Don’t stay at this hotel
No room service, far from any near by restaurant. They charge 550 extra for bring your 10 year old kid, sleeping in the same bed. Room is small, sound proofing is terrible, I can hear people talking next door. Their breakfast starts at 7:00 AM if you have to catch an early flight, don’t expect to have breakfast at all.

After checking in, we discovered a severe sewage gas odor coming from one of the two bathrooms. While it was somewhat manageable with the ventilation fan on, it was still very unpleasant.
What’s even more baffling was the emergency light, which stayed on constantly. While I could tolerate some noise from the neighboring room, I simply couldn’t sleep in such a bright environment; I eventually had to find objects to block the light myself.
Furthermore, since this is a family-friendly hotel, perhaps a glass baby bottle was broken and not cleaned up properly? This morning, fortunately, it was an adult who stepped on a glass shard and not a child. It was a close call, and we immediately had our children put their shoes on to prevent any further injuries

房間隔音超級差，每天晚上都聽到隔壁房喧嘩大笑，飯店客人親子入住為主，但有寶寶的家庭都知道晚上10-11點基本上孩子已入睡，但聲浪真！的！很！大！向飯店反映，說會巡視，可是情況沒有改善。客人應該自律，但很大原因是飯店隔音的問題，房間牆壁是那種感覺單薄的木板，特別是浴室位置，對話聽得很清楚！
浴室門是玻璃而且不能上鎖，如果不是親子家庭入住就要注意了。浴室位置瓷磚有裂痕和發霉，浴室玻璃門外完全沒有掛勾放毛巾，馬桶上方可放毛巾，感覺很不衛生。
另外早餐真的不好吃，水煮菜都黃黃的，味道怪怪，選擇特別少。只有自製土司比較好玩而已，其實很多般。四天時間，試了一次我們都沒有再去飯店早餐。

此次行程唯一的缺點為房間隔音不佳，剛好遇到有其他家庭半夜三點多才返回房間，如入無人之境，在走廊說話非常大聲，也可以聽到他們在廁所沖水談話聲，嚴重影響睡眠品質，只能期待之後入住的人不會遇到這種房客。

本來隔天11:00就要退房，但因為帶小孩拖到了一點時間，服務人員不但沒有趕我們，還讓我延遲了半小時才退房，真的很棒！每個服務人員都好有耐心愛心跟態度一級棒，讓帶小孩的我感覺很好。退房後還可以在他們遊樂設施玩，完全都不會趕顧客❤️環境也很乾淨、浴室跟小孩一起洗也不會太小唷，乾濕分離很乾淨。早餐還可以自己做鬆餅，覺得很有趣～6月要在帶小孩去一次👍

入住前業者主動聯繫確認住宿要求與細節，入住當天有符合要求提供新生兒照顧用具(嬰兒床、毯子、澡盆、...)，且與櫃檯反應的事項都能很快得到回覆與幫助。但一樓遊戲室明訂【需家長陪同】，卻看到非常多【失控的小朋友們】三個五個自己衝進來遊玩，完全沒有家長在場，球亂丟、亂砸、亂衝、搶車、躺在溜滑梯出口上堵住堆球、其他人再衝下去衝撞人，很多危險的遊玩方式完全沒有人管制，而且還連帶影響到其他人，業者應該要管制、要求至少一名【能負責的家長】要在場，否則明明有訂規則、卻發生事故會很可惜。
另外，入住明文禁菸，但住了兩個晚上仍然有濃煙味飄散在房間與廁所內部，雖然開窗及要求提供空氣清淨機，仍然很臭、令人不適(尤其有新生寶寶一同入住，影響更大)。整體來說，服務很好，但入住房客素質低落，業者需加強管制才能提高入住體驗的品質。
