This is my second time staying here I love this hotel. The service is 10/10 very friendly and safe, there’s always a security in the lobby. The only thing I kind of don’t like is that when checking in they ask for everyone’s I.D and it kind of takes a while to check in and check out but other than that the area is good right in the center of everything walking distance and the complimentary breakfast is also 10/10

I love this hotel but the rooms should include fridges, specially because I pay for Ocean View which was more money, the security is good and they are good with handicap parking. I feel safe when I stay here.

The view was beautiful. The room was spotless! The staff helpful and friendly. The only thing bad about this hotel is the location near the clubs. The music pounded thru the room until after 1 AM, on a Wednesday. It made sleep impossible. I will not return.

The room was nice with a nice view, no ac though just the ceiling fan however the window opens so we were able to feel the breeze at night. The remote controls for the TV did not work but that was it. The breakfast was amazing we truly enjoyed that!!

Walking into this room was breathtaking! The view of the ocean, Papas & Beer and all of the nightlife, it was great! Staff was awesome, & the breakfast vouchers along with the margarita vouchers were really nice as well! I found my go-to Hotel for Rosarito FOR SURE! I will definitely be booking here again!

Our room was right above a bar. We checked in about 315. From 3:15 to 2:30 in the morning the music played at the bar extremely loud. So loud that I could not sleep. I had a conference to go to all day the following day. I would never stay there again and I would never recommend anyone to stay there. When I talked to the staff about the noise, they said that basically I have to deal with it. I think that you should put on your website that this hotel is above a bar and that they play extremely loud music all day and night long until 2:30 am. Also, there was only one plug in the room and one electrical outlet in the bathroom. So my husband and I could not both plug our phone up at the same time. The room was also very small. The bath towels were hard like brick. I selected this hotel to get rest for the long day that I had ahead of me the next day, not to listen to music until 2:30 am in the morning. Unfortunately, that did not happen. So I paid for a room to listen to very extremely loud music until 2:30 in the a.m.

Towels were supposed to be white they were grey.
No air conditioning.
Light switches did not all work.
Fan and light switch were in one so therefore you had to have the light in to use the fan.
Volumn in tv did not work in certain channels.
Check in process was inconvenient- ids were required for those in room which meant my husband had to get out of his car to provide and they also had him sign. So inconvenient.
Staff couldn’t find my reservation.
Music played till early morning with the fan not able to be on unless the light was on we could not open the window to get a breeze the music was so loud. Sleep was absent until 4 am.

The room was fine except for the noise, after the first night we asked to be changed rooms and didn't do it because rooms were not available, I know there were rooms they just didn't want to do it. Also I noticed on Saturday people were in line to check in for up to 2 hours the expression in their faces was not excitement or happiness. Also to check out they first have to check the room, sorry but I am not coming back.

Les pedimos tuayas y nuca nos las entregaron pasamos una hora esperando a que ajustaran el agua del jacusi y nuca lo hicieron!

We couldn’t stay in our original room because of a constant loud humming sound that was coming from the elevators that were next to our room. Also there was no refrigerator. We asked to be moved to another room and we were given a different room. The new room did have a refrigerator and was good except for the jetted tub/jacuzzi. When we turned it on there were black specks that came out of the jets, probably hadn’t been used in a while. We waited about 45 min for the tub to fill but the tub still wasn’t completely full, so we turned on the jets to see if we could still use it but water went everywhere because the 2 jets at the end of the tub weren’t covered by water yet. We waited another 15 min but the tub still didn’t seem to be filling up anymore so we just drained the tub. Room was clean but just note there is no AC or heater. There are only ceiling fans that didn’t look very securely installed because of a gap between the fan and ceiling so you could see the wires. Staff was courteous. Breakfast included was a good value! Location was good as well, a lot within walking distance including the little stalls where you could by souvenirs.

The room had a nice view but the front desk wasn’t very pleasant or nice. They made everything super complicated. We asked for more towels and they wanted us to leave am ID of key to the room. Then they told us we weren’t allowed to bring men over and we didn’t even have intentions but they made it seem like we were rule breakers. The staff kept laughing in between them and talking Spanish. I would not recommend a stay here. They don’t make you feel welcome

This hotel was disgusting. You wouldn’t be able to tell by entering the lobby because it’s very nice and clean, but we got up to our room and there was a spider on our pillow immediately as we walked in the carpet was stained and dirty. The bathroom look like it hadn’t even been cleaned. We didn’t realize that there were no towels stocked in our room until after my fiancé had showered. When I went to try to call for towels, we realized we did not even have a phone in our room. Then when the housekeeping delivered the towels they were beige and gray stained looks like what was supposed to be white towels. Just disgusting. Not to mention there was no light in the bedroom whatsoever, probably so we couldn’t tell how gross it really was. I will NEVER stay here again. The staff was not helpful or understanding. They were very argumentative and rude.

First, we didn't get a good impression when we registered, not too friendly, then we were readly to leave the next day, too loud, music playing until 4 am, we did not slip a wink, and we tried leaving, but they said i could not get a refund. so we had to stay. Staff is nice but not too friendly and helpful. Rooms are too plain, no chair to sit on, we paid extra for balcony, but no where to sit. One thing that I liked was the breakfast, the restaurant was great, but overall NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE I have so much more to complain, but I will leave it at that.
