Staff, primarily front desk doesnt speak English. They clearly are not concerned with customer satisfaction. Pictures are not accurate. My room just had 2 very exhausted queen beds. Alot of effort to lock the door. They checked me into a room that had NOT been cleaned. I had to go back and stand in line to explain to the unconcerned non-English speaking front desk. The towels hurt. The tv didnt work. The lighting was poor. The was a 4 hour power outage at night. I sleep with a medical device. Checking out was just as worse as checking in. Zero customer service. The guy next to me was complaining he was charged $15 for wiping up spilled apple juice with the hotel towel. Location was great. But thats it. The 20 hour blaring mexican heavy bass club music is mentioned in the reviews. The room was the same as my prison cell. Just bigger with a window that opened.

very slow check in and check out :: why are you dependent on paper for 200$ per night charge
I travel 200 000 miles per year and every hotel that I go to has electronic check in and check out the paper system in your hotel is so 1990s

also the noise ! OMG good news I had noise cancelling earbuds or I would have had to drive back to the US at 2 in the morning
you need to sound proof the west face of the hotel

one more question Do you have air conditioning ?

I liked that the rooms was spacious and the hotel is close to the bars and beach. The only thing that happened that we had an issue with was that the power went out or I don’t know if that’s the normal thing to do at night. There are no fans only one ceiling fan for two beds. Other than that we liked and we will stay there again. Maybe we will bring our own fans with us.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. The rooms are extremely outdated, and everything feels old and worn out. To make matters worse, the music from the clubs next to the hotel literally shook our room from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 a.m. (all day), making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

On top of that, the electricity went out at 5:00 a.m., and when we turned on the faucet, the water came out brown. Paying $170 per night for a room in these conditions is absolutely unacceptable, especially considering there wasn't even air conditioning. I would not stay here again.

We arrived around 10:00 PM, and the parking lot was completely full. Initially, we were told to park farther away, but according to our res ovation parking is included, after about 20–30 minutes, the staff was able to accommodate us with a parking space, which we appreciated.

After checking in, we headed to our room on the fifth floor, but unfortunately our key card didn’t work, so I had to return to the front desk to have it reactivated. Once inside, the room was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable.

We requested housekeeping for the following day, and they did a phenomenal job cleaning the room. However, when we returned that evening, our key card once again failed to work. We had to go back to the front desk for a second time to have it reactivated, even though our reservation was for two nights. This was frustrating and inconvenient.

One thing to keep in mind is the hotel’s location. It’s surrounded by bars and clubs, so it can get very noisy at night. During our stay, one nearby event had loud music that continued until around 5:00 AM. If you’re traveling with young children or are a light sleeper, this may not be the best location.

Overall, the room itself was clean and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job, but the repeated key card issues and late-night noise affected our overall experience.

I recommended to the people to this Hotel. I like the environment around the hotel, and especially the security, they have security at the parking lot and the front entrance of the hotel they ask for the bracelet if your not wearing a bracelet on you, you can’t come in. You’re not able to go inside your hotel room, which is good because it’s more safety. The staff are nice and friendly and welcoming.

The place is very nice no A.C but has ceiling fans that work well and you get the beach breeze.Love the pool and the access to the beach is 5 minutes if you park your car you don’t have to drive ,there is everything close by the party vibe is great but keep in mind the music is pretty loud but tolerable.I enjoyed my stay and will book again.

Amazing breakfast at restaurant next door. Very hospitable. No air conditioning in room just a fan. Carpet seemed very old, didn’t want to take my shoes off. The pillows were too soft and not the nice down soft but the lumpy empty pillow case with a lumpy pillow that felt was filled by clumps of cotton balls. Kept having issues with TV connection. Don’t go on a weekend like memorial weekend because bleating music won’t stop until 4am! Parking is as an issue, packed and had to park on other lots in back street.

This hotel has been the worst I ever stayed in!! NEVER AGAIN

1. No a/c only ceiling fan. Worst part was that you can’t adjust the speed.
2. Towels need to be replaced because they all smelled and looked like they were washed with oil.
3. The check in service was long and process was very ancient and unorganized.
4. I was told to leave a $100 refundable deposit and was only given 80$ in return.

Get ready not to sleep at all, to close to the Main Street where bars and nightclubs are music very loud until 5am. Personally I will never stay there again.

The only problem we have with staying at this hotel is the club next door their music plays till 4 o'clock in the morning, so we don't get very much sleep also. They change the coupons for the patio before it was free breakfast. Now it's 40% off breakfast. And now you have to pay $10 for parking. Now to it seems like they're charging more. But now you're starting to get less

Booked this hotel through Expedia. I'll start with the positive. Great location if you want to be where the action is and be around live music. Plenty of shops and restaurants all near by. Steps from nice beach. Easy check-in process. Maribel was very pleasant. The Superior rooms on 8th floor give you a nice balcony, with comfy chairs and a great ocean view. Clean large room and comfortable bed. On the negative, this hotel can use a little TLC in some areas. Rooms are nothing fancy, no extras and no air conditioner, no decor. Very basic. There is a ceiling fan that runs on high speed only and is noisy. So if you are there during hot months...good luck cooling down at night. You do get a nice ocean breeze if you leave sliding glass door open, however, there is no screen door. If you are sensitive to noice, definitely bring ear plugs because you have very loud live bands playing all around the hotel and on beach. Bathroom was clean, however tile grout can use a good scrubbing. On the hotel website it stated breakfast was included. However, when I asked about it, I was informed that since I had booked through Expedia, breakfast would not be included. At checkout, someone is sent to your room to check it's status before you are checked out.
Overall, stay was ok for the price.

make sure that you pay for your room in advance or you might get there and you might not have a room I seen that happen with other people we paid for our room in advance. It came with a free breakfast at the restaurant which was actually really good there was a festival going on that we didn’t know about, but we took the kids. They had pool, hot tubs and it was right in the center of Rosarito so we were able to just walk down and get food go down to the beach excellent price very clean very safe because I have security at the door and wrist brands. I highly recommend for a quick trip to Rosarito. We just stayed for one night and it was perfect. Only thing that was not perfect. Was that we left our key in the room and we went back it seemed like if you don’t speak Spanish, the staff were not very helpful and the girls at the front I mean, I had to ask her several times we were waiting forever. We had to ask several different people to finally all we needed was a duplicate key to get our stuff to check out but other than that great value for the price.

Overall the room was okay. Staff were very kind and helpful. But... I would never stay here again. It is way to close to bars and clubs and unless you plan to go to sleep between 3:00-4:00 AM. You can literally hear the music from the bars-clubs like if you were there. Extremely loud. They need to soundproof the windows for guests to have a comfortable relaxing stay.

Stayed in a 2 queen bedroom on 4th floor. No AC just a ceiling fan (just FYI) mattresses are a bit firm and thin. Pillows are softer. It does have a window that you can open. And the strip of clubs/ bars are pretty close. You have the option to have cleaning services on a daily basis.

Free breakfast at restaurant next door, don’t lose your ticket cause you won’t get a replacement! View was good. Music from bars all around us did not let us sleep! Very Noisy until 3 or 4 in the morning!! Unless your young and you’re going to be in those bars, I don’t recommend this hotel.

Worst check in and check out ever . They ask for a cash deposit then they find anything in the room that is wrong if you did it or not to take from your deposit. There is no boat like in the photo . The jacuzzi on property where not even 80 degrees just over all a very bad place to stay i would rather pay you to stay somewhere else . Very scrappy place even maintenance on the place was very bad . Elevator felt like it was going to fall apart .

This is my second time staying here I love this hotel. The service is 10/10 very friendly and safe, there’s always a security in the lobby. The only thing I kind of don’t like is that when checking in they ask for everyone’s I.D and it kind of takes a while to check in and check out but other than that the area is good right in the center of everything walking distance and the complimentary breakfast is also 10/10
