Parking lot markers are dangerous - paving stones laid out in a line are unsafe. I tripped over one in the dark, landed heavily on my knee and shoulder. Reported to Receptionist who didn't want to know about it. I see this trip hazard as a serious danger to older people especially.

It was a wonderful experience, filled with peaceful and serene ambience. Andrew and Julie were excellent in their friendly service, which is rare to find in motels these days.
Tennis court was a big saviour to spend some quality time with my kids. The outdoor pool could be much cleaner, so the guests can use it occassionally, if not every day.

Bundanoon is such a lovely town. Well worth staying in and checking out the local fare, and close to Morton National Park - which is a beautiful place.

Room was clean and spacious but had unpleasant smell. Paper thin wall, you can hear everything from the next room and passing trains made a big noise throughout the night. If you are sensitive about noise, this motel is not for you.

A lovely place to explore from, and we would have stayed longer, but with the fires closing the parks and the torrential rain while we there we felt better to move on. FYI for other travellers you do have trains going past at night, but not loud just the vibrations.

Although I booked the room very late I was contacted re room and how to access key . The room was spacious had all we needed from coffee pod machine , electric blankets reverse air con. Spacious bathroom . Had great help from reception when I locked my car keys in the boot. I would stay here again .

Decent sized room in a motel that is clearly trying to give itself a better image. However, this place desperately needs bathroom renovations and someone who has an eye for detail. The bathrooms look like they haven't been touched in decades. The fresh coat of paint was a start, but this place needs new fixtures and tiles.
The striped wallpaper could have been spectacular... IF a professional applied it. It wasn't cut to size, so at the top, near the ceiling, it simply curled over instead of being a clean finish.
The worst part was that half our room had no power! This left us without bedside lamps and without electric blankets (in Winter temperatures!) It wasn't until long after reception staff had gone home, that we discovered this issue. Thankfully we had the air con unit to get us through the cold night. The room also only came with one spare blanket per bed. When your electric blanket doesn't work, one thin blanket isn't enough! Because it was a weekend, nothing could really be done about the issue. It would have been nice if we were left with some extra blankets after I raised this issue. After all, needing the air con on all night is a little dehydrating.

The only reason this place is worth the money is because when you compare it to the other places on offer in Bundanoon, it looks like a palace!

The place had great service and the room was clean and modern. Check in was very easy and everyone was quite friendly. I would definitely stay again.

The enterance and dtaff were lovely. An old place needing general repairs, better mattress, mats beside the bed, covering the bathroom window vent, and a good clean in the tilled area if the floor. I got a discovered nt because of last minute, yay, the full price would not have been value for money.

Lovely hotel. Interior has been recently refurbished into a lovely French country rustic theme. We stayed in a queen room (the cheapest room available) and it was huge. Great furniture, extremely clean and modern. Would definitely come back to Bundadnoon just to stay here!

Stayed 2 nights fot a school hols get away. We browsed some of the Sth Highlands shops and took the kids to the Illawarra Fly.

Short walk to the whole town
Return visit to Bundanoon. Never stayed here before. Walked around to the one bock of shops. Friendly people. State park around corner with old coal mine, waterfalls, glowworm glen. Always like the foggy early mornings at 2215ft altitude. Train and bus station easy to get to for two-hour connections to Canberra or Sydney.

The receptionist/manager was clearly flustered when we arrived so the greeting left a lot to be desired. Stayed in room 3 which was roomy and clean, as was the bathroom. There is a water problem in the carpark after heavy rain which makes room access dirty. Close to town and the famous Hotel.
