The house and decor were charming and heritage-style. The gardens are stunning. The host was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and had its own exterior door to the gardens. The breakfast included with our booking was nice, served in a communal dining room. There is a shared lounge room with reading material, TV's, coffee and tea, and homemade treats. For whom it may concern, the room didn't have its own TV and the property is opposite a train track, though neither detracted from our stay. We would recommend this property.

Excellent place to stay with genuine charm and hospitality. Best place to stay in Bundanoon for a weekend getaway, maybe even in the entire Southern Higlands. Hosts Lucy and Tim are fantastic making you feel very welcome.

We received a wonderful warm welcome on our return visit. Delicious cake for afternoon tea in the lounge/common room on Saturday afternoon.
The guesthouse is stylish, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The booking includes a free cooked breakfast. The parking is easy and convenient.
There are lots of great bush walks, beautiful birds and a National Park, close by.

A true Federation Guest House that has been tastefully restored and beautifully presented, with all the amenities that one rarely finds in this day and age. Rooms all have en suites, and guests can enjoy several lounges, a bar, a billiard and games room. An ideal place to relax in genuine comfort. An experience not to be missed.

If you love traditional old fashioned architecture, style and decor in a home filled with beautiful classic pieces from a bygone era then we highly recommend The Bundanoon Guest House. Lucie and Tim are the perfect hosts. Their friendliness, along with their dedication to provide the perfect stay for their guests, is second to none. A delicious healthy breakfast, which included fresh fruits, toast, juice, tea, coffee, cold meats, yoghurt and homemade muesli, frittata and jams, greets you in the morning in the beautiful dining room. Comforts and conveniences of modern living such as electric blankets, room heaters, en-suite bathroom, are all there to be enjoyed in perfectly cleaned rooms. This beautiful home offers a choice of places to spend your time...relax by the fire in the guest loungeroom or watch TV and help yourself to a cuppa in the other guest loungeroom. If you’d rather sit at the bar for a drink or play billiards in the games room then that is all there too for you to enjoy. By day, you can wander the magnificent gardens which abound with plants, trees and flowers filled with colour and variety. Alternatively you can sit at the garden tables and chairs to relax and absorb the beauty. This is certainly a ‘feel good’ place to stay...the atmosphere added to by the wonderful fragrance of the candles which quietly flicker in the hallway..and can be bought as a memento of this beautiful place, The Bundanoon Guest House..certainly a place that dreams are made of 🌟.

Warm and cozy, ideal for a short break escape

The Bundanoon Guesthouse has been tastefully renovated, while still showing off its long heritage. Jon and Della were fantastic hosts, the food was excellent, and the Cottage was a perfect accommodation option for a family with two kids aged 12 and 9. The Guesthouse is centrally located with easy access to the village, railway station and Morton National Park.

We were made to feel very welcome and comfortable. The facilities were great and we loved the breakfasts. The kids loved the table tennis and we enjoyed browsing the very large DVD collection.

Rest & Relaxation.

Our stay in this beautiful accommodation (a Guest House in another life) was so relaxing. So many areas to relax in, we particularly liked the verandah at the front. The hosts were so accommodating and the Saturday Devonshire Tea was delicious! The new owners have so many plans for renovations of the building and gardens and these plans will make the property even more appealing.
