Do NOT waste your money staying here!
To start the check in process is ridiculous. I was told to phone an hour before arrival to pay deposit and receive the door codes. I phoned as instructed about an hour before and was informed to phone when we were actually outside the property. We arrived late at night in the pouring rain. Trying to phone on a busy street with a nightclub across the road was very difficult indeed. We asked if we could just be buzzed into the initial door to get out the rain and to hear a little better but this was ignored and they wanted my card details first.
Once we got through that hurdle we finally got into the apartment. Initially it looked clean enough but on closer inspection the apartment had stains on the walls and seemed overall slapdash. The doors within the apartment are so heavy, making an almighty clatter when closed. The walls are clearly not well insulated as you could hear a lot of noise. At times it sounded like people were actually in our apartment. We even checked a couple of times.
The facilities were not very good. We had no forks so ate with spoons and only one coffee cup so we had to take turns enjoying a nice cuppa. The fire alarm was way too sensitive and went off every single time we used any cooking appliance despite no physical smoke to be seen.
But worst of all we had no hot water for the during of our stay. I phoned to report this and I was told the manager would phone me back in 2 mins as they were on another call. I never received a phonecall that day. T

Apartment decent but Dreams try to renege on check in and out times despite evidence of bookings and hard to contact on phone.

This was the loudest unkept property I have ever stayed in. The coach was broke down the people party all night long. The window in the restroom was broken. The toilets was clogged. The streets was packed no place to park. you could not contact anyone on theyre phone it just rang and rang. Very unprofessional. Not happy.

It was a great property but it was not the property I booked and I was not notified regarding the change of location which was a bit shocking

The apartment was beautiful and pretty central however, it’s not the apartment we booked. The day of check in we got an email to say we had been moved location. We didn’t really want to go to this one because we had heard stories of it being party central. It was certainly that. My husband booked this for me as a relaxing night away after what has been an unbelievably stressful year and it was ruined by people partying, arguing and cops showing up. I won’t stay here again.

Didn't stay at the property reserved due to a scheduling issue but the management made things right and placed us in an upscale studio apartment on Dublin street called the Gallery. Excellent view with a full kitchen, parking was a challenge though. Much better than if we had stayed at a local Hotel for the rate and experience, very satisfied!

There is a £200 deposit required that is not made known until you arrive / just before you arrive at the property. The staff make no effort to waive this or accommodate you or indeed apologise for not making it known when booking. For a single night in very average accommodation its something that would put me off ever staying there again. An Aparthotel with warm friendly staff, good service and a welcoming atmosphere it is not. It felt somewhat like somewhere where you would stay overnight if you were on jury duty. I've only ever seen that on TV but you get the idea.... there is no warm fuzzy feeling here, and talking with the staff makes you feel like you've definitely chosen the wrong place

Booked the room for the night. The website stated there is a 24 hr front desk to check in...I wasn’t able to check in till 11pm. When I got there everything was locked up and knowone answered the front door... I tried to phone the after hours phone numbers on the door but knowone answered and was forced to walk away and find another place.

As I was staying in a one bedroom apartment on the ground floor near the front door, occasionally you could smell the smoke from those smoking at the front door. Besides this overall it was a nice stay. I checked in with Kelly who was extremely helpful and friendly.
