On the first floor, street facing, so a little noisy as opposite busy pub but it was an overnight on a Sat so again, only to be expected, so not a problem for the price!

The bed and shower/toilet areas were very clean. There are no other facilities at the property as it's really only meant for stop-over accomodation. If there were two guests the room would be very cramped with just about enough space to walk around the bed. I was a single guest and it suied me ok, it was priced well and in a great location. If you only need a base to work from with a clean, private bed & shower it's ideal. When on my own, I wouldn't have any hesitation in staying here again.

Had never used easyHotel before... Considering the price it was exactly what I was expecting. Room was very small (just about enough legroom to stand, or sit on the sides of the bed, between the bed and the walls).

TV was mounted very high on the wall which meant the colours looked a bit wrong being viewed from such a low angle when laying in the bed. A minor quibble.

Shower and toilet were decent and not overly cramped as can often be the case in small hotel rooms.

Would definitely use again if the price was right.

I think concept is very good to be minimalist and keep pocket friendly.
But I think what lacks is very basic amenities like a kettle in the room, I understand this might not be a policy but at least should have a common area where they can get hot water for preparing baby food, formula milk.

We rented a quadruple room for four people as we were only staying one night. With the price I was expecting too much. But it was great! The room was clean, the location was unbelievable, and the staff went above and beyond.

Too be honest if you were planning on doing a lot of sight seeing, this is definitely a great location because your right beside city hall. Although checkout was at 10 AM, we paid the 5 pounds to keep four bags at the hotel and the employee was so helpful. We picked them back up around 1PM and walked to the train station.

Very worth it, in price and location.

Location was great, hotel safe, cost was reasonable , the room was very compact and not much room to walk around bed. Bed was comfortable, but the hallways leading to room were not cleaned and had large trolly in hallway, the shower leaked each time I showered. Most hotels have had problems with heat for the first night of stay. The front staff at entrance were excellent and addressed heating issue quickly. I would suggest to anyone travelling in UK to check snd make sure the heater and or boiler is turned on and working during regular hours so you don’t have a cold night. I have had many cold first nights in many stays. Many of the bed and breakfast places i could not reach anyone overnight or felt uncomfortable reaching out late at night due heating issue. Rate for this hotel would be 4 out of 5 as the cost was lower.

Great hotel in the center of the city. Just one block from my bus from Dublin. Just one block to catch the city bus to Belfast city airport.

Many coffee shops and sandwich shops within one block. Plus some seat down dining as well.

Room is small but has everything you need for the basics. No hairdryer or tissues. No coffee pot.

I was able to check in before noon as well. I’d certainly stay here again.

This is a budget hotel, but many things were tough to handle. The toilets hardly worked, the mattress was just resting on a stand so any movement would cause it to slide off, and the rooms couldn't have been less soundproof. Guests were closing doors and moving through the halls, and it genuinely sounded like they were in the same room, even causing the walls to shake with noise. The location is perfect, though, and when staff were around, they were very nice.

The price is right for city center Belfast, but, you get what you pay for & I'd put this place at an upmarket hostel level rather than hotel.
Convenient for city center, bars, shopping, cafe's & some restaurants as well as the airport bus service is a 3 minute walk.

It does what it purports - a bed and a shower

Pictures always make a place look big. The bathroom was super clean but the size of a double wardrobe and the bedroom itself was the size of the bed with no room to actually move around (that is for a couple - okay for single occupancy).

Hotel is basic but in a good way. Has everything u need for a few nights stay. Bedroom is air conditioned which is excellent. Bathroom is small but everything was really clean. If u spend a lot of time in your room mayb not for you. But if it is for somewhere to chill for an hour in between things and then have a decent nights sleep it is for u. We did have a family room for my daughter and I so we had a lot of room but if 4 was in the room it might have been tight going. But r all we loved it. The staff r lovely and really helpful. So easy to talk with.
The hotel is really close to the centre of town and train station so I will b using again in the future.
