I booked 5 rooms at this location (9 people) based SOLELY on the fact that you advertise air conditioning not only on the main page on hotels.com, but also on the room description. We had a very short stay where sleep was incredibly important due to a brutal drive. We checked in at 04:00 and out at 10:30. Due to the extreme heat, no one was able to get a proper night's sleep as a result of this. We opened the windows but the sun was already starting to come up when we got there and there were construction workers outside of the windows that were incredibly loud for 8am onwards . If there was air conditioning as advertised, I am sure this wouldn't have been an issue as we could have had the windows closed and the blinds down to keep out the noise and the sun, and eventually, the heat of the morning.
There were other, less expensive rooms we could have chosen for our break but chose yours because you advertise, very clearly, that you have air conditioning.

The room is very modern and beds are comfortable. We made a stop here for a stop in middle of a road trip. It had a coffee machine for an early start, self check in and free parking. No frills, perfect for a night.

Im Sommer zu heiß im Zimmer. In der Dusche unten bei der Glastür ist eine Lücke zwischen Boden und Glastür, so dass beim Duschen viel Wasser ins Zimmer fließt. WC oberhalb der Glastür offen zum Zimmer und Dusche genauso, der Dampf beim Duschen tritt raus ins Zimmer und es wird extrem schwül im Zimmer, jetzt im Sommer furchtbar. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel und die Hotel vibes sind komisch, man fühlt sich wie in einem Motel irgendwo im Nirgendwo in Amerika, abgelegen, unpersönlich und kein home feeling.
Sehr nettes Reinigungspersonal und die Zimmer sind super groß, das hat mit sehr zugesagt. Neben dem Hotel ist eine BP Tankstelle mit einem

Rent modernt rum med bekväma sängar, och trots att det låg vid en tätt trafikerad väg, väldigt tyst (särskilt om man har öronproppar och jag är känslig för ljud men stördes inte). Det var inte mer än 25-26 grader utomhus, men solen låg på, vilket märktes, då det helt saknades AC, trots att det står att det ska finnas. Luften som sådan stod stilla också. Det är endast det som drar ned betyget en hel del på totalen.

Die Unterkunft an sich war in Ordnung. Ein Hotel mit automatischem Check-In, ohne Personal. Ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber einigermaßen einfach und ok. Die Anreise hingegen, insbesondere das Auffinden der Zufahrt, ist schwierig bis ungewöhnlich und zudem ungenügend beschildert. Bei Dunkelheit ein Albtraum. Die Adresse Kästnerstraße 6 führ in keinem Navi-System zum richtigen Ergebnis.

Trotzt Buchung war ein CheckIn vor Ort nicht möglich, ich musste neu buchen was letztendlich teurer war. Auf Anfrage wurde mir gesagt das auf meinen Namen gebucht wurde (am CheckIn mehrmals probiert). Eine Rückerstattung bekam ich nicht. Dazu war das Zimmer völlig überheizt, das Fenster war Tag und Nacht offen und trotzdem waren mindestens 25•C im Zimmer.

1. Dezember, 23:25 Uhr … und der Automat weigert sich, mir meine Zimmerkarte zu geben. „Wenden Sie sich an die Rezeption!“ lautete die hinweisende Aussage das Automaten. Dass um diese Zeit niemand mehr erreichbar war, ist logisch. Natürlich kein anderes Hotel um diese Zeit zu bekommen.

Das Einchecken am Automat finde ich nervig. Die Zimmer sind im Großen und Ganzen gut. Bad und WC sehr geräumig. Matratze extrem weich und durchgelegen. Und jetzt das NoGo ... Hotel liegt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße und ist sehr hellhörig.

Überteuert!
Check in am Automaten war nervig, da extrem windig und der Automat nicht geschützt. Hotel bzw. Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und äußerst sauber. Wirklich sehr laut durch anliegende Straße, selbst bei geschlossenen Fenster. WLAN ist eine Katastrophe... dauert ewig bis sich eine Seite aufbaut. Die Betten sind ok. Bad ist schön geräumig. Fazit: Für den Preis absolut überteuert.

Modernes Hotel-leider nichts für Lärmempfindliche
Das Hotel ist modern (2014 gebaut) und ein komplett autonomes Konzept mit Selbst Check-In am Automat. Es gibt keine Rezeptiob bzw. Personal nach Geschäftszeiten. Das wurde mir leider zum Verhängnis, da ich ein Zimmer direkt auf die am Hotel vorbeiführende Schnellstrasse hatte. Allen Lärmempfindlichen kann ich nur raten: Unter allen Umständen Zimmer 201-204 und 214-217 bzw 301-304 und 314-317 vermeiden! Auf dieser Hauptstraße donnern quasi 24/7 40 Tonner LKWs vorbei. Der ohnehin bereits betäubende Lärm fängt sich in der Ecke der Hauswände und wird dadurch nochmal vervielfacht. Selbst die relativ gut isolierten Fenster können nur einen Teil davon anfangen. Der Lärm verdirbt jegliches positives Ambiente, was die moderne und durchaus hochwertige Ausstattung hergibt. Bad und WC sind sehr modern und sauber. Es gibt eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine inkl. 2 Kapseln und Kondensmilch. FAZIT: Ein relativ gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hängt nahezu komplett von der Zimmerzuteilung ab. Fenster zur Nordseite: Alles gut und halbwegs ruhig. Südseite: Nur für Hörgeschädigte und Fans von Ohrstöpseln.

Das Zimmer ist teuer für eine Nacht ohne Frühstück. Der Frühstück Gutschein für 20% Ermäßigung, hat uns nichts gebracht..da wir sonntags da waren und alles geschlossen ist. Umgebung kann ich nicht viel sagen, sieht im ersten Moment aus wie im Gewerbegebiet. Verbesserungen, Schilder aufstellen das die Gäste doch bitte die Türen leise schließen und nicht knallen lassen. Die Nachtruhe war somit sehr schnell vorbei.

Der Check-In Schalter ist neben dem Lift genau im \"Durchzug\" des Gebäudeeinganges angebracht, was bei Minusgraden und starkem Wind nicht wirklich ideal ist! Es frierem einem fast die Finger ein, bis man alle Angaben eingegeben hat! Die kleine Wärmelampe erfüllt nicht wirklich ihren Zweck! Empfehlenswert wäre, dieses Gerät an einem windgeschützten Bereich anzubringen!!
