Good stay in relatively central location in Belfast.
Room was comfortable.
Only real downside was the breakfast with a limited selection of items which weren’t regularly refreshed and the quality was pretty poor.

A very central hotel so no need to walk miles to get to places. Lovely friendly staff and clean rooms. Denise x

Well situated for city centre, great staff, very helpful.
Standard of cleaning was ok, could be better, especially bathroom.

Very modern hotel, with a nice quiet but central location just off the main road. The room is spacious, well equipped, and the AC was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The ironing room with a professional steam iron was a highlight for me as I brought several suits for a conference. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

An unauthorised amount of £169 debited from my account the day after I checked out!! Hotel blaming hotels.com and vice versa!! Refusing to refund.. I am receiving legal assistance.
Marie-Hélène
Belle localisation pour visiter la fascinante ville de Belfast, accueil chaleureux mais la propreté des chambres est très médiocre. Un coup de barre sérieux est à exiger de l’équipe d’entretien.
Dennis
The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is down a side street but close to several restaurants Rooms are very large and well kept by the housekeeping staff.
Brian
The Moxy sits right in the heart of Belfast, just behind the city hall and a stones throw from the tour buses and excellent bars.
The Moxy is a modern but characterful hotel with excellent facilities. The breakfast is buffet style with a good range of hot and cold dishes.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the check-in was seamless. The room was fine - no dresser or closet which was fine for our 2 day stay. It was nice with a water refilling station in the hallway. The breakfast was basic with coffee from a machine and some yogurt, cereal, scrambled eggs, bread and cheese.
Robert
Modern hotel with fantastic bar staff. The table in the dining area is made from a fallen tree from the Dark Hedges site.
Donna
Everything was good, apart from being given an accessible room. But as we were only staying one night I didn't complain. Had we been staying longer I would have asked for a change of room.
They dont have a car park on site, but do have one quite a walk away, when there is one much closer they could use.

From start to finish a great hotel. Staff are amazing. Nothing to much trouble. Food was lovely and well presented
Lauren
Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The service at reception was excellent. Sophie was especially helpful, and she gave us some great local tips that made our visit even better. The lobby decor was modern and fun.
The hotel itself was perfectly sufficient for what we needed. While the room could have been cleaner, it was comfortable enough for our stay. The location was very convenient, with most points of interest only a 5–10 minute walk away.
The parking garage wasn’t the most convenient to use, but it wouldn’t deter me from booking this hotel again. We also enjoyed the bar, where the service was excellent and the staff were friendly and attentive.
Overall, despite a few minor drawbacks, the great service and convenient location made for an enjoyable stay. We would stay at Moxy again.

Property was in city center and very convenient. Room very clean and nice bar and breakfast. Had ice out so very nice.
Kate
This was a last minute booking due to other travel plans falling through. The hotel is wonderfully situated in easy walking distance of central Belfast. It is also approx a 7 min walking distance from Belfast Central Station. The room was spacious which was great for 3 of us. It was very clean with all required amenities. The reception desk was extremely helpful and assisted us in booking a historical taxi tour. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belfast.
James
Centrally located, close to stations.
A lot of self service rather than hands on.
When you do ask the staff, they are very polite and knowledgeable

Excellent first stay at this hotel but definitely won’t be the last. The complementary drink on arrival was very appreciated. The staff were pleasant & quick to answer any questions. Room was large & spotless & had everything we needed. A large full length mirror, coffee & tea & bathroom toiletries.
The hot & cold buffet breakfast was plentiful, it included sausage bacon & scrambled eggs etc as well as full continental. A very nice stay

Very walkable to restaurants and transportation. Rooms are clean and nice but the room we had, the outside noise came through very easily.

Awesome place.

We liked: Free cocktail. Location. Quirky. Friendly and welcoming.
Staying at a weekend, there were a lot of hen parties which did make it a little rowdy for us. But they were having a good time!

Great value for a city centre stay, bar and lobby were very nice. Rooms were comfortable and a good size. It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room!
Christopher
Clean room, good staff, nice hotel
Dyron
Great hotel and stay
Hartini
Overall this stay was OK. There was a pubic hair on the bed and the room smelled like sewage. The breakfast buffet was basic. Eggs were the powdered fake eggs. Only perk is that it’s walkable.
Jennifer
Great stay in Belfast, thank you!
Kathleen
Our room was very clean and comfortable, and we didn't have to wait for it even though we arrived about 45 minutes before check in. The breakfast was good quality (except for the scrambled eggs) if a bit unexceptional. The hotel is quite large -- larger than I would have guessed looking at it from the street. Location is convenient for Belfast attractions as well as arrivals by train or bus. All the staff were lovely.
Christopher
Hotel was lovely, in a good area for walking and getting around. Breakfast is excellent and a good choice offered.
Karl
We loved the Moxt. It’s a great vibe for solo travellers as the meeting space and also breakfast space is designed for interaction. Staff and rooms lovely . All excellent and we got a welcome cocktail. We got a great deal too !
Briony
Excellent value for money for our stay. Everything you need in the rooms and very spacious queen room for 3 people.
Cleaning staff great and helped with further toiletries where required.
Fully stacked bar and kiosk for any snacks on return home.

Room was clean. Vews out of the window were poor our view was a concrete roof over a carpark. Landscaping would greatly improve this. Expensive room for such a poor view. Otherwise staff were lovely all very helpful. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice. Again overpriced.
Scott
Wish there was on site parking
Rob
The staff was super nice.
Helen
Spotless, modern hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the free cocktail. Room had everything I needed - comfy bed, great shower, lovely toiletries. Would stay again.
Amanda
Super friendly staff! Great decor and spacious rooms. We stayed in the “family room”; 3 beds; with our two adult children and had plenty of space. Good location; easy to get to all downtown areas. We easily walked. We’d definitely recommend.
Deborah
Great location, close to great bars and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Cool atmosphere and free welcome cocktail. Didn't have breakfast but it looked good.

The usual Moxy style/vibe in a great location close to everything in town. Very friendly staff and a good breakfast.

The staff were excellent. When the power went off in our room, they were quick to place us in another room, also giving us a complimentary beverage. The lounge downstairs was a welcoming place to sit, and we even brought in our own food to enjoy in the booths in the rear of the lounge. The only negative was the music they played was a little on the loud side.
Paul
Yes bit expensive

It was a clean and \"very cool\" kinda hotel. Loved the breakfast and the 1st floor bar.
The room was small-ish and when I asked for a \"quiet\" room I was given a King room near the alley. It wasn't very quiet. In the AM, the local bar was stacking kegs. Same thing in the evening hours. Not fantastic.
Also the doors are extremely heavy and when they close it's a loud bang.
I would probably look elsewhere next time.

Great location near City Hall. Staff was great. It’s very close to several clubs, so expect some noise outside at night.
Daniel
Very nice hotel well located at the city center. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Recommend.

We had a wonderful weekend at the Moxy in Belfast City Centre. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The room was great. The hotel is very central. We came for the marathon, as did a number of guests, and they were very helpful (and sympathetic) to all participants. We will stay here again.

Hotel is in a great location for discovering Belfast. Rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was also great with lots of variety.
Gerry
Very nice urban style hotel.
Stayed for 2 nights.
Cool bar area with board games & fusball
Breakfast was very nice.
We had lunch one day and found it expensive for the quality of the food.

Établissement qui se veut branché pour jeunes voyageurs et où une septuagénaire se sent bien…

Excellent location, very nice hotel.

Hotel was a 10 minute walk from train station. Also a 10 minute walk from meeting point to go to Giants Causeway for the day. Went to titanic museum and had a wonderful dinner just around corner of hotel. Only regret was not staying another night to explore more of Belfast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Moxy. We were welcomed with a smile, and a list of recommended restaurants, pubs, and sites near by. The breakfast buffet varied and something for everyone.
As most Moxy hotels, the room is somewhat on the smaller side, but has everything you need.
Overnight parking is a slight inconvenience. Good rate, but you have to walk a fair distance. (Same distance to train station.) Staff helpful in holding luggage while we retrieved the car.
Would definitely stay here again.

A very funky boutique kind of hotel. Loved the room as well as the interior lobby and common area.
Central to many downtown attractions, shops and restaurants.
Parking is off site and not too far of a walk.
Would highly recommend.

Decor was fab in the main reception and sitting areas. Breakfast was not exciting and not an extensive choice. Staff were nice enough. Room had one single and one double which was not ideal for 2 having to argue over the big bed! Couldn’t see the plug near to kettle so had to move it elsewhere where there was little room. No water or treats in room. Shower was good and shower gel nice enough. Would stay again but not worth the hiked price. Good location.

The staff was great and very accommodating!!

Unfortunately when our room was cleaned there was no toilet roll replaced. Upon informing front desk of this they said housekeeping woould drop up toilet roll. They did not and we had to go down again to request it and had to wait until one of the team went to get some. Also the beds are quite uncomfortable and I expected better.
Amanda
Good decor, nice simple breakfast. Only complaint was housekeeping: beds were hardly made, dirt mugs left in room, not enough towels left each day (we had a triple room).
Brenda
Restaurant was very basic. Didn't try the breakfast. Close to bars and restaurants. Bed was just average for comfort. Misha in reception, however, was extremely helpful and made the experience positive.

Good location

The hotel is great value for money. It’s lively and attractive but it isn’t at all noisy in the bedrooms.
It has a buzz and doesn’t feel stuffy or old fashioned or tired. It’s 5 mins away from the city hall , 10 mins from the good shopping areas and 15 mins walk from the bars. I am in my 60’s and I have been to several Moxy’s and I think that if you are not going to spend lots on your stay, then it’s the best of the rest.

Easy check in, great modern vibes and clean spacious rooms with tea/coffee facilities hairdryer and good toiletries provided with powerful shower.. Great central location. Parking at a discounted rate nearby. There was a chargeable buffet breakfast available, that looked good and there was plenty of hot & cold choices.
Donna
Good location, nice hotel, staff pleasant and helpful.
Considering the hotels only been opened a few monthsI was surprised to see mould around the shower seals

Great hotel, good location, staff very friendly. Room was quite big and comfy bed. Big plus was the 12pm check out, so rare these days
Lisa
The staff was wonderful and it was a great location. I was only disappointed that there were some basic ammenities missing. No mini-fridge or even basic wash cloths. The staff was helpful at every turn and the lack of fridge was on me for not noticing but not having wash cloths or an iron/steamer in the room just seemed like a basic necessity that was missing. Having said this, the price was right and I would likely stay there again but be more prepared for the things that were missing.

What a great find! I seriously recommend this hotel! Especially, Sophia the seriously friendly receptionist - now that's how you do your job!

Excellent location and fabulous room

Great location, friendly staff. Very convenient and lockers to store luggage if you have to wait for flight after checking out.
Guido
Brand new hotel that is not very good. It’s dark. Rooms small and it had no amenities. It’s down an alley and it’s sketchy at night even though in a decent part of the city. The rooms have no desk so it’s horrible for a business trip
