Good price and staff were very friendly. My wife forgot her phone charger and they lent her one at no cost. Happy hour free drink was also nice. They also let us check in our bags hours before checkin so we didnt need to walk with them. Only negative is the tv information english is terrible.

This hotel is overbooked by salarymen who enjoy the free coffee and booze in the lobby. They shut down the lobby area and dim all the lights past 8:00pm, leaving guests nowhere to eat takeout meals or socialize. The front desk hosts have limited English comprehension and are not friendly. The WiFi is poor and you cannot get 5G signal within the building due to spotty reception. The building is aging and rooms are small. The free breakfast buffet and booze is not worth the price of this accomodation and seemed like gimmicks to attract guests.

The staffs were very kind and they do lend out umbrellas during rainy days. You just need to ask. There is one drink per person during 5pm-10pm. Kids gets one drink too. It is over clean but ac unit is a bit dusty. A lot of places to drink and eats. Breakfast was okay. For a budget hotels, it offers quite a but. Room is small but slightly bigger than most Toyoko inn.

ウエルカムドリンクは1杯だけと日本語で書いてあり、英語の記載もないから常識反する量を持って行く人がいた。朝食も英語や中国語の記載がないため、空のペットボトルにジュースを入れる人やパンをナプキンに大量に持って行く人、納豆を大量に持って帰る人を見た。トレーの片付けも記載がないので、そのままにしている人がいた。
今は簡単に訳す事が出来るのだから、観光客向けに訳を表記した方が良い。

Of the hotels I have stayed at in Japan, this was by far my least favorite. The staff are a bit standoffish and are not welcoming. The lobby furniture is a bit dated and the breakfast area seemed dirty. I found the room to be very spacious and comfortable and made up for the staff's demeanor and lobby. However, the hallways smell very musty and dirty. The entire floor that I was staying on smelled of a gym-dirty socks for the entirety of my 2-day stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very handy and a great value! The best part is the staff. They all work hard to make the place a nice place to be. I was in town on business and needed a room basically. The hotel was full of loud tourists but still I had a nice time there. They offered a complimentary 'Happy Hour', a chance to enjoy a drink, (soft and hard!) in the lobby. They also have a sauna and Japanese Bath in the evening, and a complimentary free breakfast. All at a very very economical price. Great Place!

Great location, walking distance from subway stations. Attractions nearby such as Oasis 21 and the TV tower. Rooms were clean, comfortable and a decent size! Excellent breakfast and good onsen, very friendly and accommodating staff. I had booked a smoking room but changed it to non-smoking room upon check in , they approved my request with a smile.

Good 4 night stay. Would choose this over others again.

The room is in nice size for Japanese hotel. The bed and blanket are comfy. There are personal use item by the counter down stairs for you to grab such as cleansing oil, cleansing foam and face lotion which is very convenient for ladies. There's also ice machine and drink machine downstairs. The best thing is the breakfast buffet. It's the best hotel breakfast I've ever had.

cant find better hotel than this, i stayed for 2 nights while i explore nagoya and i really enjoy the hotel. they offered free breakfast with lots of variaty and free drink as well. the room is clean, tidy and bathroom is good. the location is very convenient as it only takes 3mins walk to station. i will recommend this to all traveller and i would go back if i visit nagoya again.

No complaint in the room conditions but the service was a bit dissapointed. I requested to have 2 extra pillows but they only give 1 and I need to collect it myself at the front office (night shift male employee). On the good part, their breakfast was pretty good.

双人房虽然空间不大，但是有一张160的双人床，六个晚上都睡的很好，早餐也不錯，只要走进去就可以吃，不需要登记，还有每天17点到21点的免费酒水任你喝，我们八个人四间房都住的很开心，前台工作人员也都很好，离久屋大通站也近（走路两分钟就到）

very pleasant and reasonable hotel in very calm part of Nagoya not far from Sakae centrum and subway Hisaya Odori, where is a direct line to the Nagoya station /3 stops/ and you can also use circle line. Rooms are comfortable as well as beds, we recommend two single beds- more space. There is a refridgerator and coffee and tea facility in the room.air condition isn´t loud, breakfast is very good, there is everythig, typical Japanese and also for Europeans including fruit and salad.Staff is very polite, not too good at English. The only negativ for us was, that the hotel has no sign except on top of the building but in Japanese. We had a luck in the subway, when we came, one Japanese lady took us to the hotel. Normally we wouldn´t recognize it. We have booked this hotel twice during our Japanese stay, once for 5 nights and one for 11 nights, we have got the same room by the second stay, we have booked smoking room because of price, as we are non smoker we worried a bit, but there was no smell in the room. From the hotel you can also visit Nagoya castle, about 15 minutes walk, in the vicinity there is also a stop of tourist circle bus. For longer stay buy maneca card. It took about 1 hour to the airport by airport train from Nagoya Station, We recommend this hotel.

お手頃な価格で泊まることができよかった。基本的には快適に過ごせたがいくつか気になる点はあった。
ハッピーアワーでドリンク1杯無料と朝食付き、子どもも添い寝朝食付きで子ども連れには大変ありがたいサービスでした。

ハッピーアワーで20時までで終了間際の利用だったのもあったと思うが、ゴミ箱が溢れて周りにも落ちている状態であった。

大浴場がとても寒かった。フロントに言って直ぐに対応して温度を上げてもらえたのでまだ良かった。

部屋に毛布をフロントにて借りたが、素材があまり良くなかった。もらった時から静電気がバチバチ…部屋で広げるとさらにバチバチ。もう少し素材など見直したほうが良いと思う。

赤ちゃんと一緒家族で泊まりましたが快適に過ごせました。大浴場も綺麗で清潔です。混み具合がリアルタイムで部屋のテレビから見れるのも良かったです。
朝食も時間帯にどのくらいの人がいるのが事前にボードが用意されており、お客さんそれぞれがマグネットで希望時間をアンケートのように貼れるのでそこも混み具合がわかり良かったです。アメニティーは基本フロントで選ぶ形式でした。
ホテルの近くは飲食店も豊富にあってとても利用しやすかったです。

駅からは少し歩きますが、駅前と違い飲み屋など騒がしくなく、周囲が静かで快適に過ごせました。近くに出張がある時はまた利用したいと思います。
大浴場が24時までで翌朝は入れない為、大浴場利用したい方は夜遅くにならない様にして頂くのが良いと思いました。

おすすめのホテルです！

デラックスツインに2泊しました。清掃は行き届いており快適にすごせました。朝食は標準的でしたが、野菜サラダや和食もあり美味しくいただきました。今時珍しく日本人の女性スタッフが朝食の準備や惣菜を整えたりきめ細やかな気配りをされていました。また、大浴場は小さいものの、シャワーやドライヤーがリファだったのに感動しました。夕方のハッピーアワーで無料で一杯お酒などをいただけるのも楽しみでした。このお値段、立地、サービスを考えるととても満足できるホテルだと思います。

部屋はちょっと狭いが荷物少なければ問題ない。
朝食は美味しくて種類も多く満足だったが、家族向けのテーブルを二人で占拠し長居する中国人が迷惑だった。ホテルのせいではないが。
浴場はたまたま空いててほぼ貸切状態で良かったが、風呂の広さ・洗い場の数から考えて混雑時はちょっと厳しいかも。小さめのサウナがあったが温度が低く水風呂が無いのが致命的…残念。
しかし、立地等を考えると総合的にコスパ良し。

ここのホテルは何度も宿泊していますが駅から近く、交通の便が良い。また、スタッフの対応も早く、丁寧に応対してくれます。
部屋もきちんと清掃されていて設備も整っている。朝食も和洋とあり、いつも美味しくたべられる。
また、次回もこのホテルを利用したいです。

17時から20時までハッピーアワーがおこなわれていてお酒やジュースを一杯飲めるイベントがありました。19時ごろに伺いましたが、空の便が数本あり、ちょうど飲みたいものがからでしたので、フロントに伝えたら1日の提供量が決まっているからと最初は断られましたが、渋々探して提供してくれました。お客さんが一杯ではなく、何はいも飲んでしまう人がいるので無くなるのが早いのかもしれません。でも20 時までと書いてある以上、同じサービスをして欲しい。店員さんを誰か1人立たせて飲みさがないように見ているとか、一杯のサービス券などをチェックインの時に渡して、提供するとか工夫して欲しい。
