Dosent have a residents bar. The room was cold i had to turn heating on. Not much in the bathroom. No toiletries only shower gel. We were told where the breakfast room was but were left to make out own way in and seated ourselves.

The staff are the asset here - very helpful and friendly. Downstairs is a very classic look which is nice. The room allocated was worn out and past its prime. Really not value for money. If you need to be in centre of town prime location but dont expect much from the room, unless I just got unlucky with a bad one stuck at back overlooking Tower Centre delivery entrance. Hot stuffy room even with windows open.

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff friendly. Disappointed when the room wasn't tidied on the first day. However, the rest of the days were fine. Breakfast was good. Menu a bit pricey. Hotel conveniently close to shopping, church and station. Ample car parking.

Had a relaxing enjoyable couple of days at the Adair Hotel, staff were courteous & helpful.
Room was spotless, everything we needed with an extremely comfortable bed.
We ate breakfast on both days which was included in the price, substantial with a hood variety.
Evening meal choice was good & just right portions. Definitely recommend & would be happy to stay again.

Staff were really friendly. Room was nice. Dinner was ok (2 of us had pie + meat was tough unfortunately but service was very good).
Breakfast was very, very disappointing. Food was tasteless. No potato bread which is important part of Irish breakfast! Soda bread was deep fried yuk. Bacon was definitely undercooked, fried eggs looked + tasted like they had sat too long (even though we had breakfast at 9.15am).
We love to go to Adair Arms as a little treat + night away but sour end to our stay.

Lovely hotel. Staff were all nice and friendly. Large clean room, comfortable bed, great tea and coffee facilities in room. Night porter on duty when we came back late from a wedding was friendly and helpful. Breakfast - good selection and nicely cooked, buffet on Sunday, cooked to order on Monday.

The rooms were nice. But no sound proofing
. Could here downstairs and upstairs talkjng and walking till.late night. The bed was a bit hard to sleep.on. no attendee at check out time. Room service does not replace soaps or shampoos after first day

The only thing i could complain about was the breakfast, i arrived at approx. 9am and all the traus of hot food were almost empty, they did bring fresh food but it was cold or lukewarm, however i enjoyed the fresh fruit salad and cereal. Everything else was excellent at the hotel, staff and facilities were great

Lovely hotel for the money. Parking at rear. Check in was easy & prior to checking in the staff were super helpful with couple of queries. The room had plenty room, very clean & was quiet. Corridor did smell like a kitchen but otherwise it was great. Breakfast was delish, lots of choice. Fabulous find.

Firstly, staff here are fantastic! So helpful and nothing is any bother. The hotel itself is nice, there's a decent size car park and it's easy to find. The food and the Guinness is pretty good too. My 3 grumbles: my £125 room was pretty small, the bed wasn't very comfortable and the shower was woeful. I'd stay again if in the area but wouldn't look forward to it.

Greeted by polite friendly receptionist all details of Hotel explained and then directed to room . Room clean and tidy with usual facilities (A complimentary bottle of bottle water for both guests, local supplier River Rock or irish spring would have been a nice touch ) Information folder needs to be reprinted and maybe a menu and Tourist boad brochure included with branded pencil ( Hotel name /phone number included. Hotel lounges , bar and restaurant well appointed , airey and very well maintained, plenty of armchairs and sofas to relax on . Had evening meal , two menus , one specials and one regular menu , restaurant staff friendly and helpful, starters and mains excellent, tried specials menu good choice selection and quality and quantity very good . Good selection of wines .
Restaurant staff very attentive in explaining every course they bring out and checking several times if everything ok , once after dish is served would be okay , the food and surroundings sell themselves . Breakfast was a big let down , not enough set out and was not well prepared and was nearly cleared at early time , Given that many guests had still to have breakfast ( mostly scottish over for Parade both attendees and spectators) and Americans . Not great . Good location , parking and comfortable and good food restaurant/ Bar . Negative breakfast .

Hotel well situated if easy access to the town is required. The room was a reasonable size however a bit tatty. The bathroom couldn’t have been any smaller. Could do with a non-slip mat for the bath/shower. Towels were soft and clean. No plug for the sink but rang reception and it was sorted.
Good selection of tea, coffee and biscuits. Bed was clean and comfortable. Window was directly above kitchen extractor fans so noisy and with the window open the smell of rancid fat was overbearing and sickening but closed it was too hot. Room was extremely dark - tiny window - so needed lights on all of the time. When using the phone had to untangle the cable which resulted in a cloud of dust! Adequate wardrobe/drawer space with plenty of well placed sockets. Iron and ironing board a bonus.
Breakfast was just ok, bacon very salty and orange juice watery. Eggs and sausages were good. Tea excellent. Think worst rooms are kept for those buying online at discounted rates. The staff were lovely, extremely helpful and friendly and made the stay bearable. Parking adequate however difficult to manoeuvre in certain spots. Not enough/well placed disabled spaces.

Lovely size room light and airy, very comfortable beds especially the very plump pillows. The Adair Arms had all the facilities required to make your stay the best with the added attraction of really great entertainment of live music to suit the taste of all on Saturday Evening. Irish breakfast was particularly good with a wide variety of choice.

Was woke up at 3am with guests across the landing fighting in the corridor, at one point I thought they were going to come right through my door. This went on until 5am when I eventually left the hotel and went to my vehichle to get a few hours sleep before heading to work. No staff present in hotel to stop the fighting or remove the offending guests. All hotel said on check out was sorry about that. Not happy at all.

Early check-in was quick and easy. Bedroom was clean and well presented. However, parking at the hotel was a nightmare during lunchtime. Bed was too soft for my liking and I rolled into the centre of the bed. Bedroom too warm during the night. Breakfast was self-service and basic and not very appetising. Breakfast area was cramped at busy times with guests having to queue longer than they should have.

25th Anniversary night away, ruined, room has a grubby carpet and skirting, spillage and dirt on skirting boards, unpleasant smell in the room and corridors. I had to strip the remake the bed as the sheet was only tucked in at bottom.of the bed, sides not tucked and sheet was about 4 inches short of the top of the bed. Had called reception about the bed sheets as i thought house keeping had forgotten to put a base sheet on . I got a call back offering to change rooms, but by this time we were in bed and were too tired to move. Breakfast was also below average, limited choice. Staff pleasant, said they would inform housekeeping of issues, sadly we will not return or
can recommend this hotel.

Situated right in the heart of Ballymena, the Adair Arms was a good hotel for one night as we passed through the area. The hotel is quite historic, and has been very well maintained and is beautifully decorated. We ate dinner in the restaurant. It had a good menu with lots of choices. The was plenty of free parking available.
