Loved it! The front desk and restaurant staff were wonderful as were the rooms. Highly recommend!
Heather
I guess I expected more from this brand . No extra luggage rack when required. Poor quality towels . No bell service when arriving or leaving . Really felt like a 3 star . The hotel is in walking distance to restaurants & shopping.
Aisling
Amazing room (junior suite); air conditioning during a very hot week. Can't fault this hotel
Jacqueline Doris
Good position for siteseeing
Jill
Convenient, quiet and a delightful choice of areas to enjoy a meal or a drink.
Matthew
Overall great hotel. From the moment I walked in the staff were polite, friendly and attentive. Room was really nice, plenty of room and everything you needed in there with a big comfy bed and great sized tv. Bathroom was clean, plenty of towels and nice toiletries. Hotel reception area was nice and big with plenty of seating, bar was good with a few TVs for the sport and a variety of seat. Location was great 10mins from town and 15mins from the City airport. Lovely experience and will happily return!
Jonathan
Lovely room. Could improve the outside by clearing the green water and havibg a working water feature. A really good hotel regardless.
Minerva
The hotel is beautiful . The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The restaurant in the property served good food. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Walkable to Ormeau park.
Carmen
The hotel is newly renovated so the room was nice and clean. The free parking is a huge plus. The location is a but further away from everything but if you have a car, its not a big deal. Breakfast was not my favorite consider the price they charge.
Tom
Easy to find but off the main streets! Great breakfast. Staff were great. All good!
Kerina
Staff were so friendly.
Room was a lovely size and had everything we needed.
A short 15 minute walk to the pubs.

Matthew
We had a lovely stay at this hotel! Staff were super helpful and our room was very clean and big! Breakfast in the morning was really good too with lots of options!
Michael
The room was clean and well maintained, the staff was especially helpful and overall it is a beautiful facility. We also liked the fact that it is located slightly away from the busyness of the city center yet still within easy walking distance.
Sian
Room was lovely comfortable bed and pillows shower and bath. Coffee machine was great. Breakfast very good and food in hotel restaurant very good. Good location once we got our bearings near to the market. Would I stay again absolutely for the right price.
John
Can you inform bar staff
A gin and tonic is served with a slice of lemon
I had to asked for it every drink on Wednesday night - nice chap - what’s with the lemon 🍋

Conveniently located and the restaurant food and service were great. But a shame we had to pay extra for overnight parking
Matthew
Very comfortable beds, nice pressure on the shower and free cartoned water. Another great stay at a Voco
Michael
Big rooms, lovely bar area & location near the river
Pauline
Breakfast was good and staff very helpful.
Chad
Very clean, easy parking and staff was very pleasant! Room was modern and up to date! Would definitely stay there again!
Oliver
Nice large room in a modern hotel in a decent location. Only downside was that we were in a room that had an interconnecting door (not in use) and the acoustics were terrible, we could hear the next rooms conversation as if it was in our room. Thankfully they/we were out most of the time, but I wish we’d asked to move rooms when we arrived (by the time we realised we’d already unpacked and got settled). Better sound proofing on the interconnecting doors is needed.
Sharon
Lovely hotel and central to Belfast. Very friendly and attentive staff. Rooms are spacious and clean.
Lovely cocktails too

Lovely, modern decor; lovely bar area. Nice breakfast. Plenty of parking spaces.
Sally
An exceptional hotel. Staff were super helpful and it’s in a quiet area, but easily walkable in several directions. Breakfast was excellent too.
Neil
Breakfast good value kids free , amazing family room very big clean
Seher
Great place, lovely staff. Special thanks to Sharmin! Very kid friendly. Only tiny downside is theres no gym to burn the calories from the great food in restaurant!
Charlene
Great location
Judith
Lovely hotel, very friendly staff and the best bed bedding and pillows … didn’t want to get out of bed as it was so comfy! Good breakfast with a good variety of hot and cold foods! Good location 10 mins walk into city center! Would definitely stay again!
kieran
Always a problem with the room. Noisy air con or heating. Always cold in room when arrive. Need to sit in coat and heating doesng work for 10 mins
Hannah
I stayed at this hotel whilst attending a conference meeting at the ICC venue. The hotel is a reasonable 20min walk from there. I was very happy with the standard of room, service and breakfast at the hotel.
Katy
One of best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Excellent location for Belfast and titanic museum. Very good value.
Ihuoma
The room was clean and it met our needs during our stay.
Tiger
The hotel was great but the bed was very uncomfortable unfortunately
Jake
Very nice hotel is nice and quiet location
Sophie
Reception staff and bar staff weren’t great but restaurant staff were pleasant
ANITA
The hotel was very nice. The staff were very welcoming and cheerful. Food was great and plentiful. My room was very spacious and clean - the only minor criticism is that the room was cold and took forever to get warm because they have an air conditioning system to regulate the temperature. Apart from that I would definitely stay there again - maybe not in the winter months!
Axel
Great location, great facilities
Caroline

Chloe
Clean room, comfortable bed, big clean room
Craig
Was a nice stay, be careful though, I paid this in advance through Expedia and the staff member said that I had to pay as I was checking in and tried to charge me again before I had to correct her.

The reception area is magnificent! It's clean, it has stylish furniture, the staff on arrival were very pleasant, warm and inviting. Check-in was a breeze. We decided to have food at the on site restaurant, Pomo. This as well was really good! We had the steak and it was cooked exactly to order. Staff there at Pomo were just as friendly as the hotel staff.
The room itself was clean, great layout, the bed was comfortable. Checking out was just as easy as checking in, with a day of exploring we were able to leave our bags at the hotel and collect them later.
Would definitely stay here again if in Belfast again!

Room ok, bathroom could be better, poor pressure drom the shower. Housekeeping could be improved, I stayed for four nights, first day my bed was made, towels replaced and complimentary water topped up. The following day I opted to leave the hanger on my door, to leave room, but replace towels. The towels were not replaced. The following day I was out until 3pm, left hanger on the door to say please make up room. I arrived back at 3pm, room not made up. I listened outvfor housekeeping and caught a lady in the corridor, i asked for replacement towels which i received. So for a four night stay my room was made up once, towels replaced twice.
Kamran
Nice cozy room and excellent staff at the breakfast. Very attentive and friendly. Would stay here again next I’m in Belfast.
Fiona
Super lovely staff in restaurant and receprion
Gillian
The room was fairly basic for a 4 Star hotel and didn’t smell particularly good. Hallways leading to the room were not particularly appealing. Toiletries were also very basic and no vanity kit or shower cap was provided. The Reception staff were pleasant and the breakfast was good.
Charlene
Every part of our stay was amazing. Service, rooms and food
Caroline
The room was lovely and very clean. I had left a concert t-shirt behind and was convinced I had left it in the room we had stayed. Kerry, the receptionist was very helpful, and the staff looked for my t-shirt and found it for me…..left it in the bar!! They rang me to tell me they had found it, but the fact they had searched for it, says a lot about the staff. Thankyou!!
ella
Really nice hotel, staff on reception were lovely, bed was incredibly comfortable and only a short walk from the centre which was ideal (and really close to the famous markets which was a plus in the mornings)
Only downfall would be the water pressure in the shower, it was impossible to wash hair in unless you had all day the water was dripping from the shower head rather than a stream of water but that’s the only thing that let the place down

Lovely staff, great food, nice big room with comfy bed

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was modern value for money, location is excellent.
Little bit of mould in the bathroom, a fan would help with this. Breakfast was good but could have been warmer.

Breakfast menu was excellent.
In addition there was a hot breakfast menu on the table if you wanted something different, pancakes or omelette or eggs Benedict.
Staff were welcoming.
The hotel is a lovely building, decor is good.
Bar had good selection of drinks. Bar staff should clear dirty tables more often, and please remove the dead succulents from the top shelf of the bar. It's pointless having plants that you don't bother to water.

All of the above
Tara
Lovely big room, very nice lobby for work meetings, and very friendly staff. The hotel itself is just outside of the core area so you need to walk 10-15min to restaurants and shopping.
Barry
Spacious rooms, very good breakfast and good location with short walking distance to Belfast City centre
Chloe
Beautiful hotel, room was spacious & clean, the bed was very comfortable and we had a great sleep!
Christopher Andrew
Good comfortable room. Air con was a bit weird but it was a setting where you had to set what you want and then the machine would turn on and off and heat the room over 3hrs and wasnt instant. But other than that , generally clean and good quality
Jamie
Really good hotel, great location and brilliant staff.
Elizabeth
Young lady checking us in was very professional and friendly
Kelly
Great room, lovely hotel. Parking was easy too

Hotel is beautiful, clean, tidy. Staff were really helpful at all times. Good choice of food and drinks.

Everything was lovely. Just one negative was noisy neighbours.
Reginald
All lovely and the staff so helpful

Great overall stay with lovely rooms and helpful cheery staff.

Joseph
I didn't have breakfast at the hotel.
Mark
Beautiful hotel within quick walk to downtown. Comfortable and clean room!
Ian
Overall really really good
Fatima
Positive points:
Great location, walking distance to the city centre and touristic points, great potential.
Negative points:
No fridge in the bedroom, low cleaning standards for a 4 star rating hotel, low pressure in the bath shower, no complimentary hygiene accessories provided ( ex. Shower cap, toothbrush, toothpaste, bath robe) room not cleaned even when asked, only towels and coffee replaced.
Not enough hangers, lights in the bathroom kept flicking, not isolated windows.
Overall, there is a low cleanliness standard throughout the hotel, including breakfast area and the reception, including the public toilets.
Guests parking fee of £14, in the city we could find for £10 midweek.
First impression when you walk into the hotel reception, feels like the priority its for hosting the conference guests and not the hotel guests.

We had an excellent 3 night stay at the Voco Belfast. The level of customer service was exemplary. Particularly from Marc on reception, Eugen, Sharmin and Dagmar in the restaurant, who all made our stay something very special. We will certainly return here again.

Needs further upgrade.
Comfortable enough but no bottled drinking water in the room. The water running from the tap, toilet, shower was brown!
Louise
Very helpful accommodating check in staff, allowed me have late check out to facilitate an event I was attending. Lovely breakfast, and the room was very comfortable.

The staff are exceptionally polite and this is not easy in the hospitality industry

We stayed overnight and it was a pleasant place to stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was extensive and we had a lovely evening meal which was reasonably priced. We would recommend this hotel!

A nice hotel with big rooms & big comfy bed & delightful pillows. Unfortunately the shower was not hot (just one notch above warm) & there was a 6am hotel delivery that required the truck to reverse up a long driveway - beep-beep-beep repeat …. Then the construction crew arrived next door at 7am & again beep-beep-beer
It was a nice stay otherwise

Great
After 2 failed room check-ins, (one uncleaned and the other faulty taps) we were upgraded to suite which was enormous.

Staff are very friendly
So this hotel was convenient, it’s about a 20 minute walk from the city centre and about 15-20 minute walk to Queen’s University. Our room was okay. The beds weren’t very comfortable and you don’t sink into them but that could be a UK thing. There is no fridge in the room which was a little shocking so that is something to keep in mind if traveling with medication that may need to be refrigerated or food items, etc. the tub was quite high and the partial glass moves so you need to be careful when taking a shower. The hotel does provide a shower mat to reduce the chance of slipping but it was a bit of a hazard. At one point during our stay when you flushed the toilet it was brown water coming out. We were very confused as we had been out all day but when we called down the staff mentioned they had received a lot of complaints. The water stained the toilet and had us a bit concerned if we could use the shower or the sink. The staff were very friendly, both at the front desk and in the restaurant. We paid the extra for breakfast and it was a buffet style. It was convenient but it was the same thing everyday, great for weekend trips but long stays breakfast may not be worth it. They do have a really cool program that if you do not get house keeping to clean your room you will get a £5 voucher, they vouchers can be stacked and used at the restaurant. House keeping straighten the room up when a sign is on the door and reception will send someone up if they miss the room

Generally had a good stay for 4 nights, the price was very good and included breakfast. Choice of breakfast items was very good, however could use some more fresh vegetables. Location is somewhat remote from city centre, still walkable, but located in the middle of office complex, so there isn't anything like shops or restaurants immediately close by. Bus stops are also about 10 min walk. Plus it was very quiet. No free parking. The hotel has taken over from Radisson at the same location. When we checked in, the fuse went out in the room and there was no power, fortunately front desk was able to resolve that issue. Room was nicely refurbished, unfortunately you can see the bathroom has not been, they only painted the doors and frames. The silicone shower seal was missing on the glass panel at the shower so the shower was flooding the floor. My personal pet peeve is when you can't turn on the shower without getting wet - here it was also the case. The silicone seals could also use updating, as there was some black mould in the areas under the tap. The housekeeping has also not cleaned the kettle before the check-in in as someone tried to boil some coffee directly in the kettle. The fault of the supervisor for not checking. We had to ask twice, as the kettle also stopped working. Complimentary sweets at the arrival were nice. Overall not quite as premium experience as expected but good value for money

Lovely hotel and very nice staff. Hotel room was nice but housekeeping/maintenance was lacking. Light not working, things dirty, broken drawers and shower didn't get hotter than about half way on controls but taps were very hot. Reported to staff who were very apologetic. Didn't spoil my stay but simple things that shouldn't have happened.

Clean and cute, our room didn't have air conditioning, very comfy otherwise, great bedding!

King suite appeared very worn out and well used…definitely not a King size bed more equivalent to a queen size… ordered a portable cot, which came with no matches, cover and no duvet at which I had to request.

Thoroughly recommend this hotel. Will certainly stay here again when we visit Belfast again!
