They stole my rolex and doesn’t even help me to locate it. All they do is delay the process. They wont even release the cctv footage to the police. I dont recommend staying at this place. The room was dirty also their drain system in the bathroom doesn't work. Youll be showering with your shower water above your foot. Disgusting.

Happy with my stay. 4 star hotel with 5 star vibes. Great service. Free breakfast, foods were OK (mostly Filipino foods). Free shuttle to airport. Nice comfortable bed and room also with enough space. The place accessible to city center by short distance by car. Have some good restaurants and bar outside hotel.

Revenge Travel to Naga

The trip was to visit family in my hometown. As always we prefer to stay at Avenue hotel. We only opt for other hotels when there’s no available room at Avenue.

The stay was as always comfortable, there are however a few minor comments, like dripping faucet, water pooling at the comfort room drainage, fly at the breakfast buffet table, we also have to request for bedroom slippers and bathroom towels.

We also would like to see local Bicol delicacies at the breakfast buffet table.

The stay was not bad but improvements could still be done for better service.

Don't be fooled by the pictures. Like all advertising, they show you their best. While the lobby area is fine, once you get to your room you will be severely disappointed. The curtains are torn, the toilets have rings and stains. I don't think they know what clorox is. The rooms need serious renovation.

Good hotel in a hidden location behind a mini mall

Wonderful hotel. The reception needs more smile-training and more staff. Our room has very obvious maintenance problems, paints and wall paper peeling off.
Hotel in general in great condition.
Asking for a late check out is like begging even though we were transferring to another room. Hotel is not easily seen from the main road as it is hidden behind a mini mall with the same name.

This is certainly the best hotel in Naga and it lived up to my expectations. The staff were efficient and nice and the hotel has a very worthwhile gym and large pool. The hotel transfer to and from the airport was great. One day there was an issue with the WiFi but guests were kept updated. I would definitely stay again if in Naga.

2. STAFF are simply the Best!!!Warm, Welcoming, Friendly and Very Accommodating 🙂😀

4. Business Center with Aircon, where you can do Office Work.
5. Fast Internet

CONS:
1. Food definitely NEEDS IMPROVEMENT! Cold food. Not yummy.
2. Housekeeping: Pillow cases some have tears and holes. Curtains need to be changed as well.
3. Maintenance: Bathroom drains are clogged.
4. Extra Bed : not worth the charge of P1,500. because you only get a cot /not a mattress. Not comfortable at all.

We stayed in Avenue Plaza hotel twice in the span of 10 days:

The hotel’s staff from the person opening the door to the person cleaning our rooms were kind, professional and have accommodated all our needs when possible.

Reservation staffs whom I’ve emailed numerous times for requests, needs chasing up since they don’t answer emails promptly, although most my requests have been met. However, they seemed to improve responding to emails afterwards.

1st: 2 nights stay:
Stayed in a room facing the river. Double room was spacious, a personalised letter to welcome us was left on a table with some pili tarts and cold refreshing drinks.
Bed was comfortable, pillows soft and sheets and linens were clean although the soft-furnishings like curtains were tatty and ripped.
The only problem we have in this room is the noise from the neighbourhood opposite the river! The dogs were incessantly barking and the cockerels continuously crowing from very early morning. If you want a peaceful nights sleep avoid being placed near the river.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. While the staff is polite and quick to serve, the rooms are a different story. I initially booked several rooms for an overnight stay for family, but rebooked only one room for a second night for me. Instead of allowing me to stay in my initial room, I had to move to a different one. Both rooms I was in had showers that had slow drains No hot water. Internet was not working. The sink in the second room was clogged. To top all this, the second room was never cleaned. When I checked the bed linens, i found lots of dirt. They hadn’t changed the sheets. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned either. I found the previous guest’s soap and shampoo and several pubic hair. Disgusting. Yes I complained about the sheets but it was late at night when I discovered the dirty bathroom. I had been out all day after they changed the sheets.

Hotel is backing residential areas; loud videoke session went on till 2 AM, then lots of dogs barking early the following morning.
During checkout, I was waiting for more than 15 minutes while staff did room check; apparently the room was cleared already but front desk staff never bothered to inform me that I'm good to go. No excuse here because there were 2 of them behind the counter and it was not busy.

The best hotel in Naga City Cam.Sur , has ample space both the bedroom area and bathroom. The newer hotel built in Naga are smaller in room dimension. As to cleanliness, it is perfect! Staff personnel ( Ellai and Karl) are superb! of course including all others, who opens the door, assist you with umbrella, room service personnel, kitchen staff, van drivers-EVERYONE did a great job. I highly recommend Avenue Plaza Hotel. Last but not the least, love the pool area, again, huge area, you can feel relax, again space, space! And...if you have any concern, they come up and resolved it right away, i mean in a heartbeat done!

Hotel reception staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Dining area rather small so a bit off-putting. Menu looked promising but we eat out for dinner; breakfast buffet a bit too Filipino oriented for a city centre hotel but what we had was OK.
We only staid overnight as mid journey break so did not make use of facilities but (outdoor) pool looked quite inviting. New arrivals by car will need to look carefully for entrance; huge hotel sign but car entrance (through passageway) not clearly marked.

This is the very first time I visited the City of Naga in the Bicol Region. When I was booking my hotel for this trip to Naga, The Avenue Plaza Hotel had the best hotel rating in this City. Indeed, I can attest that this was the best choice based on my experience during my stay. The hotel facilities were in excellent condition. My only suggestion is to have better choices for the buffet breakfast. The choices were limited. The waiters were excellent though. More power to the Hotel Staff!

Outstanding service by hotel team !

My family had a wonderful stay of 14 nights. The main reason for the great experience were the staff - whether it was the concierge, check-in, security, bellboys, club reception desk, housekeeping, chef, servers, cooks or all the other unsung \"heroes\" ! These staff members are courteous, polite, professional, helpful, hard-working and always have a pleasant attitude in spite of difficult (and demanding) guests and situations that they may sometimes encounter. The buffet breakfast and meals in the restaurant we had were excellent. The hotel rooms are comfortable and it's by far the best place to stay in Naga. We will be back :)

Definitely one of the nicest hotels in the area. The staff is second to none. The room was nice very close to one you would stay at in the U.S. . The staff is what really makes this one stand out above the rest. The morning breakfast was exelent . I would highly recommend it and will definitely be returning.

Front desk should immediately respond to a guest calling for help after an accident. Hotel management should properly train the staff on how to respond in an emergency. I'll recommend this hotel to friends if the staff is properly trained in this regard.
