You got no options for breakfast , that’s included in your reservation. The breakfast wasn’t ready at the time they have programmed 9am. I reserved a room with ocean view but they have an event with a tent in front of the room’s window. I think they need a renovation for the installations , the gardens, the rooms , the parking … Not recommended.

The view of the ocean is incredible. The small private beach is lovely. The property is pretty interesting. Not super clean, but still really cool. The staff is really nice and helpful. Only complaint I had was the pounding house music that comes out of every speaker in the common areas. So loud you couldn't even hear the ocean. But otherwise, nice vibe, great little get away. I recommend.

I loved that they had access to the beach. There were many stairs to get down to the beach, but we had the sand to ourselves, there was no overflow of people. We brought our own chairs and drinks. The rooms were clean and it looks as though they all have ocean views.

Honest review: Complementary Adults only breakfast is limited to “chilaquiles” only from their entire menu. You will need to pay for all kids breakfasts, about $450 pesos for food and about $150-$350 for each of their drinks. Keep in mind you will also need to pay for adult drinks as they are not included in free complimentary breakfast. The tortillas for the chilaquiles are very hard and the red sauce is canned tomatoes. All room pictures advertised are from beachside cottages and not the actual rooms. Their infinity pool and jacuzzi advertised in pictures is for adults bar only, friday through sunday only. To access the infinity pool and jacuzzi advertised you will need to pay an additional fee. Their private beach advertises no lifeguards available for help at any time.
They do have a free to access small pool available next to parking lot but its very tinyand cold. Only some cottages are partially beach side . 95% of rooms are not beachside they are up on the top of hill. I will include picture of 3 story building with rooms, its the building on the left. please keep in mind, the hotel is going though alot of construction at the moment. There are some nice areas in the hotel dont get me wrong. Most Patio furniture in hotel is outdated. I’de give it a 7/10 just because of the price. you get what you pay for.

This has been by far the worst hotel I had stayed in my life. The property is old and not taken care of. They charge for you to be able to go in the pool that is a little nicer. The other pool is a joke and the heater doesn’t work. The beds are old and stained. They do not provide enough towels so I suggest you take your own. The food is horrible. Drinks are ok but they take forever. Service is ok but they could be a little more friendly. The friendly ones are the ones that are trying to sale you something. I would never go back there. The beach is full of trash.

This hotel is great and clean. Especially for its pricing. Although I definitely feel like the amenities could use some work. Pool needs up keeping for sure and the jacuzzi doesn’t work. Beware that there is a 25 dollar pet fee if you travel with pets. But other than that this place gives such a nice rustic vibe with a most beautiful ocean view. The complimentary breakfast next to the beach is also very nice. Staff was very nice, and this hotel is very close to everything in downtown Rosarito.

Very bad service. We got there around 2:00 pm (we were completely aware that the room check in is at 3:00 pm ) The first thing the guard at the entrance told us when we arrived was that. We went to lobby second time that was told. Didn't feel welcome at all.
Room was awful. They gave a room at the very end. Just a building at the end, there was just a coffee table and a folding chair. Did not felt secure at all.

Everything was terrible, from the staff to room and amenities. First of all we didn't feel welcome by the staff, the person at the front desk was like mad. We had our ocean view room and by 2 hours the electricity in have of the room went off, they couldn'd do anything about it. They changed us to another room without ocean view, was not clean, very cold, ants in the restroom, no internet at all and not even hot water. I told them and they didn't do anything about it. Our stay was horrible. Very disatisfy. They offer free breakfast for our kids as sorry(because free breakfast is only for adults) breakfast was cold. Never coming back to this place never
