Staff were fantastic! The breakfast was really good, amazing choices and lovely local food as well. Very clean room and hotel, always smelled nice. A lovely touch was that if you forgot your toothpaste or toiletry item, they were supplied complimentary. The bed and bed linen and pillows were all very clean and comfortable.

Really enjoyed our stay apart from no heating in room and water went cold. Understand there was a heating issue but disappointing. Hotel didn’t offer refund or another nights stay or even contribution towards another nights stay. Reception staff were apologetic about situation and offered another potentially warmer room but there was no heating in there and room was just as cold. Expedia gave me £25 in points for another stay which was a nice contribution.

People were phenomenal, anything we needed they provided, always welcomed us when we would come through the doors. Breakfast was hot, bountiful and the staff friendly. Great value, close to restaurants, grocery stores! 5 ponds to the train station but if warm and you have time it’s very close.

Mostly very good, as it was ideal for getting to the airport early. One minor complaint was that there was a sofa bed converted into a bed taking up space in our double room!

We arrived quite late and the staff were amazing. Really helpful and even brought a drink to our room as the barrel had to be changed, so we didn't have to wait. Huge towels for showers, lovely hotel, just some of the furnishings looking a bit tired but all very clean.

It is one of the better Holiday Inns I have stayed in. Convenient area with stores and restaurants near by. The Hotel description claims air conditioning. It is in the lobby. There is no in room air conditioning!

The staff were fabulous - informative, helpful and cheerful. (Especially check-in - Ey up to you from the Yorkshire lasses !!) Nothing too much trouble for anyone and you were always greeted with a smile. Everywhere was lovely and clean. Breakfast was vast and very tasty. Plenty of car parking spaces. A great base from which to explore beautiful Northern Ireland. We will be back !!

We were unable to get to Antrim on the night we booked for because a road accident caused us to miss our ferry from Scotland. I emailed the hotel to ask if we could have credit not in the circumstances. I never received a response. Terrible customer service.

Convenient and good at the right price.

Stayed as family before an airport trip. It was very convenient to make the short early very early the next morning. Service for check in and dinner was very slow. There was probably low occupancy so they reduced the staffing but the check in, bar and restaurant were all in the one view and lots of times we waited for a staff member to appear from a back office. Food was nice for dinner if expensive, sorry we didn't venture across the road for better service and value for money. The continental breakfast available from 4am was hadn't but would have liked a takeaway cup available so i could make a coffee on the go. Would stay again.

We are non-smokers and the areas around the doors smelled of cigarette and vape smoke. I was surprise by the number of spent cigarettes in the parking lot and the the entry ways.

Hotel in a very commercial area.

Ari at the front desk was amazing. Always friendly and smilng. Very welcoming. The men at the front desk not near as good as Ari and the other lady.
Room was very clean. The cleaning ladies were awesome too. Breakfast was mediocre. Very processed food. Not like the homemade included breakfasts we got all over Ireland and northern Ireland. The location is in a very commercial area. Not close to the beautiful old area of Antrim.

Spent four nights here. The hotel is quite dated and had an awful smell as you enter the reception. The toilet in my room was blocked and we were moved to another room where the hand basin was blocked and the phone was not working. Staff at breakfast were helpful and hardworking. Beds were made in a timely manner. Not a hotel I would return to.

Food was amazing

Fold up sofa tried to fold up with son in it and the neighbours in hotel, both sides where arguing in middle of night. Thankfully they didn’t wake son.
On arrival the lady who greeted me; was so welcoming and so nice. Nothing was to much trouble even offered to help us order a takeaway.
The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. I’ve stayed in the lowery before now and it was just as good. Credit to the chefs. I even asked a young lady for vegetarian sausage and I wasn’t made to feel that it was too much effort. This is by far the best ing type hotel I have stayed at. Wish it was closer.

First we recieved a handycap room , only when i told that i will leave the hotel it has been replaced. The new room didn't had double bed ! The water flow in the showet was extreme poor and the room was hot as hell without air conditionning or even a fan.

Water leaked a lot when I was taking a shower due to short and thin curtain. In addition, I can hear clearly sounds and noise from next room because two rooms are connected with two doors facing each other. We can literally see each other if we both open the doors. There is no privacy. The condition, decorations, furnitures, space of the room are sad and rather old. Not worth 180pounds/night. I left the hotel before breakfast time so no comments about it

For an airport hotel, it was surprisingly good. We only stayed here because we had a very early morning flight home out of Shannon airport, and the hotel is an easy walk to the terminal. We dropped our bags at the hotel, returned our rental car, and it’s a short walk back to the hotel. And they keep luggage carts for you to get your bags over to the terminal in the morning. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, and the restaurant was good. As we were leaving, an employee insisted on loading our bags onto the cart, and pushed them all the way to the terminal, I guess because we are both seniors. Very nice thing to do.

The stay was great except on the Wednesday night.
A promotion advertising Pizza & Pint for £15 For the Premier League game City v Arsenal starting at 8 o'clock.
Howevef the kitchen closed at 8 o' clock that night even though the sign on the bar said DINNER 18.30 HRS -21.00 hrs.
Also no tomatoes on the breakfast.
Was this cost cutting or shortage.?

Good hotel ,friendly staff ,breakfast really good ,nice room,you have to remember to turn the radiator knob at the bottom rt hand side on to increase temperature of radiator ,bathroom shower room well thought out ,only slight issue the connector of the shower,(the pipe) was releasing water from underneath the mixer bar ,so the shower head was only receiving 50 % of the water so no pressure ,I mentioned it to the receptionist and she said very wittily so you only had half a shower then! Brilliant ,I would definitely recommend staying here ,
