la calle principal de la ciudad.
Es ideal tomar el TRAM para trasladarse desde La estacin de tren porque para dentro de la estacion y solo cuesta 1,50 euros. Se detiene en la puerta del hotel. tengan en cuenta que en esta ciudad los domingos esta practicamente todo cerrado, inclusive los supermercados

We stayed for 2 nights. First day checked in around 3:00pm. My husband was sleeping and I was in the bathroom around 3:45pm. I heard someone knocked on the room door so I opened the bathroom sliding door a little bit to ask my husband to see who’s knocking. At the same time, I saw a woman just came inside our room so I closed the sliding door immediately as I was going to have a shower without my clothes on. My husband was awake and didn’t know what happened. Assuming it’s a housekeeper but why would she just came inside right after knocking the door without even wait for us to respond. She went close to the desk and said something then left! How rude of her. I went to the front desk after my shower to complain about how could their staff just came inside the guest room like a break in! They apologized and offered us free breakfast for one morning. That’s not the point. It’s how horrible the experience by someone came inside our room like that. And they never explained to us why their staff did that.

Very enjoyable stay

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days while visiting my son who is studying in JKU. We found this hotel to be enjoyable to stay in. It is in a very convenient location in the city centre within a 10 walking distance to the train station and right beside the main tram line. Our room was very clean and the reception staff were friendly. We did not have any food in the hotel. The only negative I could point out is that the rooms did not have any charging points which are essential nowadays. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel :)

This property used to be one of the finest hotels in Linz. Not only because of it's central location, but also due to its impeccable staff & service. Sadly, neither were present in this recent visit. I would never recommend this property. I could go into detail with the numerous incidents which left a very bad taste in our mouths. The staff clearly do not care about their customers.

Convenient but beige

The hotel is in a good position, about 10 minutes walk from the railway station and at one end of the main route through Linz.
Staff were polite and professional and check in was easy. For us the decor was a bit dated, very beige, very corporate. Disappointed that the breakfast price increased if waited until morning to make your decision, 18 euros compared to 24 euros in the morning. Too much of a hard sell. We did get complimentary drinks at the hotel cafe on arrival, which was nice.

I made a mistake about booking this hotel as it lets its guests bring their animals.
The carpet was well dirty and the walls bit worn out.
I booked a King Size bed that I didn’t get plus the air conditioning wasn’t working.
It looks like it’s common practice for hotels to allow animals to stay

A nice stay

This hotel was impossible to find using the hotels.com map link. The link took us out to the middle of nowhere (literally). We are thankful for the locals who got us back on track. The other confusion is that there is another similarly named hotel….

The hotel itself was comfortable, the staff are lovely and the traditional dinner was delicious. Would recommend.

The hotel is located conveniently near to a tram stop of all the 4 tram routes. It is also next to a casino, though I did not experience any noise or safety issue. However, all the shops and restaurants in the area around, including the one inside the hotel, close quite early. The hotel looks modernly furnished, and the room is spacious and comfortable. It is a satisfying stay.

My room was very large, and the beds very comfy. Big windows too, so lots of light comes in. Service at the front desk leaves to be desired, just the minimum service. I was also disappointed that the bar was closed, reception said it had been closed for a long time. That photo shouldnt feature so prominently in their hotels.com description.

Nice hotel and a good room. Location is in the center, on walking distance from the trainstation but not with suitcases (there is a tram). There are some hangout places in front with bratwurst and beer, which attract the ‘not so fortunate of society’ to put it mildly. My wife would not feel safe by herself going out at night. Access by train to Vienna and Salzburg is very good so it’s easy to make day trips. Breakfast amazingly expensive, go to the luxury version of McCafé or one of the bakeries in front of the hotel and you’ll spend much less.

Room was very outdated and showed A LOT of wear and tear. Head board was missing pieces of material and scratched up, carpet was badly stained with bleach, and the shower bar fell off while using it. Would not recommend this hotel.

The property was well located in a pleasant part of the city, but the carpets in the room was very stained and dirty and much of the walls and particularly the corners showed a need for long-overdue maintenance. The price was not bad, but the overall rating was no better than a 2 star and therefore the overall result was not high.

The room is fine, clean, quiet. There are many retaurants nearby and it is not too far to the core. But the bed was very firm and very uncomfortable. It was thus a bed night's sleep. Further, the shower needs plumbing foxes. The knob was really sensitive- a minor adjustment changed the temperature dramatically. Further it would not hold temperature- from cold to scalding and back within 30 seconds without at random intervals.

Service was ok, breakfast buffet and restaurant was good. Housekeeping so-so, I kept finding hairs around (feks inside my folded “clean” towels, see pictures) - that is definitely NOT mine (I’m blond)... and I hate hair that is not attached to a body....... helpful reception personal, really good. Except they forgot to inform about all breakfast options. But it’s partly my fault that I didn’t ask too, but I paid very expensive breakfast - and you can order and pay for what you eat instead of buffet. Just so you know. Hotel room had carpet on the floor, I’m not in great shape (tight chest) after two days. It’s a shame. Otherwise ok stay

Overall a great stay

Fantastic location, not only was it close to the train station but you we're right in the the center of the city. The Wifi worked great. Our room was bigger than your average hotel room and had everything we needed. Even though it is right next to the Linz Casino it was very quiet.

The room you get is not what is advertised in the pictures. Very misleading.
The shower water goes from burning hot to ice cold when you shower.
No coffee or tea in the room.
King size bed is simply two single beds pushed together with single bed linen on each bed

Hotel staff was attentive and friendly. Only thing that would be good is a coffee making facilities. Other than that, nothing lacking. Room is clean spacious, has free wifi, aircond and safe. Room size is ample with a table for you to use your computer. Room was warm and cozyeven though it as cold outside.

Chrome and glass, euro modern next to casino.

Parking, not included was expensive as was the restaurant and drinks. Room was decent albeit small. Bed was too soft and needed replaced. Breakfast, included was excellent. A lot of the areas were permeated with the smell of cigarette smoke, possibly because of the smoking permitted casino next door. Adjacent downtown area can get a little seedy for walkers.

Linz one night stop on roadtrip

Spent one night here on a roadtrip, pleasent central location, and great value for a 4star hotel. There is a basement parking under the hotel which is a bit pricey at 18euros, but gives you access for 24hours. Need to get ticket stamped and paid at reception, before your departure. There is also a casino parking there but apperently you can use either one.

Only comment would be the smell of smoke in the breakfast area, even though you are sitting in the non-smoking area, and even in the lobby. But luckily, the room was non-smoking so no issue there. Ladies... great washroom; big, lots of counter space, good lighting and large mirors. :)

Great hotel in Hallstatt market square

Loved this hotel! It is in one corner of the Hallstatt market square and our room and balcony looked down into this vibrant hub with views of the lake seen between the buildings. Newly renovated inside... The rooms have the most comfortable beds and great shower facilities. The food was very good in both the dining room and the breakfast area. the best part of the hotel were the staff who were extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place!

Fast alles war top, leider lässt die Sauberkeit im Frühstücksraum ein bisschen zu wünschen übrig. Die Unterlagen sollten besser gereinigt werden nachdem ein Gast dort gesessen ist. Leider fanden sich auch auf dem Besteck Essensreste. Auswahl und Angebot waren aber sehr gut.
