Extraordinary location

This is a beautiful vacation spot in a “village de vacances” with a beach 5-10 min by foot from the reception. Exceptional views of the Lava Bay, sunsets, mountains. Snack bar/evening bar offers on-site pizzeria and live concerts. Big pool area with a separate sundeck. Short drive to Ajaccio.

Only strong recommendation would be to update the interior of the rooms. Some amenities (wc, shower, bathroom) are from the past century.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Paese Di Lava! La plage à proximité, la piscine et seulement 25 minutes de route d’Ajaccio!
Le personnel était très accueillant, le logement était propre, très silencieux! Je recommande cet établissement pour des vacances l’été!

Bien voir que C est un village vacances donc aucun équipements même pas de frigo alors qu il faisait plus de 30 degrés !!. Sinon endroit dans la pampa... Nous avions une très grandes terrasse très bien

Attention vous serez logé dans une résidence de vacances et pas dans un hôtel. De plus, vous serez obligé de prendre vos repas dans le restaurant de la résidence. Il n y a rien d autres à moins de 40 mns, Le prix des repas est démesuré pour la qualité. 30 euros par personne pour un buffet de mauvaise qualité.

Non è un Hotel

Siamo andati a fare una vacanza in famiglia e il posto ci sembrava bellissimo! Peccato che ci hanno messo in alto alla colina, con 2 bambini salire e scendere in spiaggia ogni giorno era un disastro! Poi su sito c’era scritto “pulizia giornaliera” mentre non hanno passato in camera nostra nemmeno un giorno e alla richiesta ci vieni detto che era a pagamento… al check out ci è stato chiesto pure di pulire, togliere le lenzuola e fare un pacchettino… appena arrivata la doccia usciva solo acqua bollente e non scaricava insomma… a parte il paesaggio bellissimo tutto il resto NO

Baigne dans son jus, c est vraiment dommage vu le cadre, personnel super (merci Harmonie a l accueil ) … apparemment ça devrait être vendu à une chaîne qui pourra remettre en état tous les logements et infrastructures. Mais bon dans l ensemble sur 10 je donne 6,5.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil.
Un peu en avance et à moto nous avons pu nous changer et profiter de la plage et de la belle piscine.
Le maître nageur a été formidable et nous a trouvé quelques choses à grignoter.
Excellent cependant toute bonne chose se mérite et la route d'accès est escarpée cela laisse donc la place aux ânes qui peuvent aller et venir 😉

Pulizia pessima, avevamo le formiche anche nella doccia, arredamento vecchio risalente credo agli anni 80 aria condizionata non funzionante e logisticamente molto mail collegata. Essendo totalmente isolata mi sarei aspettata uno spaccio di generi di prima necessità... Ma niente. Non conviene per pochi giorni e soprattutto se si vuole visitare i luoghi circostanti

Le cadre est joli, sauvage avec une belle vue, et la plage en bas (plutot mer agitée). C'est marrant de croiser les ânes dans le village vacances.C'est calme et reposant.
L'appartement en lui même a un équipement sommaire, rien qu'avoir des chevets ça serait bien, pour pouvoir poser ses affaires. Idem un porte serviettes dans le coin lavabo, ça serait un minimum.
Sinon grand et propre, la terrasse avec vue sur mer est agréable aussi.
La piscine à débordement avec la belle vue est sympa.
Concernant la literie, pas trop confortable.

Anlage mit klasse Ausblick.

Anlage ist leider in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool,Pizzeria, Ausblick aus dem Zimmern und Terrasse + Personal sehr schön und nett. WLAN leider immer wieder unterbrochen. Mit dem Auto kommt man von der Anlage weg. Tennisplatz ist Ok und Fitnessraum auch. Personal bemüht sich sehr.

Chambre très très moyenne, mauvais écoulement de la douche, pas de TV pendant 2 jours , le lendemain pas de wifi ...
Vraiment dommage car le cadre est là ... ah oui pour s y rendre en taxi d Ajaccio faut compter mini 50€.

Le village de vacances se situe dans un site magnifique avec une imprenable vue sur mer. On est à 5 minutes à pied de la plage. L'endroit est calme, le personnel sympathique. Seul bémol, les logements qui auraient besoin d'être modernisés mais restent néanmoins très propre.

Très bon séjour en couple

En endroit génial pour un séjour romantique, les plus beaux couchers de soleil !
Le village est sympa et la chambre est assez bien et spacieux, pendant notre séjour il faisait bien chaud donc c'était un peu compliqué sans AC.
Sinon, le reste est parfait, bcp d'activités, des dances, l'aqua gym, une belle piscine, un resto avec un terrasse et des plats savoureux. A revenir surement !

Personale super gentile!

Personale gentilissimo ed accogliente, sia in reception che al ristorante sono stati tutti disponibili e gentili. Il posto è fantastico e siamo arrivati in spiaggia a piedi in 5 minuti. Unica nota negativa è l'assenza di aria condizionata in camera ed una pulizia un pò superficiale della stanza. Siamo stati solo una notte di passaggio e comunque ci tornerei in futuro per un pit-stop con un pomeriggio in spiaggia!

Points positifs:
1) propreté de la chambre.
2) cadre magnifique
3) personnels au bar super agréable

Points négatifs:
1) Pas de prise électrique pour recharger appareils photos, iPhones, etc...
2) Pas de climatisation. Un ventilateur fourni mais impossible de le brancher puisque pas de prise électrique
3) En plus de la chaleur, impossible de dormir à cause des moustiques et du manque d’insonorisation. Les tuyauteries chantent dès que quelqu’un prend sa douche ou utilise les toilettes. On entend les voisins à côté=> 2 jours sans dormir.
4) petit déjeuner moyen. En centre ville à Ajaccio pour le même prix vous avez un peu plus mais pas le magnifique cadre...
5) Agencement de la chambre un peu bizarre. Lavabo près du lit. Douche dans un coin. Toilettes dans l’autre.

Posto messo in spiaggia bellisima, a due passi dal mare. Vista del tramonto spettacolare. Piscina e ristorante a disposizione, con dei personale veramente gentile, Cris, Rene e il pizzaiolo Sardo con ottime scelte. Due camere da letto, cucina, soggiorno e terrazza, con capacita fino a 5 persone, ideale per famiglie. Mancato però la pulizia giornaliera e principalmente aria condizionata, caldo fortissimo.

Village vacances au top !

Nous sommes restés une nuit en amoureux, 4 étoiles pour le service au top, le restaurant sympa (petit dejeuner avec une vue splendide le matin), la chambre super et la vue magnifique avec coucher de soleil. J'enlève juste une étoile pour l'odeur venant probablement des toilettes le matin (peut être dû à la chaleur ?)

Geen raam op je kamer...

Hele mooie locatie inclusief uitzicht. Wij hadden alleen een kamer zonder raam....???.... de schuifdeur moest ook als raam fungeren, alleen kan iedereen dan zo naar binnen lopen. Doordat er geen raam was werd het ok erg vochtig binnen. Door deze kamer zonder raam (waarvan er veel zijn) was onze ervaring een stuk slechter.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet établissement, et nous avons été ravis ! Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre double avec terrasse vue mer. La chambre est classique, simple mais très propre, à la décoration moderne. Le cadre de cet établissement est exceptionnel: le personnel est adorable, souriant et très accueillant, notamment le responsable du bar; la piscine chauffée est un plus, très bien orientée tout comme les nombreuses terrasses équipées de transats sur lesquels il nous a été très agréable de nous reposer au clame. Des cours de sport sont aussi proposés. Le snack est super, de bons plats simples et à un prix très abordable. Bref, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
