Rooms were a very nice size. We stayed on the 4th floor so it was very quiet.
Both rooms had a balcony and a nice view to the beach which we loved.
One of the rooms though had a bad uneven mattress which wasn't very confortable to sleep in.
Although there was a \"do not disturb\" and \"clean up\" option button in the room, housekeeping ladies come in anyways, regardless of the chosen sign, which, for us, wasn't a problem.
Reception was always very helpful and restaurant staff were AMAZING! They couldn't have done more for us, always checking if everything was OK, making sure we were enjoying our meals. Food was divine!

We stayed in this hotel for 6 days. From check in to check out experience is excellent. Everyone is so warm, helpful and accommodating. From the receptionists especially Greece who is always very helpful, to the restaurant staff like Toci who is very accommodating during breakfast buffet the housekeeping ladies including the night security. They are all an asset to this hotel in keeping the highest standard. The hotel location is very convenient with everything. We will definitely coming back into this hotel. You guys were all amazing. Very modern hotel which has been renovated recently. It’s in a quiet part in between Golem and durress. The address on Expedia is incorrect and took us to about 5km away from the actual hotel. There are nice restaurants and mini supermarkets nearby. Beach is also good. Breakfast is basic but good. Staff are friendly. We had a room facing the busy road which was awful. Beeping cars through the night and barking dogs. I would recommend getting a sea facing room. Great value for money

The property was spotless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Located right on the beach, it offered easy access to nearby restaurants and local supermarkets. Breakfast was enjoyable, though I personally found the selection repetitive after a couple of days.

Parking was available, and while the local bus service wasn’t very frequent, it was accessible. The booking was reasonably priced and budget-friendly. The shower had excellent water pressure and stayed hot—perfect for long, relaxing showers.

Overall, I had a great experience. I’d definitely consider staying again, although I also enjoy exploring other options.

The staff were very helpful especially evening waiter in the bar/restaraunt Nero (?) with dinner and wine suggestions. Located close to beach with beach chairs we were able to enjoy a little afternoon sun and cocktail on beach. Newly upgraded modern hotel with parking and elevator. Rooms were good size very comfortable with balcony. Would stay again.

Although as a hay fever sufferer, the smoking in open spaces and outdoor restaurant didn’t help but the sea was an absolute delight and the staffs were very friendly and helpful.

we had a fabulous stay at Bella vista hotel in Durres.the hotel is super clean and comfy beds.The staff are so polite and welcoming specially the reception staff,went out and beyond to help, A special shout out to Miggy at reception she’s a gem and so helpful.
the hotel is close to to all amenities.The beach is just 5 steps away and loads of beach clubs around and is clean.
we had a lovely time.

The hotel Bellavista was very nice, the room 105 was clean and comfortable with modern features such as electic blinds on the patio ,thehotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The seafood linguini was to die for.Only a short stride to the nice sandy beach withfreesunbeds,although the beach was good sand therewere lots of cigarette buts .Lots of restaurants nearby and all verycheap prices itshard to spend over 30euros for a meal for2 people including wine.The only down side was we paoid expedia forlocal transport to theresprt but we arrived at midnight and were told that the buses stopped at 9pm so we were forced tto take a taxi to our hotel

But the boy working there wasn't very good he gave me place on the beach but after 2 hours he told me actually this was Reserved and told me sorry. So unprofessional

The hotel has ocean view which is nice , a lot of restaurants and more hotels near by , great service the girl up front was very nice and help us. The rooms are okay. But it is far from airport about an hour away.

it's not ideal for family with young kids.I found it very difficult to communicate with the staff as they don't understand English. inside the room there was no kettle for tea. breakfast no choice. only thing i have been eating was an egg, a saussage cucumber tomatoes .

We stayed for 1 night at BellaVista. The saff were all very nice and friendly. They were not looking for tips to do extra things for you so that was a first. All welcomed us with a smile. The room was great, it had a restaurant in the first floor and walking distance to the beach which was perfect. The umbrellas were provided by the hotel and there was allways room to sit. Thank you

Gesitueerd naast een drukke weg, daarmee wat overlast. Parkeren is lastig, weinig plekken en niet geschikt voor grote auto's. Behulpzaam personeel die zelfs ontbijt-to-go regelt bij uitchecken voor de ochtend. Vlak aan het strand, nog geen bedjes vanwege het laag-seizoen. Gelegen aan een lange boulevard met veel hotels en horeca.

Trångt rum och balkong utan möbler men bra frukost

Bra läge vid stranden, rent och sköna sängar. Men på balkongen fanns bara en torkställning, inga möbler. Personalen var inte särskilt trevliga, ointresserade. Frukosten var riktigt bra, kylskåpet också. Ingen pool finns och de ger inga eller hyr ut strand handdukar, vilket vi tycker är ett stort minus. Restaurangen tog inte betalkort.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer waren stets sehr sauber und gepflegt, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist perfekt für Strandliebhaber. Außerdem war das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, wodurch wir uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt haben. Insgesamt ein rundum tolles Hotel, das wir definitiv weiterempfehlen würden.

Fint og nytt hotell. Det beste er lokasjonen, rett ved stranden. Ulempen er at hotellet ligger rett ved en trafikkert vei. Frokosten var dessverre ikke bra. Lite utvalg. Kaffen var god.
