I asked for a refund. My room was not acceptable in this poor looking hotel. I didn’t stay & needed to reschedule at another hotel, The Titanic & had to pay more.

The rooms were clean, we were there for 2 nights and but they didn't clean the room,
The parking was 35 pound for 2 nights and that was with a discount

Nice rooms. Very convenient for Titanic Quarter. Self check in and minimal help from actual people at hotel. Would still recommend and stay again.

Restaurant closed one day due to staffing. They need an actual front desk reception area. Rooms were nice, had everything we needed.

Location is good/safe, in Titanic quarters, right by the river Logan. 15 -20 mins walking distance to city centre/Cathedral quarter, 35 mins walking distance to Central Train Station which is great. Given lower scores though due to the exceedingly soft/spongy/assume worn out mattresses, which gave me and my partner back pain from sleeping on which unfortunately lasted the whole trip. Also didn't like construction noise (buildings nearby were being renovated/repaired).

The hotel is in a great location and is easy to check into. Our only complaint would be that they only offered th3 bare minim when it came to towels and glasses.

Everything was good including the room, location, and breakfast. The only complaint is due to the small lobby, check-in is not very smooth. One person handling check-in. Room wasn't ready until after 1530 after flying and having been awake over 24 hours.

very unorganized at check in. did not have available the room that was originally booked. gave us grief at check out for having a 3rd person, although room was booked as a quad family room from the start and notified them at check in, while we were standing at desk that we had 3 adults not 2. requested room to be cleaned on day 2 and no one came to clean. budget hotel, with unknowledgable staff, different rules daily with different staff. wouldn't stay again.

Comfortable and efficient

Staff seemed stretched -- the desk was typically unmanned and I needed to go to the restaurant where staff were pulling double duty when I needed help.

Was a great place to be located near the Titanic Exhibit. Don't miss the Nomadic, Titanic's little sister ship, used for transporting Titanic passengers in port to the shop before she left Europe's shores. Completely restored to her former splendour. Also, take a peek into the working washrooms. Original fittings just as the 'the first class' passengers enjoyed. We all know we're all first class passengers in this lifetime, but that's an aside reminder. Lol. Enjoy reading about the history on board, and the many people who have been ferried safely by the Nomadic, including my grandfather in the first World War, and my Uncle in the second World War. I doubt they ever even knew the Nomadic was busy transporting them both, some 35 years apart.

Pros - loved that the room had our own changeable heating/cooling system. Beds were comfortable. Easy check in. Quick 15 min walk to the city centre and it is an easy walk. 12pm check out.

Cons - no facecloths in room, no fridge, only 1 lift working which made for a small argument when people queue jumped the line, having to pay for parking when you have paid $400 CAD for the room for 1 night (the pro to this was we got a voucher to reduce from £22 to £11 but still).

Loved the staff - very helpful and friendly. Room was immaculately clean. Bed was a little stiff and the sheets are scratchy. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was closed due to low staffing but a nice mall with many families was within walking distance to eat dinner at 5Guys.

Not enough staff. Everything from check-in to the restaurant and bar seemed to be staffed by one person who was hard to find. Often waiting 5 or 10 minutes before you could do anything.

We stayed here because we had an early flight out of George Best Airport. The Premier Inn is only 5 minutes away by taxi.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got a lovely room on the top floor, a Premier Plus, which was an upgrade as I booked a standard. Very much appreciated.
We were disappointed when we asked for one of the featured drinks in the bar, and it wasn't available, but our meal was enjoyable. Again, the servers were very good.
All in all, a great place to stay near the airport, and it's also close to Titanic Belfast.
