Comfortable 8 Night Stay

Being so far away from home, the Parklane made me feel at home. The executive lounge is a nice place to enjoy a cocktail with beautiful views. My room was spacious. Breakfast, lunch and dinner options in the hotel are nice with a variety. The staff was always very nice and accommodating! The gym was large and the pool was great (although difficult to figure out how to get to!). We were able to check out in the executive lounge the night before since we were leaving at 5am so that was nice to not have to wake up even earlier to figure out.

Great Business Trip Stay.

Excellent hotel, everything very well maintained. Very comfortable for resting or working, liked the breakfast buffet with many options. Neighborhood has not so much to see, food options are reduced if you do not speak native language. Internet has VPN so you can connect to the western sites you love, good WiFi signal everywhere but the lobby.

The restaurants were meh to bad to good. The japanese restaurant was pretty good. The other two restaurants not so great. I had a burger at one and it came raw. I didn't even complain and just tried to leave after I paid for it, but they asked why I didn't eat them so I showed it to them and they called a manager to come over and yell at me about it. So that was quite unpleasant. Not great. The hotel itself was very clean and my room was very nice. The staff was helpful for a chinese hotel. Breakfast was ok, not great.

Great place for business.

The hotel is perfect for those in the Manufacturing business. It is close to every vendor or factory you may need. Most of the guest are there for the same reason, which makes networking bery easy. The food is better than most nearby resturants and the everything is affordable.

Convenient and reasonably priced

I travel to this part of China often, and choose the Parkland because it is conveniently located and is reasonably priced. It is about 50% the cost of a comparable Hong Kong hotel.

This hotel is classified as international hotel which means personnel can communicate well in multiple languages. The reception is nice and friendly. The bell-person handled my luggage well and took it up to the room.
The room was large and comfortable with GREAT view. It has great access to local pub and restaurants.

Been staying here for almost 10 years now when it was names Parkview Hotel. Rooms are adequately equipped although pretty basic. Breakfast is pretty basic but sufficient as a stomach filler. The reception staff were well trained, efficient and attentive although the two staff in attendance on the day of checking out seemed pretty \"cold\", so somehow felt it could end better !!

nice receptionist staff for check in and check out. Very tough staff at cafe they must have your room deposit similar to what you have spent for dinner/meal if you want to charge to your room account and pay at check out. There is a breakfast police to check every guest room key if your breakfast is not included in the room rate.

Convenient and affordable luxury can describe the Park Lane hotel.
open spaces ample space in the rooms and the bathroom and shower are very welcoming.
The restaurant and breakfast room offer great service and selection of western and Asian foods and room service was quick and food fantastic on the 2 occasions I used this service.
The gym has a great selection of equipment and the staff are helpful even if the sign in and room card id system is cumbersome.

Overall a great place to stay at with lovely surrounding gardens and water features to relax the traveller and facilities second to none , the surrounding bars are also plentiful .

In need of renovation

I have stayed at this hotel dozens of times due to it's convenient location to my business. It is a full service hotel and the service is fine. The hotel itself has really become rundown over the last couple of years and is in dire need of renovation. I noticed on this trip that the couches in the lobby were actually threadbare. I will likely continue to stay here but it could definitely use some TLC.

Die Zimmer sind ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, es hat neuere Hotels in der Gegend, die günstiger und besser sind. Aber der Pool innen und aussen ist super und ebenfalls die Umgebung alles zu Fuss erreichbar, daher werde ich das Hotel weitherhin buchen.
