Great aparthotel with nice facilities

An interesting hotel with good facilities for children. The rooms are an odd setup with bunk beds being in the entrance to the room opposite toilet and shower. However this worked well for us with 2 young children

Friendly and helpful reception staff....

Air conditioning smelled of a cross between urine and mould when warm, despite staff trying to mask the smell with air freshener.

Parking is 7 euros per night for underground hotel parking, despite street parking being free throughout the town.

Beach towels are 4 euros rental despite paying over 150 euros per night to stay at the hotel. The room towels are cheap, thin quality.

Despite paying over 150 Euros per night, you are told to boil your own eggs at breakfast. Croissants and pain au chocolates were hard. The glasses for water/juice were small enough for preschool children. In fact, my 6 month old’s sippy cup holds more liquid.

Great for families

Two nights in a two week tour round Corsica. Only place to have a kettle in the room, but it also had a kitchen. Nice pool, spacious room, good bathrooms, pleasant staff. Very happy.

We had a great week here in this hotel. Accommodation was exactly what we needed for a family of 5. The only thing we felt the hotel could have provided was some entertainment as our 2 teenage daughters found the resort a little quiet. They area across from the hotel with the nice loungers would be a perfect spot for some entertainment. Other than that we were very happy.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une nuit dans de merveilleuses conditions nos 3 enfants et nous dans un appartement très propre et spacieux avec un extérieur particulièrement agréable.
Le tout est neuf et très bien entretenu, l’établissement nous a accueilli fort chaleureusement et est très bien insonorisé pour notre plus grand bonheur et celui de nos voisins !

OK hotell, men ikke valuta for pengene.

Helt OK hotell med bra svømmebasseng og god frokost. Praktisk med garasje. Helt elendig renhold! I tillegg må man tømme søppel og vaske opp før avreise ellers blir det gebyr på 40 Euro! Innsjekk 1700 og utsjekk 1000, veldig tidlig utsjekk!

Suite agréable, spacieuse (numéro 101) mais un peu sombre.
Côté positif : super localisation car tout se fait à pied (plage, supermarché, restaurants…)
Coté négatif : Insonorisation insuffisante entre les appartements.
Bruit extérieur le soir venant d’un bar/boite de nuit à proximité et qui termine très tard…

Nous sommes très déçus de notre séjour dans l’hotel pour les raisons suivantes :
- La piscine n’était pas chauffée alors que c’était précisemment cela qui nous a fait choisir l’hotel. Nous souhaitions que nos jeunes enfants puissent se baigner.
- Bruit de discotheque insupportable tous les soirs et toutes les nuits. Impossible de dormir et les enfants sont apeurés et n’arrivent pas à dormir. A noter que le lit bébé est facturé en supplément (5€ la nuit du jamais vu).
- Le ménage est en supplément pour les longs séjours (7jours ou plus) alors qu’il est quotidien pour les durées inférieurs. Cela est incompréhensible !! Ca devrait être l’inverse, les longs payent le ménage de ceux qui restent deux nuits.
- Tout est en supplément (serviette 4€ la semaine, parking 7€ la journée, …).
- Mauvais entretien dans les chambres (détecteurs de lumière mal règlés (2 secondes dans les toilettes, 20 minutes dans la salle de bain (lumière visible dans l’espace nuit des enfants…, bandes qui se découlent sur les murs des sanitaires, présence de rouilles sur les balcons (dangereux pour les enfants, …)
- Literie pas confortable, vous dormez sur un lit rabatable…
- Espaces extérieux peu entretenus à part la piscine qui semble récente mais non chauffée (pompe à chaleur défectueuse.
- route d’entrée défoncée gros trou au milieu de la route.
Sinon point positif bien situé découvrir le sud d’Ajaccio et l’aéroport.

Bilan à fuir les prestations ne sont pas dignes d’un 4 étoiles surtout avec des enfants

Seuls le mobilier pré fabriqué n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoile mais la literie, douche sont très convenables donc pour moi c’est le principal.

Très bel hôtel mais une étoile de trop

Hôtel idéalement situé à quelques mètres d’en la plages. Les studios sont spacieux et sont bien équipés au niveau de l’électroménager. En revanche, la climatisation est très bruyante. Il manque du matériel de première nécessité : liquide vaisselle, éponge, peignoir de bain etc... Le ménage supplémentaire est en option (plateau petit déjeuner pas débarrassé, sol non balayé). L’hôtel signale avoir une salle de sport, nous l’avions choisi pour ça : la salle est ridicule : un vélo, un rameur, un elliptique et trois tapis de sol en mauvaise état. Le sauna est très beau et son accès est libre. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas varié (surtout au bout du 5ème jour c’est long ... ) Un bon séjour dans son ensemble, mais pour moi il s’agit plus d’un 3* qu’un 4*.

Hotel très familial un peu trop usine à touristes. La piscine est certes agréable mais bondée, le check-in est désorganisé et très en retard même passé 16h, déjeuner sans produits frais, propreté douteuse, personnel peu sympathique, vue sur mer?? Plutôt vue sur toits, climatisation, rue et mer bien éloignée . Bref, pour moi, c’est un 3 étoiles mais pas un 4.

Hotel est bien situé à proximité de restaurants et de magasins. Après votre réservation, il faudra s’acquitter sur place du montant du parking 7€/nuit, du petit déjeuner 9€/nuit/pers et des taxes de séjour (quelques euros). L'établissement est propre et le personnel est serviable et efficace. Le soir, l'endroit est bruyant à cause des bars-music à proximité. N'hésitez pas à louer une voiture de location à l'aéroport, les prix sont attractifs et vous pourrez vous rendre sur des plages déserte bien plus agréable que celle situé en face de l'établissement. Je vous conseil de vous rendre avec votre voiture sur la plage de Capo di Feno, plage paradisiaque avec des payotes pour vous régaler !

Séjour de 7 nuits : ménage nickel a l arrivée mais un seul nettoyage a mi sejour donc au 4 eme jour qui est limite (stricte minimum car salle de bain non nettoyée ). Possibilité de commander des viennoiseries, accueil toujours souriant, a l écoute et disponible. Comme les appartements sont exposés au nord les maillots et serviettes a cette époque de l annee ( fin octobre)ne sechent pas du tout dehors ni a l interieur. Il faudrait un seche serviettes dans les appartements. le top serait une cafetiere et grille pain dans kitchenette. Piscine tres bien chauffée. Le sauna est appreciable, hôtel situe a proximite de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants...très bon sejour.

Super séjour à 10 Minutes de l’aéroport d’Ajaccio: personnel très accueillant, piscine extérieure chauffée, prêts de parasol, boulangerie, restos et Carrefour à deux pas (très pratique avec un bébé), très belle plage! Seulement deux petits points négatifs: cela serait sympa d’avoir quelques produits de base pour utiliser la cuisine (éponges, produit vaisselle, sel, ...) & le grand lit escamotable est moyennement confortable/grince un peu. Autrement, tout était impeccable, j’y retournerai avec plaisir!
