My wife and I felt that although the breakfast had plenty of variety, the quality of the food and freshness was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. Maceió is perhaps the MOST welcoming of destinations. This hotel is a good example.

Firstly I booked a disabled room by mistake and when we arrived at about 12 noon I spoke to Reception and told them as I was concerned that they may require the room for a disabled person. They said it wasn't possible to change until March 27th and there will probably be a surcharge. On arrival at 12 noon we can't check in until 3 pm but we were allowed to leave out luggage in a locked area and use a safe for valuable items. We arrived back at the hotel at about 2:15 pm and saw a large group of flight attendants doing check in, once they had finished we got our room which was about 2:45pm. A good start to the holiday!! The disabled room we were assigned was on the first floor via a lift and the room was the last room down a long corridor ( not good for any disabled person) the view was a petrol station. It appears they only pay lip service to disabled people. Once in the room the bed was good and the room was very large but the shower room had a curtain which was nowhere wide enough so the floor was covered with water !! Not great. Breakfast was ok and the staff friendly. We went to the pool once but it had lots of human hair when we went back two days later the pool was closed and stayed that way until we left, again not great. Our flight was late in the evening so we tried to extend the room but wasn't able to do so until the morning which we were grateful to pay to use the room until 6pm. Overall a mixed response, would I use the hotel again...probably not

This hotel is about 2 blocks from the beach. It is modern , clean and comfortable . We have arrived early from our flight and they were able to give us the key at noon, but they made sure to tell us that the check in time was at 15:00 . I will recommend this hotel.

Ótima estadia, começando pela surpresa que prepararam no quarto para receber minha filha que estava a completar 1 aninho, montaram uma tenda, colocaram balão e deixaram um bolinho para ela. Agradeço todo o carinho, em especial, para a Dani (Daniela), a Rafa (Rafaela) que faz a melhor tapioca, a Tamara, da recepção do café, e a Ana Paula, que atende no café - o meu muito obrigada a todos. Apenas algumas sugestões de melhorias. O café da manhã pode diminuir a variedade e melhorar a qualidade dos itens oferecidos. Como um hotel próximo da praia, deveria haver uma ducha, ou ao menos um local para remover areia dos pés. A solução "pode subir assim mesmo" leva toda a areia para dentro do quarto. Pelo mesmo motivo, de ser uma cidade conhecida pelas praias, deveriam ser oferecidas soluções para secar roupa molhada, como por exemplo haver disponibilidade de um varal de piso.

Eu simplesmente AMO esse hotel. Somos hóspedes frequentes, e amo ir com meu esposo e filhos para passar uns dias OFF. O hotel é 10/10. Desde o atendimento, até o conforto dos quartos (com duas excelentes camas Queen, roupas de cama macias e cheirosas), café da manhã espetacular, e SUPER bem localizado. Dá pra fazer tudo a pé. Na frente da melhor praia da capital, ao lado de restaurantes e cafés maravilhosos. Indico principalmente o restaurante Vero (opções de almoço a jantar), a sorveteria Caramello (ao lado do hotel) e o Café Vila Rosa, no quarteirão de frente, que é um charme.

Estabelecimento bem localizado. Quarto tem isolamento acústico. Chuveiro pressurizado com água quente e fria, com dispenser de sabonete, xampu e condicionador. Somente as toalhas merecem uma renovação. Café da manhã temporariamente servido no salão de eventos, por sinal bem pequeno para quantidade de hóspedes. Apesar de tudo, vale a pena conferir.

O Hotel está em reforma e isso ocasiona alguns transtornos na recepção e garagem. Os quartos são bons e confortáveis, mas antigos. A localização é muito boa. No coração da praia de Pajuçara, muito próximo a praia. Os funcionários são acolhedores e tentam contornar os problemas da reforma.

É a 2a vez que ficamos no Holiday Inn em Maceió, ficamos no 5 andar lateral, não tem barulho de rua, deu pra escutar ruídos dos demais quartos dessa vez, o banheiro apresentava desgastes e chão rachado, a limpeza era feita diariamente, mas o banheiro em si, não parecia ser tão limpo, mas o quarto e a camas sim! Sempre indicamos o hotel, vimos que provavelmente irá mudar de nome RS, que não mude o serviço, o atendimento é bom e organizado, excelente para famílias, o café da manhã é bom, mas essa história de salsicha não é mais legal rsrs, porém a carne de sol que comemos em 1 dos dias estava muito boa, a localização é excelente, perto do supermercado unicompra, perto da churrascaria Beach Prime que é muito boa, nesse período tinha muita alga, mas andando só um pouquinho, tem a praia de ponta verde que estava excelente!!!!!!! Podem ficar nesse hotel, nossa filha de 5 anos ama a piscina!
