My stay was unpleasant by the receptionist’s unacceptable behaviour. I was repeatedly questioned with personal questions regarding my accent. This was disrespectful, and made me feel unwelcome. No guest should be treated this way. I hope Travelodge addresses this matter seriously

Without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever been foolish enough to book. I usually stay in other hotels when I come to Belfast for gigs, but took a chance on this. Upon check-in I regretted it immediately - room was tiny, facing into a series of bins, with poorly affixed sockets and a stained toilet that did not function well. There was a old electric fan in the room which was defective; I asked the front desk for a replacement, they actually laughed. We decided to spend as little time as possible there, got ready and went to gig. After gig, we stopped by to change before going back out, where the door staff were incredibly rude and refused to let our friend who had stored her bag in room even into the lobby, falsely claiming we were \"making a party\" despite the fact you could not swing a cat in the room and we had very clearly stated we were only there to get changed. In the end, I told the staff that if we couldn't use our room to get ready then it was not fit for the purpose intended and booked a much nicer place on the spot. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Very overpriced for the room you get and standard of the room. One lift didn’t take you to the reception ground floor as the button didn’t work. Very warm in the room and said had no extra fans. Very dated, bathroom could have done with a dust in areas. But was clean enough and the bed was comfy.

The location is excellent - in the city center and only about 5-7 minutes from Belfast Central. There are great restaurants and pubs on the same block as the hotel. Very efficient check-in and check-out processes. Basic, but nice room. Overall, a great option for Belfast.

This hotel is great for location as right in the city centre close to lots of things and buses.
It's tired though and in need of some love. Price reflects this I guess as was one of the cheapest I found for city centre.
Room was clean, bed comfy but tired. TV remote rubbish and lucky if we actually turned TV off!
Room key card also problematic and had to go to back to reception twice during our 3 night stay to get it activated again.
Loud bar right on street outside, literally outside the front door. Had to keep room window open as so hot (no Aircon) so was loud until very late but it's a city so never expected quiet.

No air conditioning. Windows handles were broken off. Only one window could be opened and only a bit, not enough to cool the room down. Had 3 nights of sleeping in terribly warm conditions. Asked for a fan for the room because it appeared it was taken from our room. 2 front desk clerks said they would get us one, never happened. 3rd desk clerk said they had no more. They were going to give us another room for the 2nd night but never did. Would not recommend staying there and assuming there would be good customer service. Can’t believe they would not try to help making our stay more comfortable.

Staff were lovely, room itself was poor. Bathroom had dreadful water pressure. Took 45+ mins to run a bath. Silicon seals were all very poor on the bathroom, broken tiles repaired with gobs of silicon sealant. No spoons for the tea or coffee, room very hot, had to open windows, and put the small desk fan on. However, the sound of busy Belfast streets left us without much sleep.

Staff were lovely, but the company need to really invest in that building for it to retain its potential.

Staff were pleasant but not very welcome and no tourist info shared. No conversation at all other than the necessity.
Surprised they didn't do breakfast either.
Our twin room was so tiny could only open the suitcase flat on the floor in between the beds at the end of them but had to jump over them.
Throws on the beds had stains. Mirrors were dirty and the ceiling was cracked in places. Drainage in the sink and bath were poor and noisy. Lighting was poor.
The fan provided in the room was disgustingly dirty, full of lint.

The room was extremely warm. The water tap in bathroom was extremely hot and i scolded my hand even when on medium heat. The fire alarm went off at around 4 or 5am which woke me out of my sleep and i couldn't get back to sleep again. Disappointed

Bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a bath, with the shower over it.
The room could be improved by having a chest of drawers for clothes, a second chair and hooks on the back of the bathroom door.
The best thing was that our favourite pub in Belfast (Fibber Magee) was so near we could see it from our window!

The pillows were awful, even with the 2 you might as well of been flat to the bed. The bed was relatively comfy. The location was great though, close to the city centre.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Travelodge Belfast Central. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the city, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the bed was huge and incredibly cozy, perfect for a good night’s rest after exploring Belfast. Overall, an excellent stay and great value for money. Fine hotel in a great part of the city, very central to everything. The walls are very thin so we could hear the person staying next to us on the first night, but only until around 11:30pm. Otherwise, no complaints about noise. Beds were fairly comfortable, hotel seemed clean, staff was friendly.
