Richard
Very good location with good sized and well appointed rooms. Incredible staff who couldn’t be more welcoming or friendly, full of Irish hospitality. 10/10 for me
Michael
The location out of the city was what we needed as we’re driving to the north and south to visit some friends. So location was perfect only 10-15 minutes from airport and loads of parking .
Got a cab for £20 into the city to go for food and drinks l
Nice hotel and breakfast was great.

Alastair
Hotel was nice and clean and very good for my work trip.
Gail
Very busy hotel in a not so busy area. I felt it was a bit dated so could do with an upgrade. Bedrooms are a great size. WiFi was not good so difficult to work.
Kevin
I nice stay - Friendly staff
paul
Comfy bed. Good selection of food available in grill/bar. Good breakfast. Attentive staff. Good location on main road.
chris
Hotel is in a convenient location for me. Rooms looked a little tired, but still nice enough. Restaurant was lovely and the staff very attentive. Enjoyed the breakfast and there’s a lot of choice
Brendan
Went once before and enjoyed it so much. I had to return
John
Shame the room (115) was so noisy, another layer of glazing might have helped remove some of the road noise.
Lizzie
Comfy stay with good breakfast.
Noel
Convenient location and plenty of parking. Breakfast very good (buffet style). The bar is good for evening food and good selection of drinks. We had a room facing the motorway and the traffic noise was noticeable. If we were there longer than a couple of nights, we would have looked toove room to one facing the rear carpark.
Jethro
Fantastic Staff, Great Pub with Great Food!
Gregory
Food was plentiful, room was looking a bit tired and the bed was a bit soft, but overall a pleasant stay.
JOHN
Yes to all.
Michael
Clean but a bit dated
Cameron
Friendly staff. However room quite dated, a bit shabby and stuffy. No way of adjusting room temperature so had to open windows beside busy dual carriageway to deal with over-heating from radiator.
Trevor
Yes room was spotless and staff were excellent and a credit to your hotel, we couldn't ask for more
Jethro
Brilliant Stay, Brilliant Poeple.
Grace
Room was nice and clean but the radiator didn’t work, when we asked to get it turned on it never was, you could hear the motorway loudly through the window, the shower was strange either one straight stream or spitty bad pressure that wet the bathroom. Breakfast was okay, not the best. The staff were very lovely though.
Andrew Paul
Very good
Jeffrey
The hotel is need of refurbishing. The room was grubby.

Room was clean and spacious. Decided not to use the kettle in the room as it looked like someone had tried making coffee in it.

Andrew
Lovely property.
Sharon
I found this property really good value for money and the evening meal in the bar/grill was delicious and generous. The overall ambiance in the restaurant at breakfast was lacking and it was dark and dreary. I would not enjoy an evening meal in those surroundings. Breakfast was average in terms of its offerings. My room was large and comfortable and the sheets were clean and crisp. Despite being near a busy road it was very quiet. The hotel is a convenient location for travelling on somewhere else, but this hotel is not for a long-term stay.
Stephanie
Cool cars in the parking lot.
Dan
Nice quiet area
Diane
Good, standard hotel. Restauraunt inside the hotel which served good food. Friendly staff, clean rooms. We had an issue with the plumbing in our room and they switched us to another one quickly and with no change in cost. 10/10
Christopher
Nice hotel but needed to keep on top of maintenance in the rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Getting a table at the restaurant was a bit confusing.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable (with lovely pillows)
Fantastic breakfast.
Reasonably priced.
However, there were a few problems with the rooms.
The first room we stayed in stank of smoke.
We were kindly immediately relocated.
The second room had a broken shower (the temperature dial was missing) so it was very difficult to alter the temperature. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t work at all (and the bathroom has no other ventilation.)
We mentioned these things in the morning anftrr our first night and were out all day at a wedding but maintenance had not fixed either of them by the time we returned from the wedding late.
The hotels rooms are very close to a busy road so if you need silence to sleep you will struggle.
Overall a very friendly comfortable hotel with fantastic friendly staff that needs to sort out some maintenance issues.

Corr's Hotel
Amazing room, bonus with the shower! Friendly staff nothing was a bother! Only thing that needs improvement is they could do with updating their irons in the rooms
Jonathan
We had a quiet very comfortable stay. The room was spacious and well heated and the bed was extremely comfortable with great pillows (had all the most important things for a restful night). We could even have hot chocolate in the room to round off the night.
Helen
Poor breakfast evening meal average housekeeping neglected pleasant staff dated facilities.
Catherine
Staff were fantastic very friendly so helpful nothing was a bother to them .excellent definitely be back
Timothy
The room was comfortable. Very comfy bed. The bathroom was fresh and modern. The fire alarm which sounded several times during the night is a major issue. Each time we were told by reception it was a false alarm. What really spoiled it for us was the dirty crockery and cutlery. It should be very obvious to those working in the kitchen or restaurant that there’s a problem with the dishwasher. Dirty crockery should not be offered to guests, even if it means washing them by hand.
James
We received a warm welcome during our overnight stay. Hotel room was spotless but a little cold. Temperature couldn't be raised above a set point of 21°c and was quite cold when the heating went off during the night. We dined at the hotel which was good but again public areas were cold. It was bitterly cold but hey it's the winter and we'd expect public areas to be heated to a conformable level without the need for a coat. When we entered the bedroom there was a stench coming from the shower drain and we had to run the shower to try and fill the trap to do away with the bad smell (room 102). It was adequate for our overnight stay but at this price level and what was a deluxe room we'd have expected more. One redeeming quality as the breakfast which was very hearty!
Mr M
Enjoyable stay

The hotel was great but the wi fi was very poor

Outstandingly good level of customer care
I have have stayed in hotels all over the world but have never once experienced such a high level of customer care as expressed bybthe gentleman that checked me in Saturday morning. Way above whatcwas expected and very grateful for it too.........thank you
Jason
Hotel was very nice. Friendly and helpful staff. Dining/bar area was very good. Lovely food. Only downside was the gym wasn’t up to much.
JOHN
Arriving at any hotel for the first time carries with it an element of unpredictability and uncertainty. We needn't have worried. Easy to find, with ample secure parking spaces, the welcome at reception quickly put us at ease. A large well decorated and maintained bedroom with tea and coffee facilities awaited, together with crisp clean linen on, as we discovered later, a very comfortable bed. Plenty of bath and hand towels and toiletries were available in the spacious bathroom. The wi-fi was more than adequate and the rooms seemed to be well soundproofed - we stayed on a busy, function-rich Saturday evening, but heard no disturbance at all. We ate from a fairly extensive menu for dinner which delivered everything we required and more - at reasonable prices. The staff both at dinner and breakfast were courteous and engaging. The lobby singer had a beautiful voice and did his job by enticing us to make an unplanned stop for a drink as we idled away an extremely pleasant Saturday evening.
Would we recommend this hotel? Most certainly.

Best bit about this hotel: super friendly staff.A huge respect to all the staff including the breakfast team….. Thank You for your hospitality.
Only thing it let me down: there was no water bottle in the room. So we had to buy water bottles from bar.

Unfortunately, there was a wedding reception when we checked in and couldn't find a place to eat, as all required reservations; so that was frustrating.
The hotel itself was clean with all required amenities.

Staff and food excellent as always stayed at this hotel for over 6 years and always enjoy it and would highly recommend.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. We arrived very early and they moved our room so we could book in very early which was very much appreciated after a very early flight.

Nice hot showers. Very comfortable beds. Very loud traffic though. It is located at a very busy roundabout so couldn’t raise the windows for air. (No a/c) Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
Jack
Really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. The gentleman who checked us in was AWESOME! He was very helpful with details about getting into Belfast from the train station and things to see. Probably the only downside was it seemed very warm in the rooms, but when we opened windows, a lot of cigarette smke filtered in. Also had a fire alarm (false alarm) go off at 12:30 at night.

7.0 Rated Economy Hotel. Not 9.0.
If you select hotels by their rating, this is really a 7.0 hotel. I stay in a lot of hotels and this one is definitely not a 9.0. The people are lovely and accommodating.
Things that make it a 7.0: the hallways smelled badly and the rooms were dated and lacked the usual amenities and quality you would get for a 9.0 hotel. The restaurant food was bland and unkempt. There is no ac in the rooms so you leave your window open which is near a street and a bit loud. We accidentally booked 2 nights, and may have considered staying the second night, but circumstances came up that required us to leave and the quality of the hotel wasn’t worth staying another night. The hotel refused to refund our second night through hotels.com even though they said they would.
