Everything was great. Breakfast and lunch buffet was empty most of the time. BUT, they would get anything you ask for IMMEDIATELY. I was just wondering why they had many,many staff standing around looking around if anyone needed anything but didnt fill buffet unless asked for though they saw it was empty. They could've had them walk the line constantly making sure not missing anything.

The staff was very attentive and helpful.
Did not appreciatethe service fees applied to your bills for services. Have found that customers usually leave tips better than service fees. Really question as to who gets the money. The lobby most of the time smell like sewer. The swimming area smell like Sewer. The buffet food was cold. There was only three lounger chairs at the swimming pool. And they were not in the sun for sunbathing. The hot tub was cold always. The airport shuttle was punctual. Free breakfast was appreciated but cold. The staff was very friendly and was happy to try to take care of your needs. All in all we enjoyed our stay there except for those problems that need to be taken care of. it was a good bang for the bucks. And it would be nice to have cocktails on the premises. The swim up bar was never open while we were there.

We are a family of 5 with a toddler and booked 2 family rooms at Villa Caceres through Expedia. After the booking was confirmed to I reached out directly to the hotel via email requesting rooms that are far away from the hotels function rooms having the experience 3 years ago being placed near a function room at this hotel where the deafening noise from a reunion at the function room lasted till 1am in the morning. We requested to be transferred to another room but none was available.
Now after several emails assuring us that our rooms will be in a quiet location we were still placed in rooms that are more or less 5 meters from one of their function rooms. Our secind night there was a reunion at the function room, I was about to fall asleep when the noise) loud music, yelling at the function room and even the corridor where our rooms are. I called the front desk who transferred me snd my eife to another room but it was alsi near a function room but the noise was more tolerable. Needless to say we did not have a restfull night. More so with my son and his wife and a toddler.
The following day at check out I asked to talk to the Hotel manager who kept on apologizing and said he will have this investigated. I said to him investigated for what the hotel has function rooms right smack in the middle of your guest rooms and the rooms are not sound proof, you are putting the comfort of your guest last and in violation of of the civil code of the Philippines RA386 article 694-707 .

No hot water and ask them if they can fix it. They told us to run the water for a while until hot water comes.(it never did). The next night found cockroach over our headboard. The whole room smells liked mildew.
Not happy overall. Not planning to stay the next time we come in the Philippines. I will not recommend to our friends and family.

Well in the dining area the cloth seats had visibly dirt on them... ALL of them. I ordered food one night at 1030 it took 1 hour to get to room... the phone in the hallway rang literally all day and night so i slept horrible for 2 days... in top of all that.. the chair in my room broke while i was sitting in it. No im not fat either.

Buffet breakfast foods are delicious with good options.
Aircon is cool, a plus point.
Economy rooms are small, bathroom/shower rooms are small. Water in the shower warms not enough for my liking.
Elevators during my stay was under maintenance so i need to take the stairs to the 3rd floor, not so a problem if it is not steep, but it is!

Overall, with the price, you can get a better room which are spacious and new in the nearby hotels.

We liked the access to the gym, spa and the restaurants in the hotel.

Its my 1st time to Book in Villa Caceres, And I was so happy That my family had a great time at Villa Caceres, I book to Family Suite, Breakfast is included but we have extra guest and they just pay for the breakfast and its very affordable so worth it. i would definitely book again in Villa Caceres Naga, my family loves the pool. my nephew had their JS prom the same time we book so it was so worth it.

Overall - I'd like the professionalism of the Customer Service/Front Desk; didn't hesitate to help me on my request. The housekeeping service is excellent, very attentive to my/our (2bedrooms) need. Waiters are prompt on our request at the Buffet Breakfast! Excellent foods.

But I’m very disappointed of the housekeeping staff who accused my parents of stealing a bath mat.For just 150 pesos.

Nice hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though the hallway was very noisy and the doors were thin so you could hear every door latch and every conversation like they were in your room. Usually not a problem except early in the morning.
The breakfast was good, mostly Filipino, which is understandable. Expensive dinner buffet (1,000 Pesos, or about $20). We choose to eat elsewhere.
All-in-all, a good place to stay, but a bit pricy by Filipino standards.

The check in staff was very friendly. The only thing I’d change is that they have a thick plexiglass barrier installed on the checkin counter ( former Covid requirement) that makes it almost impossible to hear the staff, especially thru masks as well.
